The purpose of this study is to develop new knowledge related to innovation in e-commerce, which we call e-commerce innovation, and how its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, together with e-service quality, in the context of an online shop in Indonesia. Several measurement items of e-commerce innovation were adopted and modified from the existing literature. To answer how the impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, then used partial least squares structural equation modeling to analyze data from 400 respondents. Empirical test results found that e-commerce innovation and e-service quality can each increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is also known that in the context of online shop customers in Indonesia, its easier to create customer satisfaction than customer loyalty.
<p>This examines the influence of motivation and quality of work life on employee performance CV. Prima Indo Tuna in Makassar. This type of research is explanatory attempt to explain the factors that affect the performance of the employees of the two factors, namely the motivation and the quality of working life. Respondents were 50 people who were employees at CV. Prima Indo Tuna Makassar on the processing or production either permanent or contract employee. Analysis of hypothesis verification regression analysis, which showed no significant influence between the variables of motivation and quality of work life on employee performance, it is proved by F count> 6,806 F table 3.20. From the analysis of the partial test proved that there is a significant influence on the variables of motivation and the quality of working life to the performance. Then the partial test results obtained by the partial determination coefficient (r2)of 0108 which shows motivation variable is the dominant variable affecting employee performance.</p>
Purpose
Several organizations decided to work remotely after the Indian Government proclaimed a state of emergency on March 24, 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Employees across all industries, particularly the Generation-Y, were stressed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to fills that gap by looking at the effects of occupational stress factors (such as coworker support, work–life balance [WLB] and role expectation conflict) on Generation-Y employees in the educational sector during COVID-19.
Design/methodology/approach
The causes and consequences of the three occupational stresses listed above were investigated. In total, 231 surveys from workers at private and public educational institutions in India were analyzed using partial least square-structural equation modeling analysis.
Findings
The results revealed that support from coworkers greatly reduced job stress, the WLB had a positive impact on the work and personal lives, and the lack of role specification in Generation-Y employees had a negative impact on their job performance.
Originality/value
This study has considered the occupational stress variables among Generation-Y in the era of COVID-19, which need attention to improve the performance of the academic sector.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and motivation on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Bangko District Elementary School. The number of samples in this study was the entire population of the study as many as 71 civil servant teachers at the Bangko District Elementary School. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance, work motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction does not have a significant negative effect on teacher performance.
