This study aims to examine the role of ethical behavior and entrepreneurial leadership in improving organizational performance. This research was conducted at the management of the Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Bali. Based on 2016 data, the number of LPDs in Bali was 1433 units, but 177 units were not operating, so 1256 units spread out in 9 districts/cities. Sampling is based on Slovin formula with 9% precision, so the number of LPDs sampled is 34 units. The determination of LPD samples in each district/city was carried out by stratified proportional random sampling. The research respondents were LPD administrators consisting of heads, secretaries, and treasurers in each LPD sample, so the number of respondents was 102 people. Data retrieval is done through interviews with respondents based on the prepared questionnaire. Furthermore, data processing is carried out with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work performance in civil servants of sports coach formations in the Bali Provincial Government. The population in this study were all civil servants who were appointed to the sports coach formation in the Bali Provincial Government, totaling 32 people. Data relating to research variables were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire proved valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 2) organizational commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on OCB, 3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on work performance, 4) Organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on achievement. work, 5) OCB has a positive and significant effect on work performance.
This study aims to explain the effect of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance and knowing whether organizational commitment is a mediating variable. This study used a sample of 75 employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Denpasar City with a sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and PLS. The results found that leadership style did not directly influence employee performance. Budaya organization and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance, but is not able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.
