This study aims to determine the development of anthropometric and biomotor components of male basketball athletes of FIK UNP in 2020. This research is an ex post facto research. The data collection technique used was the measurement test. The research subjects of all male basketball athletes of FIK UNP were 15 athletes. There are two research instruments, namely anthropometric measurements and biomotor measurements. Anthropometric measurements using body weight and scales. Biomotor measurements used are sprint, sit and reach, handgrip, push up, sit up, back up, run test, wall pass, Multistage Fitness Test and vertical jump. The analysis technique used descriptive statistics with frequency in percentage form. The results showed that the body mass index was 22.3 in the normal category, the rate of velocity increased by 0.15 seconds, the level of flexibility increased by 1.00 cm, the strength level in the right finger muscle increased in strength in the right finger muscle by 0.85 kg, the strength level in the left finger muscles increased by 1.50 kg, the strength level in the arm muscles increased by 11.55, the strength level in the abdominal muscles increased by 5.15, the strength level in the back muscles increased by 7 , 85, at the agility level there was an increase of 0.20 seconds, at the coordination level there was an increase of 13.70, at the endurance level there was an increase of 1.25 and at the power level there was a decrease of 1.15 cm.
Low endurance capabilities will make it difficult for players to compete in competitive soccer matches. Therefore, a training model is needed to increase endurance so that players can play optimally and maintain their skills. This research aims to develop an endurance training model based on technique drills. The method used was research and development (R&D), with a total sample of 55 people who were divided into two groups, namely a small group trial and a large group trial. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interview. The observation was conducted in the training subject's location, while the interview was conducted with the players and coaches. The data collection instruments in this study were a list of questions and questionnaires. Based on the research steps that had been conducted, an endurance training model based on soccer technique drill with 26 variations of exercises was successfully developed. In addition, from the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the endurance training model based on technique drill is feasible to use, especially for young players (U-18). Young players have emotional characteristics that are still unstable and easily get bored. Therefore, in endurance training which is sometimes very boring, it is necessary to provide a more varied and attractive training model, so that motivation in undergoing the training process is maintained. This training model not only increases endurance but also improves basic soccer technical skills.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah membuat model pembelajaran adaptif bagi mahasiswa Kesrek FIK UNP berbasis top play game. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Brog and Gall. Rancangan model pembelajaran ini diuji dua kali, sekali dalam skala kecil dan sekali dalam ukuran besar. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kuesioner dan skala nilai merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Strategi analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berikut kesimpulan yang diambil dari hasil pembangunan model pembelajaran adaptif berbasis top play games untuk siswa Kesrek: 1) Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. 2) Bagi siswa Kesrek, produk akhir dari model pembelajaran ini adalah permainan adaptif berbasis bermain. 3) Produk akhir terdiri dari file master yang disimpan dalam CD (compact disc) serta modul. 4) Model pembelajaran ini merupakan permainan yang telah dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan situasi saat ini, meliputi perubahan alat, fasilitas, peraturan, waktu pelaksanaan, peserta, dan model permainan.
Masalah penelitian adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan dribbling bola siswa sekolah sepakbola Rumbai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan dribbling; (2) pengaruh langsung keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan dribbling.; (3) pengaruh langsung konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling; (4) pengaruh tidak langsung kecepatan melalui konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling; (5) pengaruh tidak langsung keseimbanganimelalui konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling; (6) pengaruh kecepatan, kelincahan dan konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling bola. Metode penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kausal-komparatif, karena menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa sekolah sepakbola laki-laki PS Rumbai. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian, yaitu 36 orang. Data untuk kecepatan dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes lari 30 meter, data untuk keseimbangan digunakan instrumen Modified Bass Test of Dynamic Balance, data untuk konsentrasi digunakan instrumen Grid Concentration Test, dan data untuk kemampuan dribbling digunakan instrumen tes dribbling sekolah sepakbola. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung kecepatan terhadap kemampuan dribbling, karena koefiesiennya lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan dribbling (0,038<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling dengan koefiesien 0,110 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kecepatan melalui konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling, karena nilai pengaruhnya lebih kecil dari 0,302 (0,110<0,302); (5) tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung keseimbanganimelalui konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan, karena nilai pengaruhnya lebih kecil dari 0,302 (0,251<0,302; (6) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada kecepatan, kelincahan dan konsentrasi terhadap kemampuan dribbling bola siswa sekolah sepakbola Rumbai, yaitu sebesar 62,09%.
