Cultural shift gives impact on human source development problems in the organization as well as in the village in accordance to face global competition, thus human resources with good quality and local-based professionals in Indonesia are required. Organizational culture sharing characteristic transformation, climate, and empowerment are as efforts of facilitating local society process to motivate them for participation in accordance to improve thinking ability, logic, complex, dynamic, and contextual thinking. The research methodology used here is descriptive quantitative or statistical with non-probability sampling and is analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM). The result of this research shows that the characteristic of harmonious cultural sharing, supportive climate, and source empowerment have the highest correlation value on participation process with high achievement motivation while the characteristic of mutual organizational culture sharing morale, conflict climate, and opportunity empowerment have the lowest value on motivation participation. The findings require participation activity to develop organizational culture sharing morale with less conflict gives opportunity to fulfill power needs (reward) and harmonious organizational culture share should be developed with the sources through a clear achievement participation process for the village apparatuses, village figures, and the youth of Ciapus village in Banjaran District in Bandung Regency.
This research focuses on the main problem that employee job satisfaction in the departments, agencies, offices, and secretariats of Sumedang Regency, West Java, that deliver public services is less than optimal. This study thus investigates the reasons for employees’ lack of job satisfaction. It is based on the theoretical context of public administration science and applies the research method of quantitative analysis, while the population it studies are the structural officials who work in Sumedang. The research hypothesis is examined using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), supported by the Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) computer software program. The results of the study show that communication style, individual initiative, and the reward system together have a strong and significant influence on managerial support, which in turn affects employee job satisfaction in departments, agencies, offices, and secretariats in Sumedang. The study concludes that the concept of managerial support has a strong and definitive effect on employee job satisfaction. The findings suggest the need for further research on how communication style, individual initiative, reward systems, and managerial support can contribute to improving public services, especially from the perspective of public administration science. This study’s originality lies in how it highlights the need to adopt more flexible human resources management in the public sector, similar to that employed in the business sector.
Secara sosiologis kondisi pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan sosial pada segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat diberbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat, baik dalam sektor ekonomi, ketenagakerjaan, pendidikan, pariwisata termasuk pada aspek birokrasi pemerintahan. Perilaku masyarakat masih ada yang belum memahami pencegahan virus covid-19 dengan tidak taat prokes, menghindari untuk di vaksin, sikap menutup diri masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi serta masyarakat yang menjauh oleh karena kekhawatiran terkena wabah serta masih banyak persoalan lain dimana masyarakat sesungguhnya membutuhkan informasi melalui media komunikasi dari pelayanan publik pemerintahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setiap penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik harus memiliki standar pelayanan dan dipublikasikan sebagai jaminan adanya kepastian bagi penerima pelayanan dengan standar yang diberlakukan dalam peyelenggaraan pelayanan yang wajib ditaati oleh pemberi dan penerima pelayanan. Strategi media komunikasi birokrasi pemerintahan dan perilaku birokrasi dalam pelayanan publik harus berkorelasi dengan emphati, partisipasi, motivasi berprestasi tinggi, budaya organisasi gotong royong, semangat berbagi, iklim konflik, dan pemberdayaan manusia.
This research is originated from the main problem that is, the lower organizational effectiveness. Human is the main factor in gaining an organization's success to achieve its objectives. In line with the position of ASMTB alumni in determining the success of the college and the implementation of human resources, there are problems and challenges that must be faced. The alumni of ASMTB require coaching and internal coordination to achieve effectiveness. It was found that the effectiveness of alumni performance is still low and it can be inferred from the existence of the alumni who are less concerned about ASMTB and the alumni who do not register as alumni because until now it is only 10% graduates were involved in the alumni tresshold. The problem indicators appear caused by internal coaching and coordination that has not been implemented optimally. The results show that there is a simultaneous effect of 47.3% regarding the internal coaching and coordination. Testing indicates that the partial effect on the variance of coaching effectiveness of 21.2% and a partial internal coordination variables influence the effectiveness of the work which is determined by 24,2%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and bureaucratic behavior on organizational effectiveness in the Dinas-Dinas, Agencies, Offices and Secretariat in Sumedang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study was a survey by distributing questionnaires to 170 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is path analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and bureaucratic behavior on organizational effectiveness, both partially and simultaneously.
This research describes the influence of marketing communication on the promotional team's performance at the Academy of Secretary and Management of Taruna Bakti. The research aims to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication to the getting of students and to know if there is a hidden influence between marketing communication and its execution in ASMTB. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Further, this research is equipped with path analysis to analyze the data. The results show some staggering findings. First, there is a strong relationship between marketing communication and the business world that used ASMTB's alumnae. The relation is 0.997, and if it is interpreted, the connection is solid. Second, there is also a relationship between marketing communication and potential students that will enter ASMTB. The relation is 0.151, and if it is interpreted, the relation is very weak. The last is, there is a close relationship between marketing communication and the alumnae. The relation is 0.345, and if it is interpreted, the relation is very week.
