Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. This is significantly able to expand product marketing from Mekarsari Village
Main problem of plant maintenance business process on PT. Len Industri (Persero) are absence of maintenance activities documentation storage and no real time machine availability status. The right solution is implement ERP systems that applies a centralized database, so data can be stored properly and maintenance process can be integrated with the relevant sections. One of ERP vendor that provides solution for plant maintenance is SAP. This SAP ERP implementation using ASAP with the stages are problem identification, goal setting, current business process analysis, SAP ERP business process analysis, configuration and system testing. After configuration phase, all maintenance process can be accommodated by SAP with adjustments needed by the company. Based on the configuration and application testing. SAP ERP can be applied to the PT. Len Industri (Persero). Len Industri (Persero) permasalahan yaitu tidak terdapatnya tempat penyimpanan riwayat kegiatan pemeliharaan dan notifikasi status ketersediaan mesin secara real time. Solusi yang tepat untuk permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan mengembangkan sistem ERP yang menerapkan sistem database terpusat sehingga data tersimpan dengan baik dan kegiatan pemeliharaan dapat terintergrasi dengan bagian terkait. Salah satu vendor ERP yang menyediakan solusi untuk kegiatan pemeliharaan mesin adalah SAP dengan modul Plant Maintenance. Penerapan SAP ERP ini menggunakan metode ASAP dengan tahapan yaitu perumusan masalah, penentuan tujuan, analisis proses bisnis saat ini, analisis proses bisnis SAP ERP, analisis gap fit, analisis risiko, konfigurasi dan pengujian aplikasi. Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan dinas pemerintahan yang bertugas dalam bidang perhubungan, salah satunya dalam pemberian izin di Kabupaten Bandung Barat itu sendiri. Proses perizinan terbilang rumit dikarenakan pemohon harus datang ke loket informasi untuk mendapatkan form perizinan, kemudian mengembalikan form beserta pengumpulan berkas persyaratan administrasi. Saat pengambilan dan pengembalian form terjadi antrian, karena yang mengajukan perizinan tidaklah sedikit. Bahkan selain itu, surat perizinan yang memiliki tanggal expire-date kurang menjadi perhatian bagi para pemohonnya. Sehingga terkadang surat perizinan yang dimiliki sudah kadaluarsa. Di sisi lain, ketika staff dishub melakukan pemeriksaan angkutan umum di terminal maupun di beberapa titik pemeriksaan, ada beberapa angkutan umum yang tidak memiliki surat dengan lengkap atau bahkan suratnya tidak berlaku. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan diaplikasikan web service dan website sistem informasi perizinan angkutan umum bernama “WS.PAT” yang dapat membantu pemohon dalam melakukan pengajuan secara online, mengetahui informasi perizinan yang sedang diajukan, serta memudahkan mendapat informasi untuk melakukan perpanjangan. Adapun aplikasi web service sendiri digunakan sebagai backup database demi menjaga keamanan data Dinas Perhubungan sendiri. Dimana ada beberapa aplikasi yang dapat diakses oleh pihak eksternal (pemohon) untuk mengajukan perizinan, sehingga untuk meminimalisir kejadian yang tidak diharapkan, maka digunakannya aplikasi web service ini. Selain itu juga, aplikasi web service ini digunakan untuk menghubungkan antara aplikasi berbasis intranet dan android. Sehingga keduanya dapat terhubung dalam satu database. Metode yang digunakan yaitu extreme programming, karena extreme programming memiliki kelebihan dalam menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan client serta meningkatkan komunikasi dan sifat saling menghargai antar developer. Selain itu, extreme programming digunakan saat client membutuhkan waktu yang cepat dalam pembuatan sistem.
To gain competitive advantages, companies must combine and collaborate with the tangible and intangible assets. The most important intangible assets in companies are people because people have the knowledge to run the companies. Competencies of each individual in a company is a basic characteristic that must be taken into account. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of human resources of maintenance staff in the manufacturing company by designing competency measurement instrument that aims to assess the competency of employees. The focus of this research is the mechanical expertise of maintenance staff. SECI method is used in this research for managing knowledge that is held by senior employees regarding employee competence in electronic expertise. The SECI method converts the knowledge of a person’s tacit knowledge into an explicit knowledge so that the knowledge can be used by others. The knowledge that is gathered from SECI method is converted into a list of competence and break down into the detailed competency. The result of this paper is the competency measurement instrument that aims to assess the competency of employees. Future research can be done to test the instrument and add more specific criteria.
Investasi merupakan penanaman dana untuk mengembangkan keuangan dalam sebuah usaha. Di Indonesia, salah satu sektor pembangunan ekonomi nasional yang membutuhkan dana usaha adalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM adalah sulitnya mencari dana investasi karena adanya keterbatasan informasi dan pengaruh keinginan investor dalam menanamkan dana investasinya. Dana yang telah diinvestasikan harus dipertanggung jawabkan dan dapat diperlihatkan secara transparan kepada investor dalam bentuk laporan keuangan secara berkala untuk dilakukan pengontrolan dan montoring. Pemilihan penyebaran informasi menggunakan website memudahkan UKM dan investor dalam berinteraksi serta berbagi informasi yang dibutuhkan. Banyaknya jumlah UKM dan investor serta kebutuhan terhadap ketersediaan dana, crowdfunding menjadi hal yang bisa diterapkan dalam mencari dana investasi. Crowdfunding adalah dimana sejumlah besar orang secara finansial mendukung sebuah usaha yang akan dijalankan. Website ini juga menerapkan metode iterative incremental yang bisa mengakomodasi jika terjadi perubahan pada tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan. Analisis dan perancangan website ini menggunakan UML dan bahasa pemrograman PHP framework Codeigniter. Website diuji dengan melakukan blackbox testing kepada user. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan perancangan sistem dan kebutuhan user. Hasil penelitian ini adalah website yang mempermudah investor dalam melakukan monitoring terhadap dana investasi, juga dapat memudahkan UKM dalam mengolah dana investasi dengan transparan.
Practical Work and Community Service (KPPM) is one of the compulsory subjects at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Telkom University. In practice, practical work and community service are a learning process to work in a company/institution/institution with the aim of gaining work experience. The Faculty of Industrial Engineering is one of the faculties at Telkom University which has a vision to become research and entrepreneurship that plays an active role in the development of knowledge in the field of information technology-based industrial systems that contribute to the national economy. However, the Faculty of Industrial Engineering has problems in managing practical work administration and community service, but this study only discusses the Student module. Previously, the obstacles faced by students in the administrative process of practical work and community service were starting from receiving information related to their supervisor only through excel files that were distributed on social media to scheduling the presentation of practical work reports and community service who had to contact their supervisor via social media. The system is considered less effective and efficient and there is no practical work administration system and community service, so there is a need for an Information System for practical work and community service based on this website which aims to assist the administrative process of practical work and community service students at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering who in making systems This website-based information system uses the Laravel framework and MySQL database with the Extreme Programming method, besides that this website-based information system is tested using blackbox testing and usability testing methods. The results of the blackbox testing functional testing of the system can run as expected, as for the results of usability testing. Based on the respondents' answers, an average score of 78 was obtained. Based on the results obtained from the position obtained, it can be said that the practical work administration and community service webiste is in the category good for use by students.
