Disruptive Technology is one of the backbones of Indutry4.0, In this era the company's large size is no longer a guarantee. Speed in adapting to the development and behavior of consumers is the main key. Therefore, companies must be sensitive and do self-introspection so they can detect their position in the midst of the development of science and technology in order to maintain their existence and have the opportunity to dominate the market. PT Supermall Karawaci, which is engaged in the retail business, needs to adapt and understand this rapid technological development, so for this business sector requires interaction with customers. The current system is good, but in some procedures that make customer service less than optimal and will be better if there is an effort so that customer loyalty can increase and of course the company's profit will increase. Therefore, the writers make this problem as a foundation in research and application development (E-CRM), the writers use the method of observation, elicitation, SWOT, Unified Modeling Language (UML), prototype and black box as methods of data collection, analysis, design and testing. For design, programming, web server and database, the writer uses Adobe XD applications, Android Studio, PHP, XAMPP and Microsoft SQL Server.
The development of information technology is growing rapidly as one of them used to interacting with other people. Information technology can connect us with others regardless of time and place. This is possible because of the existence of a container that community (forums) discussions on-line learning. However, in Higher Education of Raharja the development of discussion for learning is less developed for regular class or a class that is not a superclass or i-learning class because the manual is face to face or face to face for the discussion of learning in Higher Education of Raharja. Therefore, it can be made a formal community for container or the learning process in order to facilitate the discussion of faculty and students in the learning process outside of lecture hours that can be accessed anytime and anywhere and can provide accurate information so that the information obtained by the faculty and students to be more relevant. Discussion of web-based learning system is designed with a user friendly system so that is easy to access and understand, facilitate communication between faculty and students, and also facilitates getting materials lecture material, as well as assist in the distribution and collection of duties and tasks quickly lecturers also can manage the values that will given to students. The methodology used is a structured analysis and development ranging from analyzing the system that runs through UML, perform elicitation, and describes the proposed system through UML. The final results are achieved from this research is the creation of a learning system that can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and always follow the lecture material information or update

Pandemi covid-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja sehingga kinerja pegawai instansi pemerintahan desa yang menjadikan kurang optimal dalam bekerja. Kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan masyarakat di Kelurahan Salembaran kurang maksimal karena pelayanan masyarakat oleh pegawai Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya terkendala karena faktor penyesuaian dengan protokol covid-19 sehingga terjadi perubahan pelayanan masyarakat yang menjadikan kinerja pegawai kurang maksimal dan optimal dalam bekerja. Kegiatan-kegiatan para pegawai juga dibatasi karena harus mengikuti protokol covid-19 yang sudah diterapkan untuk menghindari penyebaran virus covid-19. Dalam hal ini kebersihan ruangan menjadi faktor yang harus diperhatikan agar seluruh pegawai benar-benar merasa nyaman dan aman dengan selalu mematuhi protokol yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai yang menjadikan tujuan dari instansi pemerintahan desa dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk menunjukkan adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada instansi pemerintahan desa yaitu Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya. Kegiatan analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan beberapa pengujian. Hasil akhir penelitian ini memberitahukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat pada era globalisasi saat ini telah memberikan banyak manfaat dalam kemajuan di berbagai aspek. Selain digunakan untuk mengolah data dan menyimpan data komputer juga dapat digunakan untuk mendukung penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pada saat ini di SMK Al-Husna Kota Tangerang pengolahan atau sistem penilaian data nilai siswanya sudah berjalan semi terkomputerisasi tetapi masih terbatas dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan jika data nilai siswa terjadi perubahan yang tidak disengaja akan mempengaruhi data yang lainnya juga dan dapat menimbulkan kehilangan atau masalah dalam penilaian siswa tersebut dicatat dan disimpan dengan cara yang konvensional. Adapun tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu mengubah sistem penilaian siswa yang saat ini berjalan secara semi terkomputerisasi menjadi sistem yang sepenuhnya dilakukan secara komputerisasi yaitu sebuah sistem yang berbasis web dan dapat diakses secara online sehingga proses pengolahan nilai siswa tidak memakan waktu yang lama dan diharapkan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa permasalahan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) sedangkan untuk metode perancangan sistemnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP serta MYSQL dalam pembuatan databasenya. Dengan diterapkannya sistem yang berbasis website ini maka diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam proses penilaian siswa yang dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan akurat. In the academic world, every educational institution must have a tuition payment system, and with the rapid technological advances nowadays, educational institutions are required to create systems that are effective and efficient and relevant to current technology which will make it superior in competition within the scope of relevant agencies. At Raharja University, lecture payments still use a conventional system where transfer students and campus staff check which is considered less efficient. In this study, the writer uses a SWOT analysis between the virtual account payment system and the running system. The purpose of this study is to recommend the use of a Virtual Account in the payment of lectures at Raharja University. This research is expected to be a problem solving alternative that makes it easier for students to make financial payments, as well as facilitate campus monitoring of campus payments.

If the target is achieved then you reach your target information, and vice versa if it fails then it will appear warning you that the target is not reached. The cause of not achieving the target would appear that the solution must be reached, the expert system will provide a list of the red line on the value that corresponds to it, another solution could be done by changing the maximum standard
Perkembangan dunia pendidikan khususnya spesialisasi dibidang bisnis, ekonomi, teknologi informasi dan yang lainnya, mengharuskan setiap tenaga pendidik dan yang dididik harus memiliki jiwa dinamis dan sensitif terhadap perubahan ekonomi dan teknologi yang saat ini sedang banyak dihadapi, yang diketahui banyak dihadapi oleh orang-orang yang menekuni business intelligence (BI). Sehingga dibutuhkan pemahaman lebih mengenai teori, konsep, dan keadaan langsung dilapangan yang nantinya siap dipakai oleh lulusan yang mendalami BI (business intelligence), sehingga tidak terpaku hanya sebatas pemahaman materi, tapi juga contoh kasusnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang menjadikan minat para peserta didik terhadap BI lebih baik sehingga menumbuhkan kemauan mereka dalam menempuh pendidikan ini dan meningkatkan nalar mereka dalam memecahkan studi kasus dalam BI, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode permasalahan sehari-hari, yang didapat dari Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dan Puzzle-Based Learning. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode ini peserta didik lebih banyak menyerap materi, teknik dan lebih tertarik terhadap kasus-kasus BI yang terjadi di dunia yang sebenarnya serta mampu untuk berfikir out of the box, secara tidak langsung. Sehingga peserta didik memahami lebih mendalam masalah pada BI baik dalam konteks BI ataupun dalam penerapannya dalam pengambilan keputusan atau perencanaan perancangan model BI itu sendiri sebagai sasaran akhir pembelajaran.
