In this study, factorial randomized experiments were conducted in a controlled greenhouse environment to investigate an efficient and effective component of water management technology in increasing soybean yield. The soybeans were planted in polybags with 6 kg of Alfisol soil media and fertilizer. The bags were perforated with 16 holes at approximately 1 to 2 cm from the base and put into a water container. The container was immersed in water levels of 5 cm and 10 cm. The application of these immersions was carried out in four stages: 0 to 15 days after planting (DAP), 15 to 30 DAP, 30 to 45 DAP, and continued until harvest. Observations of growth were carried out on the greenness of leaves, plant height, leaf area, root length, and dry weight of plants, and soil water content was checked every two weeks. The yield measured after harvest consisted of the number of pods, the number of seeds/plants, weight of 100 seeds, and weight of seeds per plants. The water level had a significant effect on plant height, dry weight, leaf greenness, number of pods, and number of seeds/plants. The immersion stage has significant effects on plant height, harvest age, dry weight, leaf greenness, number of pods, and number of seeds/plants. Continuous immersion in a water level of 5 cm has shown the best yield on number of pods (20.81) and number of seeds per plant (162.94). This treatment increased seed yield (seed weight) approximately by 19.23% compared to the field capacity.
The main objective of this study is to examine the demographic, social and economic characteristics of farm households around the forest area, analyze the household food consumption patterns and analyze the relationship between food consumption patterns with the characteristics of farm households in the vicinity of the forest area. This research was conducted in Takalar Regency, namely in Kale Ko’mara Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, starting in July October 2018. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data with the number of respondents as many as 40 farmers around the forest area. The data that has been collected is analyzed using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the demographic, social and economic characteristics of farmers around the area were: 1) the age of the respondents was in the age range of 40-50 years (60.00%), 2) the highest number of family dependents was 3-4 people (65.00% ), 3) the dominant education level is elementary school / equivalent (55.0%), 4) the type of side jobs are generally planters (62.50%), 5) the longest experience of farming in the range of 20-30 years, (60.00% ), 5) the biggest income is Rp. 2,000,000-Rp.3,000,000 / Month (52.50%), 6) and the highest average expenditure is Rp. 1,500,000 - Rp. 3,000,000 (90.0%). The food consumption pattern is in accordance with the Hope Food Pattern (PPH) score of 97.8 which means that the distribution and availability of food for households is guaranteed with the composition and availability of adequate food ingredients, influenced by factors of age, income and expenditure characteristics significantly and the educational characteristics factor is very real. The characteristics of the number of family dependents, type of work and experience of farming do not have a significant effect on the patterns of food consumption of farm households around the forest area.
Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebagai langkah awal strategi kebijakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dalam memfasilitasi potensi mahasiswa sehingga mampu membentuk karakter profesional dalam bidang kerja yang ditekuni nantinya. Program MBKM, jalur wirausaha memberikan ruang kepada mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dan komitmen untuk menjadi wirausaha mandiri, adaptif, kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui minat wirausaha mahasiswa, karakteristik wirausaha, dan mendeskripsikan kompetensi wirausaha mahasiswa, yaitu aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Agroteknologi dan Agribisnis, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM sangat tinggi, yaitu 98.70%, karakteristik wirausaha mahasiswa termasuk kategori berkarakter dengan skor rata-rata 3.99. Kompetensi wirausaha mahasiswa berdasarkan indikator kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik termasuk kategori memiliki kompetensi wirausaha dengan skor rata-rata 4.02. The Independent Learning Campus Independent Program (MBKM) is the first step in the policy of implementing education in facilitating the potential of students so that they are able to form a professional character in the field of work that they will be engaged in later. The MBKM program, the entrepreneurial pathway, provides space for students who have an interest and commitment to become independent, adaptive, creative and innovative entrepreneurs.This study aims to determine student entrepreneurial interests, entrepreneurial characteristics, and describe student entrepreneurial competencies, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. This research is a survey research, the sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total sample of 77 third semester students of Agrotechnology and Agribusiness Study Program, Muslim University of Indonesia. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the student's interest in participating in the MBKM program was very high, namely 98.70%, the entrepreneurial characteristics of students were included in the character category with an average score of 3.99. Student entrepreneurial competence based on indicators of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities is included in the category of having entrepreneurial competence with an average score of 4.02.
AbstrakProgram Pengembangan Usaha Produk Intelektual Kampus (PPUPIK) Berbasis Usaha Akuakultur Terpadu melalui inovasi teknologi budidaya ikan nila dikolam terpal dengan sistem modular di Desa Mandalle Kecamatan Mandalle, Kabupaten Pangkep Sulawesi Selatan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kampus, menanamkan budaya wirausaha bagi mahasiswa, percontohan untuk masyarakat dan tempat praktek untuk mahasiswa Kolam terpal pemeliharan pendedaran (1 kolam) dan pembesaran (2 kolam) dengan diameter 3 m dan tinggi 1,2 m. Benih ikan yang digunakan adalah nila Gesit (Oreochromis niloticus) yang mono sex jantan, berukuran 1,5 cm. Selama pendederan dilakukan penyiponan setiap hari dan diberi probiotik 50 ml/minggu. Ukuran benih untuk pembesaran yaitu 5 -7 cm sebanyak 1500 ekor setiap kolam. Media pemeliharaan dikolam pembesaran dengan menumbuhkan bioflok dan makanan alami sebelum benih ditebar. Pergantian air dilakukan setiap minggu. Pakan buatan yang digunakan berkadar protein 35 %, frekwensi pemberian pakan 3 kali sehari, dan dosis pemberian pakan 3-5 % dari berat tubuh. Kelangsungan hidup ikan untuk pendederan yaitu 87 %. Total produksi ikan konsumsi satu siklus pembesaran 1.053 kg. Keuntungan produk ikan nila Rp. 15.125.000. RC ratio menunjukkan 1,35 > 1 berarti layak dilaksanakan dengan payback periode sebesar 0,32 tahun.Kata kunci : ikan nila, modular, probiotik, B/C ratio, akuakultur AbstractCampus Intellectual Product Business Development Program (PPUPIK) based on Integrated Aquaculture Business through innovative tilapia cultivation technology in ponds with a modular system, located in Mandalle Village, Mandalle District, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. The program aims to develop the campus economy, instill an entrepreneurial culture for students, a model for the community and a place of practice for students. Maintenance in ponds for nurseries (1 pond) and growing (2 ponds) were 3 m in diameter and 1.2 m high. The fish seed species used were Oreochromis niloticus which was mono-sex male, 1.5 cm in size. During the nursery, water suction were carried out every day and given probiotics 50 ml / week. The size of the seeds for enlargement is 5 -7 cm as many as 1500 individuals per ponds. Water is in the growing pond was growth of biofloc and natural food. Water changes were carried out every week. Tilapia survival for nursery was 87%. The total production of consumption fish was 1,053 kg. Artificial feed was used with a protein content of 35%, feeding frequency were 3 times a day and dose were 3-5% of body weight. The profit of consumption fish products was Rp. 15,125,000. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of organic matter application on mycorrhizal inoculated soil on the percentage of AMF infection and the availability of phosphorus nutrients for the growth of mung beans. The research was conducted at the Green House, Universitas Muslim Indonesia, and in the Microbiology laboratory of the Environmental and Forestry Research Institute, Makassar, which was carried out from May to August 2021. This research was conducted in an experimental form based on a completely randomized design consisting of four treatments with three replications. The treatments tested were planting media, namely sand + soil (without organic matter), sand + soil + husk, sand + soil + husk charcoal, and sand + soil + husk + husk charcoal. Parameters observed in this study were total soil P nutrient content, available P content, percentage of mycorrhizal infection, plant height, number of leaves, root length, and root volume. The results showed that the percentage of root infection with the application of organic husk material obtained the percentage of root infection up to 83.67%. Plant growth and nutrient levels of total P and available P were higher with the application of husk organic matter and husk charcoal.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap tradisi Mappalili di Desa Manakku, menganalisis motivasi petani dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tradisi Mappalili di Desa Manakku, menganalisis jumlah produksi petani di dataran rendah usahatani padi sawah di Desa Manakku, dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi petani padi tradisi Mappalili terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Manakku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis produksi dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi petani terhadap Tradisi Mappalili memperoleh skor 80,93% artinya sangat baik, (2) Motivasi petani dalam melaksanakan tradisi Mappalili diperoleh skor 81,77% artinya sangat tinggi, (3) Tingkat jumlah produksi peternakan responden per peternakan rata-ratan 5.770 kg dan jumlah produksi usahatani responden/ha rata-rata 5.767,70 kg, (4) Pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi petani padi pada tradisi Mappalili berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi di Manakku Desa. The objectives of the study were (1)to analyze farmers' perceptions of the Mappalili tradition in Manakku Village, (2) to analyze the motivation of farmers in carrying out Mappalili tradition activities in Manakku Village, (3) Analyze the amount of production farmers in lowland rice farming in Manakku Village, (4) Analyzing the effect of perceptions and motivations of rice farmers in the Mappalili tradition on lowland rice farming production in Manakku Village. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods, production analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Farmers' perceptions of the Mappalili Tradition obtained a score of 80.93% meaning very good, (2) The motivation of farmers in carrying out the Mappalili tradition was obtained a score of 81.77% meaning very high, (3) The number of respondents' farm production per farm was average of 5,770 kg and the number of respondents' farm production/ha an average of 5,767,70 kg, (4) The influence of perception and motivation of rice farmers in the Mappalili tradition has a simultaneous and significant effect on rice farming production in Manakku Village.
