Salah satu program pengembangan yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini adalah pengembangan bahasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kegiatan literasi denngan menggunakan Kegiatan Literasi Berbasis Teks Multimodal untuk anak usia dini di salah satu sekolah TK di Pematangsiantar. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah anak usia dini sebanyak 26 siswa. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber digunakan dalam analisis data. Proses interpretasi data yang terkumpul menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan kenyamanan lingkungan belajar peserta didik dengan persentase peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 15,8% sehingga kegiatan literasi berbasis multimodal ini layak untuk dikembangkan dan dilaksanakan pada anak usia dini. Para peneliti juga menyarankan agar pihak sekolah memahami pentingnya membangun lingkungan literasi yang baik di dalam kelas dalam mendukung penerapan literasi berbasis multimodal untuk perkembangan kemampuan literasi anak
This article is motivated by student discipline records that show promising results. This disciplinary background cannot be separated from how single parents educate students in the family. This condition is certainly not in line with the theory of student discipline, where students with good discipline come from families that are intact and compact in educating their children. This article aims to find out and describe the Single Parent Parenting Pattern in Shaping the Discipline of MI Darussalam Pacet Mojokerto Students and the Causes of Single Parenting Patterns in Shaping the Discipline of MI Darussalam Students Pacet Mojokerto. This article has used a qualitative type with a case study approach centered on one well-disciplined student with divorced parents. The results of this study are 1) Parenting applied by single parents to students using a combination of authoritarian and authoritative parenting. 2) The causal factors are classified into internal and external.
This study aims to describe the participation performance of students' basic teaching skills in microteaching. This quantitative study utilized questionnaire to collect the data. The data is processed based on a standardized scale in the assessment of basic teaching skills using the Likert scale. Based on the distribution of 32 respondents viewed from 7 indicators of opening skills, namely indicators of attracting attention and generating motivation, 23 respondents received a scale of 5 (very good) with an achievement of 0.68. The skills to close the lesson are indicators providing references, showing links, and making summaries. The visible scale is 2 (less) with 27 respondents, and the level of achievement is 0.84. In general, the skills of opening lessons are in a good category, but the skills of closing lessons are still lacking. Observation of the skill to explain, it appears that the achievement score indicators of motivation and clarity (use of language, intonation) got a score of 5 (very good) from 25 respondents, with an achievement of 0.78. In detail, the weaknesses can be seen in the organization of insufficient material explanations, providing relevant examples, and applying fun learning methods. Questions or feedback are only memory and memorization, as seen in 27 respondents who got a scale of 2 (less) with an achievement of 0.87. It means that microteaching provides positive effect in helping them become more confident, gain experience, teach a lesson effectively, communicate effectively, wrap up a lesson, manage a classroom, plan ahead, and manage their time effectively.
The purpose of this study was to look at language variations in early childhood speech at school. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were early childhood children at one of the Kindergarten school located in the city of Pematangsiantar. Language acquisition is obtained through the language of parents, as well as language in school and in the environment. The variety of languages obtained can be varied, the subjects studied used children as research subjects with different family backgrounds, there was a mixture of Batak Karo and Simalungun tribes, Batak Toba and Batak Karo, Batak Toba with Nias, Javanese with Batak. In early childhood, it is very easy to absorb language and it is easy to imitate the language obtained from parents, the environment and school so that the language used by children can vary. Data collection was carried out using the conversational and observational method of observing. The results obtained are that these five variations appear with various background factors. Dialect variations began to be used along with the development of his age at an early age, so that the acquisition of the language has begun to show its uniqueness.
