Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan perpindahan merek oriflamme di kota langsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang sebelumnya tidak memakai oriflamme kemudian berpindah menggunakan oriflamme. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Y= 2,183 + 0,152X1 + 0,323X2 + 0,009X3. Hasil uji t menunjukkan secara parsial hanya variabel kualitas produk yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap perpindahan merek. Nilai Adjusted R square didapat sebesar 8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 92% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Hasil penelitian diperoleh Y = 1,017 + 0,182X1 + 0,224X2+ 0,019X3 + 0,172X4+ 0,186X5+ 0,125X6. Konstanta sebesar 1,017 adalah kepuasan pasien sebelum dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (tangible), reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empaty) serta lokasi. Kemudian koefisien bukti fisik (tangible), reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empaty) serta lokasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji t variabel bukti fisik (tangible), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (emphaty) dapat dinyatakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan variabel reliabilitas (reliability), dayatanggap (responsiveness) dan lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji F diperoleh bukti fisik (tangible), reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empaty) serta lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Langsa Lama. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) sebesar 62,6% variabel bukti fisik (tangible), reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empaty) serta lokasi mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Langsa Lama. Sisanya sebesar 37,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Hasil riset didapat Y= 1.025 + 0.518X1 + 0.278X2 + 0,148X3."Hasil uji t menunjukan"harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce,"dan hasil uji F menunjukkan"harga, kepercayaan dan kepuasan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce."Sedangkan hasil koefesien determinasi menunjukkan 31,8 % pengaruh variabel X (harga, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan) terhadap variasi (naik-turunnya) variabel Y (keputusan pembelian secara online pada e-commerce).
The purpose of training the development of family medicinal plants through the participation of the community in Kampung Seuriget, Langsa Barat Subdistrict is to increase the interest of the community to be able to utilize vacant land around the house or yard so as to produce better use value for daily use from the value of family medicinal plants. economical. This training activity involved villagers as suspicious as especially housewives. The implementation of this training involved partners, namely the Seuriget Health Center in West Langsa District. The training method uses the apprenticeship method (direct guidance and work). The family medicinal plant development training was carried out from 7 February 2017 to 10 April 2017 with details of the activities including: making land for cultivation, plant nurseries and planting medicinal plants. The results obtained by the training participants were that they had begun to be able to prepare the land for the crops in the house and to grow crops according to the type of medicinal plants they were interested in. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of this family medicinal plant can be further processed to be able to become food ingredients or other types of processed products of economic value, not just limited to drugs.
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, servicescape and service quality to buyer’s purchasing decision in Langsa Snack Center. This study has 96 sample respondents with multiple linear regression analysis is choosen. The proof of hypothesis uses the T test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression analysis result shows Y = 1,549 + 0,191X1 + 0,272X2 + 0,258X3 and coefficient of determination result (Adjusted R Square) shows 0,664 or 66,40%. It shows the variables of product quality, servicescape and service quality affect purchasing decisions at the Langsa City Snack Center by 66,40%, while the remaining 33,60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as price and location. Based on these problems, business actors need deeper knowledge of business management concept for product commercialization, especially related to packaging design and marketing that utilize information technology. The method of implementing this community service activities was counseling or socialization for improving packaging and marketing designs as well as training and mentoring for digital marketing by using Google My Business platform. By having this activity, partners are expected to be better in managing their business and capable to expand market share so that they can support business development and progress, which can increase business income.
