Resiko disfungsi aliran balik vena pada kaki, neuropati, ulkus diabetikum, gangrene, dan amputasi kaki masih menjadi ancaman serius diabetesi.Tidak hanya berdampak fisik, biaya untuk mengelola dan merawat masalah gangguan perfusi perifer kaki sangat banyak yang merugikan individu dan menjadi beban bagi pembiayaan sosial negara. Buerger Allen Exercise (BAE) adalah latihan gerak yang dilakukan tungkai bawah yang bervariasi serta memanfaatkan gaya gravitasi yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan teratur. Variasi gerakan dan gaya gravitasi pada BAE diharapkan mampu untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sirkulasi darah perifer ke ekstermitas sehingga kebutuhan oksigen sampai pada tingkat sel dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai Ankel Brachial Index (ABI). Penelitian dirancang untuk mengetahui efek Vascular Rehabilitation Training Program menggunakan BAE terhadap Perubahan Nilai ABI diabetisi tipe 2. Desain Quasy Experiment digunakan untuk mengkaji ada tidaknya sebab-akibat dari dua variabel yang diteliti dengan pendekatan pre-test and post-test control design. Teknik sampling menggunakan puposive sampling. Terdapat 20 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala ABI untuk mengukur perubahan nilai sebelum dan setelah dilakukan BAE. Intervensi dilakukan sebanyak 6 sesi dalam 6 hari latihan dengan durasi 15 menit setiap pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perubahan nilai ABI yang sangat signifikan setelah melakukan BAE. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode BAE efektif dalam meningkatkan perfusi perifer pada kaki diabetesi dan dapat menjadi alternatif yang mudah dan murah untuk dilakukan dalam memperbaiki gangguan perfusi khususnya pasien diabetes.
Introduction Knowledge management-based nursing care has a positive effect in preventing healthcare associated infections (HAIs). Therefore, nursing professionals can utilize key strategies of knowledge management to support clinical decision making, reorganize nursing actions, and maximize patient outcomes. Objectives The aim of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge management-based nursing care educational training on HAI prevention behavior at the High Care Unit (HCU) of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Methods A quasiexperimental design with a pretest, educational training intervention, and posttest were conducted on 15 nurses in the HCU of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang, which lasted for 16 days. Furthermore, observation of nursing care documentation, nurses’ handwashing compliance, and presence of infection-causing bacteria in the HCU staff and environment (hands rub handle, medical record, and patient's bed) was carried out pre (day 1–7) and post training (day 10–16). Subsequently, educational training related to knowledge management-based nursing care was conducted for 2 days (day 8–9) by the Doktor Mengabdi Team of Universitas Brawijaya. Results The knowledge level and completeness of the nursing care documentation in the HCU room significantly increased after the training ( p < .05). Also, compliance to the six steps five moments of nurses’ handwashing increased after the training ( p > .05). Infection-causing bacteria were found in the HCU environment and staff before and after the training involving Pseudomonas stutzeri, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Enterobacter cloacae, Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pasteurella pneumotropica, and Acinetobacter lwoffii. Therefore, increased knowledge of HCU nurses and complete documentation ( r = .890; p = .054), increased knowledge of HCU nurses and handwashing compliance ( r = .770; p = .086), and handwashing compliance and bacterial presence ( r = .816; p = .084) all had a positive correlation. Conclusion Knowledge management-based nursing care educational training increased infection prevention behavior in the HCU of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang.
This study aims to 1) Analyze the pattern of changes in commodity prices for spanish pepper in Malang District. 2) Analyzing the factors that influence fluctuations in the price of spanish pepper in Malang District. The research method used is quantitative method that uses secondary data in the form of time series obtained from several related agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency of Malang District, Department of Industry and Trade, and Department of food crops, horticulture, and plantation in Malang District. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable is the price at the consumer level from 2009-2018, while the independent variables use the data of the price of spanish pepper at the producer level, the amount of production, and the amount of consumption from 2009-2018. The study found that: 1) The development of the price of spanish pepper had a trend that tended to increase during the last 10 years. 2) From the results of data processing using multiple linear regression method with Eviews 9.0 application, it is found that the factor that significantly influences changes in the price of spanish pepper is the price at the producer level, while the amount of production of spanish pepper and the number of requests does not significantly affect the change in spanish pepper prices in Malang District.
The study aims to investigate: 1) The effect of self-efficacy on the independene learning of mathematics; 2) The effect of learning motivation on the independene learning of mathematics; 3) The effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation as an aggregate on the independene learning of mathematics. This type of research is a quantitative with an approach ex-post facto. The population in this research is eight grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Musuk. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling is class VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Musuk. The data were collected through a questionnaire and documentation. The hypothesis testing used simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. 1) There is a positive effect and significant of self-efficacy on the independene learning of mathematics, indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.770, a determination coefficient value 0,593 and tvalue ttable of (6,6062,042); 2) There is a positive effect and significant of learning motivation on the independene learning of mathematics, indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0,852, a determination coefficient value 0,727 and tvalue ttable of (8,9282,042); 3) There is a positive effect and significant of self-efficacy and learning motivation on the independene learning of mathematics, indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0,873, a determination coefficient value 0,762 and Fvalue Ftable of (8,9282,042).
This study aims to determine the results of distance learning using e-learning, which is reviewed from a management perspective. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, with a research site at the Madrasah Aliyah Lubbul Labib Maron, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. The results showed that; management of distance learning is carried out in several stages, namely; planning that includes learner analysis, determination of material, methods, approaches, media and evaluation techniques that will be used in learning activities. Furthermore, the results of the planning are implemented in online learning and evaluated according to what has been planned.
