Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebagai langkah awal strategi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam memfasilitasi potensi mahasiswa sehingga mampu membentuk karakter profesional dalam bidang kerja yang ditekuni nantinya. Program MBKM, jalur wirausaha memberikan ruang kepada mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dan komitmen untuk menjadi wirausaha mandiri, adaptif, kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui minat wirausaha mahasiswa, karakteristik wirausaha, dan mendeskripsikan kompetensi wirausaha mahasiswa, yaitu aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Agroteknologi dan Agribisnis, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM sangat tinggi, yaitu 98.70%, karakteristik wirausaha mahasiswa termasuk kategori berkarakter dengan skor rata-rata 3.99. Kompetensi wirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan indikator kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik termasuk kategori memiliki kompetensi wirausaha dengan skor rata-rata 4.02. The Independent Learning Campus Independent Program (MBKM) is the first step in the policy of implementing education in facilitating the potential of students so that they are able to form a professional character in the field of work that they will be engaged in later. The MBKM program, the entrepreneurial pathway, provides space for students who have an interest and commitment to become independent, adaptive, creative and innovative entrepreneurs.This study aims to determine student entrepreneurial interests, entrepreneurial characteristics, and describe student entrepreneurial competencies, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. This research is a survey research, the sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total sample of 77 third semester students of Agrotechnology and Agribusiness Study Program, Muslim University of Indonesia. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the student's interest in participating in the MBKM program was very high, namely 98.70%, the entrepreneurial characteristics of students were included in the character category with an average score of 3.99. Student entrepreneurial competence based on indicators of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities is included in the category of having entrepreneurial competence with an average score of 4.02.
Ada tiga pondasi utama yang penting dan wajib dipedomani untuk mencapai target prestasi atlet yaitu, potensi genetik, kecukupan nutrisi dan latihan terprogram. Nutrisi yang tepat akan sangat membantu penampilan optimal atlet saat bertanding. Selain itu nutrisi ini dibutuhkan pula pada kerja biologik tubuh, untuk penyediaan energi tubuh pada saat seorang atlet melakukan berbagai aktivitas fisik, misalnya pada saat latihan, bertanding dan saat pemulihan. Nutrisi juga dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki atau mengganti sel tubuh yang rusak. Banyak pelatih atau atlet yang menganggap bahwa asupan nutrisi pada atlet sama saja dengan yang bukan atlet. Kenyataannya tidak demikian, asupan nutrisi pada atlet disiapkan berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang dominasi energi yang akan digunakan, peran sumber nutrisi tertentu pada proses penyediaan energi. Dalam hal ini termasuk pula tentang pemberian suplemen dan usaha khusus berupa modifikasi yang dilakukan terhadap asupan nutrisi pada waktu tertentu, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja atlet. dari workshop yang telah dilaksanakan ini para atlet bisa mencapai prestasi maksimal melalui pengaturan makan yang tepat dan variatif.
The main problem is the decreased level of fitness and concentration. The reason is technological advances so that a person does not need the energy to carry out his activities and can be recorded and stored in an online database. The author provides a community service solution with low-impact aerobic dance to increase cardiovascular endurance and concentration in 36 female students aged 18-20 years. The pretest at the first meeting, low-impact aerobic dance material is 30 minutes long, 3 times per week is carried out for 6 weeks, and ends with a posttest. The pretest and posttests used the Multi-Stage 20m Shuttle Run Fitness Test for cardiovascular endurance and the Grid Concentration Test for concentration. There was an average increase in cardiovascular endurance of 3.34 and concentration of 2.11. This dedication is necessary for increasing cardiovascular endurance and concentration so that daily activities do not experience fatigue and still have energy reserves to carry out other activities and be more focused.
This study aims was to evaluate the characteristics of the gelatine derivate from Kacang goat bone extracted enzymatically using neutrase at different enzyme concentrations. The neutrase treatments, namely GTK-N0 (gelatin with neutrase 0%), GTK-N1 (Gelatin with 0.25% neutrase), GTK-N2 (Gelatin with neutrase 0.5%) and GTK-N3 (Gelatin with neutrase 0,75%). The bones sample used the bones from local Kacang goat aged 6 to 12 months. The study used was a randomized complete design (Oneway ANOVA) with 4 enzyme concentration treatments with 5 replications each treatment. The parameters observed were gelatin yields, the proximate analysis was performed on goat bones and gelatin (water content, ash, fat, and crude protein), pH, gel strength, viscosity, and functional groups of gelatin FTIR. The results showed that the application of the neutrase enzyme at the 0.25% level had the significant effect on the characteristics of the gelatin produced. The conclusion of this study neutrase can be used for enzymatically extracting gelatin from the bones of local Kacang goat and produced the gelatin characteristics that can be used for food applications.
Setiap konsumen beras mempunyai preferensi masing-masing dalam menentukan beras yang akan dikonsumsi, hal itu dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti lingkungan budaya dan daya beli. Penelitian ini menjadi penting sebagai masukan bagi produsen dan pedagang dalam menyusun strategi menyediakan produk beras sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada pasar tradisional yaitu pasar Terong, pasar Pa’baeng-baeng, dan pasar Daya di Kota Makassar, pengambilan data berlangsung selama 4 bulan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus Sampel konsumen menggunakan metode insidental, Analisis data menggunakan analisis Fishbein untuk mengukur preferensi konsumen. Hasil penelitian bahwa karakteristik konsumen beras pada pasar tradisional di Kota Makassar adalah konsumen dengan rata-rata umur 38 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan SMA, pekerjaan ibu rumahtangga dengan rata-rata pendapatan Rp 2.770.000/bulan. Atribut beras yang disukai oleh konsumen adalah beras yang mempunyai tekstur dengan butir utuh, memiliki warna yang putih merata, membeli beras tanpa kemasan (beras curah), memiliki rasa nasi yang pulen dan beraroma saat menjadi nasi. Preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut beras yang paling dipertimbangkan saat membeli beras berturut-turut adalah tekstur beras, rasa nasi, aroma nasi, warna beras, dan kemasan/merek beras. Atribut tekstur beras, merupakan atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian beras. Each rice consumer has their own preferences in determining the rice to be consumed, it can be influenced by various factors such as the cultural environment and purchasing power. This research is important as input for producers and traders in formulating strategies to provide rice products according to consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted in traditional markets, namely eggplant market, Pa'baeng-baeng market, and Daya market in Makassar City, data collection lasted for 4 months. Determination of the sample using the census method Consumer samples using the incidental method, data analysis using Fishbein analysis to measure consumer preferences. The results showed that the characteristics of consumers of rice in traditional markets in Makassar City were consumers with an average age of 38 years, female gender, high school education level, occupation of housewives with an average income of Rp. 2,770,000/month. The rice attributes favored by consumers are rice that has a texture with whole grains, has an evenly white color, buys unpackaged rice (bundled rice), has a fluffier taste and is aromatic when it becomes rice. The consumer preferences for rice attributes that are most considered when buying rice are rice texture, rice taste, rice aroma, rice color, and rice packaging/brand. The rice texture attribute is the attribute most considered by consumers in their rice purchasing decisions.
This study aims to identify the implementation of the Sustainable Cocoa Program in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, to identify the impact of the Sustainable Cocoa Program on the empowerment of cocoa farmers in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province, to know and analyze the impact of the Sustainable Cocoa Program on strengthening farmer groups in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out by Majene Regency. The population in this study were all farmer groups that carried out a sustainable Cocoa Program, amounting to 25 farmer groups. The determination of the research sample used a purposive sampling method, namely choosing 2 farmers (1 administrator and 1 member) from each farmer group, so that the total sample was 50 farmers. Analysis of the data used descriptively to analyze the impact of the program on strengthening farmer groups, namely conducting an R-O-N analysis (Resource-Organization, and Norm). The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on training, mentoring, seedling assistance, and work wage assistance has made farmers more active in caring for their cocoa farming. The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on training activities is that respondents carry out fertilizing, planting, spraying, harvesting, pruning, and sanitation activities that are not in accordance with the training material. The impact of the sustainable cocoa program on seedling assistance is 7,404 trees / farmer groups and capital assistance for work wages is Rp. 5,665,000 / group. The ultimate goal of a sustainable cocoa program for strengthening farmer groups is no capital fertilization, active participation in counseling, active extension workers. Classroom skills, complete organization, existing functions and roles of administrators, mutual cooperation activities already in place and existing division of tasks in farmer groups.
