Strategi guru merupakan unsur penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengenalkan konsep dasar literasi kepada anak usia dini sebagai bekal memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya, selain itu, anak juga dituntut paham tentang konsep literasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi guru untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar literasi di PAUD sebagai persiapan memasuki SD/MI, untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan strategi dalam mengenalkan konsep dasar literasi di PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, adapun tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi tehnik dan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru menggunakan beberapa strategi untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar literasi diantaranya strategi belajar langsung atau melalui bermain, melibatkan anak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, bermain peran, bercerita, atau mendongeng. adapun faktor yang mempengaruhui guru untuk menggunakan staregi dalam mengenalkan konsep dasar literasi ialah karateristik peserta didik yang berbeda, kemampuan anak masih rendah, tuntutan orang tua dan adanya prasyarat untuk masuk SD/MI.
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education at the madrasahs and integrated Islamic schools, namely at: SDIT Al-Ghazali, MIN 1 Palangka Raya, SMP-IT Al-Ghazali, MTsN 1 Palangka Raya, SMA-IT Hasanka and MAN Kapuas. The principals, teachers, parents and students were the research informants. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentary study. The triangulation was used to check the trustworthiness of the data. The results showed that the implementation of discipline was by giving rewards and punishments according to school rules; honesty by using the Kantin Kejujuran and some CCTV, while hard work by using school assignments, group study and student work. Supporting and inhibiting factors include teachers, parents, students and the school environment. This finding confirms that schools have their own ways in applying character education based on each of their vision, need and condition. Any future research can be more directed at implementing character in Islamic madrasahs/schools, families, and communities so that they are able to provide role models and scientific treasures in this issue, considering that character is very important, especially in this age of character crisis among students.
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran tematik berbasis Macromedia Flash untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 2) mengetahui efektifitas dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran, 3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi model desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran tematik Berbasis Macromedia Flash pada tema “Indahnya Kebersamaan” subtema “Keberagaman Budaya Bangsaku” di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat efektivitas dan kemenarikan yang tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji coba berada pada kategori baik menurut skala 5. Adapun hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Validasi ahli materi 94,00%, (2) Validasi ahli media pembelajaran 87,00%, (3) Validasi guru wali kelas IV 92,00%, (4) Uji coba perorangan 78,78%, (5) Uji coba kelompok kecil 84,54%, (6) Uji coba lapangan 85,78%. Nilai hasil belajar siswa yang dilihat dari peningkatan hasil pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 55,13 dan nilai rata-rata pada tahap post-tets sebesar 91,71. Nilai rata-rata siswa mengalami kenaikan sebesar 36,58.
Teaching not only convey the content of the subject matter, but also interpreted as the process of character formation. At elementary school level learners need model more than cleverness. Growing the character of responsibilities can be done by teachers in several ways, one of them using textbooks integrative thematic teaching based on character. This textbook is structured on the basis of competence that is combined with the content of responsibility characters. This textbook is designed with interesting, simple and easily understood by student, as well as stimulate learners to utilize textbook as the main learning resource. Through the content of characters packed in the form of materials and learning activities in textbooks, the character of student responsibility will be formed because they experience themselves and do it in everyday life.
