Startups are sufficiently developed in Indonesia to become a trend in business incubators that include college or university students. This is due to the incubation concept and program offered to prospective entrepreneurs who have potential ideas in business. Thus, research was conducted to determine the role of business incubators in building startups in universities. But there are obstacles in developing startups, limited technology, leadership and management. The study was conducted at the Alphabet Incubator of Raharja University with a qualitative approach. The research method used is the method of observation and literature review by collecting data that aims to simplify the process. It can be seen how the government encourages business incubators in developing startups and introducing business through technology. The research objective is to increase innovation or creativity in developing successful new startups in higher education. Sehingga penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran inkubator bisnis dalam membangun startup pada perguruan tinggi. Namun terdapat kendala dalam mengembangkan startup, terbatasnya teknologi, kepemimpinan dan manajemen. Penelitian dilakukan di Alphabet Incubator Universitas Raharja dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan literature review dengan mengumpulkan data yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengerjaannya. Dapat dilihat bagaimana pemerintah mendorong inkubator bisnis dalam mengembangkan startup dan mengenalkan bisnis melalui teknologi. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan inovasi atau kreativitas dalam mengembangkan startup baru yang sukses di perguruan tinggi. Terlihat dari mahasiswa memanfaatkan fasilitas di Alphabet Incubator untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil dalam industri digital untuk peningkatan tenaga kerja.Kata Kunci: Inkubator Bisnis; Startup; Inovasi atau Kreativitas
New innovations enter the market and create a strong disruption effect, a sign that the era of the decade that is currently happening has experienced many changes in various sectors, including economics, technology, education and politics. This study aims to examine the aspects and direction of the development of research related to the Disruption Age that affects technological developments, one of which is in the field of publication management. The approach used is a study of various definitions and model frameworks that developed around the era of disruption and management of publications as well as mapping and analysis of a number of publications. Judging from the research method, most of the research was carried out through descriptive and conceptual methods in which technological aspects became the focus of research by researchers. Disruption innovation has an impact on publication management, where publication management is increasingly developing with additional technological spices. Management of online-based scientific publications or e-journals that are able to manage scientific publication activities to create better management and publications and improve accessibility. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education targets 7,000 nationally accredited journals with six ratings. In 2018 there were 20,610 internationally published scientific works in Indonesia. The application of this online-based or e-journal scientific publication management system is able to improve the quality of the process of managing scientific journals to be more systematic and organized to achieve efficiency and improve publications to be global. Peningkatan perkembangan pada dunia pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi baik dalam negeri ataupun luar negeri maka meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa. Namun, perkembangan tersebut masih belum diimbangi dengan pemerataan sistem digitalisasi kursus yang dapat membentuk soft skills maupun hard skills pada beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang mengakibatkan kesenjangan bagi dosen maupun mahasiswa yang ingin membentuk keterampilan padanya. Mengembangkan platform dengan menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi blockchain maka Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) dapat mengatasi dalam rangka permasalahan pada pendidikan yang memberikan kursus dalam bentuk gamifikasi. Maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka, business model canva dan TKT untuk mengukur secara sistematis pada suatu pengembangan teknologi. Manfaat Education Smart Courses (E-Scores) dan inovasi berbasis Blockchain yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh akademisi serta gamifikasi pada kursus edukasi, dengan harapan dapat menjadi nilai lebih dalam prototype dan akan dikembangkan untuk dapat memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik.
There are many ways in which education 4.0 can continue to develop rapidly and coexist with the development of increasingly advanced technology to bond with each other to be balanced, one of which is using blockchain technology that is integrated in the education sector for various purposes. The main direction in developing global integration in education includes the creating a single educational space and optimization of the interaction between education and stakeholder relationships. The blockchain method implemented in education 4.0 was not widely used because initially, blockchain was only known for the financial sector. Blockchain is comprehensive and appropriate for this era, as blockchain offers technology, trust, and transparency by replacing the previous system with a new system. A particular problem is a need for innovative research to provide new insights into blockchain transformation inf education and application opportunities that can be accepted and used optimally. Researchers used the vast mind method and literature study. The goal is to inform the added value of blockchain that is applied in education as needed, the renewal of research and opportunities for implementing blockchain in education 4.0. The blockchain technology that can be used in education, for example, is archiving, learning, certification and other.
Blockchain is the core technology used to create cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin. As one part of the fourth industrial Revolution since the invention of steam engines, electricity, and information technology, blockchain technology has begun to be applied in areas such as finance, judiciary, and trade. Blockchain technology uses decentralized, distributed and transparency techniques for data security. This research aims to determine the implementation of blockchain technology in the field of education, especially in the Data Security section. The study uses two methods namely the mind mapping method and literature review. The results of this study showed that with the presence of blockchain technology, the data is more secure from attacks from both inside and outside because it passes through two levels of security, namely encryption and decentralized data.
Pendidikan 4.0 (education 4.0) adalah istilah umum yang digunakan oleh para ahli teori pendidikan untuk menggambarkan berbagai cara untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi cyber baik secara fisik maupun tidak ke dalam pembelajaran. Peran teknologi informasi pada pendidikan tinggi sudah dirasakan dalam kegiatan akademik salah satunya di dalam Perguruan Tinggi Raharja yang sudah menerapkan sistem pembelajaran online berupa iMe (iLearning Media) dan iDu (iLearning Education). Pemanfaatan education 4.0 dalam setiap aktivitas internal dan eksternal dalam pendidikan tinggi menjadi salah satu faktor kesuksesan dan kemajuan dari pendidikan tinggi, salah satunya yang terdapat di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dengan metode pembelajaran iLearning seperti ; iMe dan iDu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mind mapping dan studi pustaka yang memiliki tujuan yaitu dan juga sebagai penunjang akademik dalam proses belajar mengajar, mengatur jadwal ruangan, dan tugas lainnya serta untuk menumbuhkan sebuah kreatifitas dan inovatif baik untuk dosen, guru, siswa dan mahasiswa dan juga bisa menjadikan pribadi yang penuh dengan sebuah karya dan mensukseskan bangsa.

The emergence of industry 4.0 affects all aspects of the field including the field of marketing. Marketing is a marketing technique or introducing a product to the public to attract a lot of people. The role of Creative Content is needed in the publication of scientific papers in Industry 4.0. Creative Content can facilitate writers to publish scientific work. Social media is a medium for media creative content in scientific publications. However, the management of online scientific publications or e-journals is still of little use. To achieve Creative Content in scientific publications the need to conduct research or research to find out and obtain information about the role of creative content in scientific publications. The method used in the research is literature study, design, and mind map. Doing research / research is not just going to a place but looking for data in a journal is also needed. This study aims to determine the importance of digital content to improve the dissemination of information on publication management or e-journal in its application within the scope of APTISI Transactions on Management (ATM) journals that have been published online. Rapidly technological advancements have led to the emergence of a disruptive era, namely the innovation theory that was initiated by newcumbent, the publication of which threatened incumbent. When viewed from a quantitative perspective, the growth is quite severe. However, if it is related to its quality, its development is worrying. Therefore, higher education must compete to change the learning system by following disruptive patterns in order to improve the quality of learning that will improve the quality of human resources. In this study there are 2 (two) methods, The results of this study present the readiness of Raharja University in the face of the disruptive era through iLearning. Where in the learning process includes 3 (three) things, called Rinfo, iDu and iMe.With this learning method, students become more innovative and critical thinking.
