This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on job satisfaction and teacher performance at Dharma Loka Elementary School Pekanbaru. The questionnaire as data collector from 42 respondents proportionally to all educators/teachers of SD Dharma Loka, was tested using Path Analysis (Path Smart PLS). The test results show, Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Motivation has a positive effect and not significant on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance. Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline as independent variables Job Satisfaction, Teacher Performance as the dependent variable.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of analysis of commitment, motivation, and leadership and work culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMK Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sampling criteria in this study were all educators at the Masmur Multi-Mechanical School. There are 100 teachers in this school. The remaining 20 people are education personnel. So the respondents in this study were 100 people who were all education personnel. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using SPSS and SEM PLS analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is an insignificant effect of commitment on job satisfaction, motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction and work culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, commitment has no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, work culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance.
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of commitment, competence, leadership style, and work culture on job satisfaction and performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in the study was 102 employees and the method used to determine the number of samples in this study was the total sample method using the census technique so the total sample was 102 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that commitment has no effect on job satisfaction, competence has no effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction, work culture has an effect on job satisfaction, commitment has no effect on employee performance, competence has no effect on employee performance, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, work culture has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and motivation on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Bangko District Elementary School. The number of samples in this study was the entire population of the study as many as 71 civil servant teachers at the Bangko District Elementary School. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance, work motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction does not have a significant negative effect on teacher performance.
"User satisfaction" is always an important measure of a stakeholder's opinion of e-government and must cover the entire stakeholder experience. "Net benefits" are the most important success factor of implementation system information and can measure the balance of positive and negative impacts of the e-government like the SAKTI system. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, information quality, system quality, organizational support, and regulatory environment on user satisfaction and net benefits of SAKTI users. This quantitative study uses primary data in questionnaires distributed to respondents through google forms and interviews. The questionnaire used simple random sampling. The sample size in this study was 482. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The hypothesis test results show that system quality significantly and strongly impacts user satisfaction. Information quality has a large and strong impact on user satisfaction. Service quality has a large and strong impact on user satisfaction. Organizational support has a small and weak impact on user satisfaction. The regulatory environment has a large and strong impetus for user satisfaction. User satisfaction, influenced by service quality, information quality, system quality, organizational support, and the regulatory environment, strongly impacts the net On Stakeholders of the Regional Treasury Office in Riau Province. The research model can use to conduct surveys of user satisfaction on SAKTI or other e-government and evaluate the results.
