Terapi hemodialisis pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik membutuhkan waktu yang lama, memiliki komplikasi dan membutuhkan kepatuhan pasien. Hal ini akan memberikan stressor fisiologis dan psikologis pasien yang kemudian akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik dengan diabetes melitus di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observassional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan tiga puluh satu responden pasien penyakit ginjal kronik dengan diabetes melitus yang menjalani hemodialisis. Data di analisis dengan uji Chi-square. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner KDQOL SF 1.3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan tujuh belas pasien (54,8%) yang menjalani hemodialisis kurang dari dua belas bulan dan empat diantaranya memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik dan tiga belas lainnya memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p=0,022 (p<0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lama menjalani hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik dengan diabetes melitus.
This study examines the role of emotional regulation and five trait personality towards burnout. Personality consists of five types, namely openness, agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness and neuroticism. Emotional regulation consists of cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. Burnout consists of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and depersonalization. The subjects were riot police officers from Jakarta Regional Police. The sampling methods used were purposive sampling and convenience sampling. The respondents in this study were 79 men. This study found that emotional regulation and five trait personality contribute as much as 70.9% towards the burnout ofJakarta Regional Police riot police officers. Members of riot police who experience burnout tend to show low emotional regulation and high neuroticism.

This condition will provide physiological and psychological stressors of patients which can affects the quality of life of the patients. The objective of this study was to determine the relation between duration of hemodialysis and the quality of life patients chronic kidney disease with diabetes melitus in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital. The design of this research was analytical observassional with cross sectional study approach involving thirty one respondents with chronic kidney disease patients who undergoing hemodialysis.( KDQOL SF 1.3). Based on the result of this research there were seventeen patients (54,8%) who undergoing hemodialysis for less than twelve months and four of them have a good quality of life and thirteen others have a poor quality of life. Statistical test results p value = 0,022 (p<0,05). The conclusion is the significant correlation between duration of hemodialysis and the quality of life patients chronic kidney disease with diabetes melitus.
Dental and oral health is important for overall health and quality of life so that the oral cavity cannot be separated from its function with other parts of the body. Nutrition is an important thing that must be fulfilled by pregnant women during pregnancy because it can affect the development of the fetus. Adequate nutritional intake is closely related to the formation and development of bones and teeth in the fetus. This study aims to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about nutritional intake for the process of developing tooth seeds in PKM Sumbersari Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. The research method is descriptive. The research was carried out at PKM Sumbersari Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. The study population was pregnant women who came to check their pregnancy at PKM Sumbersari Village, Bandung Regency. Sampling with Accidental Sampling as many as 28 respondents. The results showed that knowledge about nutritional intake for the development process of tooth germ as a whole was 53.6% of respondents had good criteria, and 46.6% had poor criteria. Respondents in this study had good knowledge of nutritional intake for the development of tooth germs.
