Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman jenis kuliner yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah unit bisnis. UKM Multi Kue merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang memproduksi kue bagea yang menjadi kue khas Kota Palopo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan pada UKM Multi Kue berdasarkan analisis dari marketing mix (atribut produk, harga, saluran distribusi, promosi, orang, proses, lingkungan fisik) untuk menentukan alternatif strategi pemasaran kue bagea berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada persamaan regresi linier berganda, didapatkan variabel produk merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan pada UKM Multi Kue. Hasil analisis diagram SWOT pada Matriks IFE, diperoleh skor faktor kekuatan adalah 3,28 dan skor faktor kelemahan adalah 0,10 dengan selisih sebesar 3,18. Sementara itu, berdasarkan Matriks EFE, skor faktor peluang adalah 2,38 dan skor faktor ancaman adalah 0,74 dengan selisih sebesar 1,64. Selisih skor pada matriks IFE dan EFE menunjukkan bahwa UKM Multi Kue berada pada Kuadran I yang berarti bahwa strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi Strengths Opportunities (SO) atau strategi Growth yang menunjukkan bahwa UKM Multi Kue tergolong dalam usaha yang berkembang dan memiliki posisi yang kuat dan berpeluang.
The concept of halal is an important factor that must be considered in the halal lifestyle of Muslim consumers, not only in consuming food, but as a factor of food safety, cleanliness and assurance of quality, quality and nutrition of what is consumed. According to Nusran and Mohd Azemi (2021), Halal is a value system and lifestyle adopted by Muslims. Halal means permissible in Islam – prepared according to certain parameters of Islamic Law. (Fuad Mohd, 2019). Halal lifestyle education is needed as one of the handling of various serious problems that arise due to the low awareness and understanding of young millennial consumers about the halal concept by increasing the empowerment of the millennial generation about the halal lifestyle. This paper is intended to determine the effect of awareness and knowledge of the halal concept on the millennial generation. Descriptive statistics are used to identify respondents' attitudes towards halal food requirements. The method of collecting data in the field uses a questionnaire system and purposive method which is processed by linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis obtained are that there is a significant relationship between halal certification, halal lifestyle, awareness and knowledge of halal concepts in the millennial generation. Halal lifestyle education affects awareness and knowledge about halal lifestyle. The official halal certificate has a significant effect on the buying interest of millennial consumers. Awareness and understanding of the concept of halal have a low effect on the buying interest of the millennial generation. From the existing data, it can be concluded that the educational activities carried out can increase the knowledge of the millennial generation about the halal lifestyle and understanding of the point of prohibition of food.
Abstract:The halal certification system becomes a necessity that is expected to protect consumers from health, nutrition, safety and halal aspects. The problem of this research is not the maximum of educational actions yet in slaughtering House (RPA). In this study used simulation analysis of System Ddynamicss. The results showed that the needs of Broilers in Makassar City about 45,000 heads per day, while Halal slaughter man (Juleha) ranged 60 people who are supplied from about 20 RPA. So only about 9,000 per day (20%) that can be produced from halal slaughter man. Broiler products that circulate in Makassar for 36,000 heads per day (80%) comes from the slaughter who has not guaranteed halal. Conclusions that growth of broilers consumption potentially continues to increase is supported by the availability of halal broilers. RPA sertified tends to increase significantly, which will strengthen consumer awareness of halal broiler products, also have implications on awareness of RPA Owner. Government can determine the right form of policy by making RPA mapping and create a monitoring system for potential management of halal which will produce quality and quantity of chicken carcass is the main consideration for the producers, the handling of livestock before, during and after cutting plays a major role in the supply of carcass and meat of ASUH (safe, healthy, whole, halal).

Perusahaan berupaya untuk memiliki penjadwalan yang paling efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas yang dihasilkan dengan total biaya dan waktu seminimal mungkin. Bobi Agung Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memperoduksi pupuk cair dan pupuk padat. Dalam proses operasionalnya. Hal ini diakibatkan karena penjadwalan produksi yang kurang efektif, sehingga kemungkinan besar dapat mengurangi kepuasan kepada pelanggannya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Campbell Dudeck Smith (CDS) dan Palmer yang mana dari kedu metode tersebut dapat mengetahui total waktu penyelesaian job minimal. Dari hasil yang telah diperoleh dapat diketahui total makespan dengan menggunakan metode CDS adalah 5918,71 menit dan Palmer adalah 6771,554 menit den gan selisih sebesar 852,844 menit, dimana metode CDS memiliki waktu penyelesaian lebih singkat.
Supply Chain is a concept and regulatory system related to product flow, information flow and financial flows. Activities in the supply chain for broilers consist of the process of raising chicken products by breeders, then processing them into chicken meat that is ready to be marketed from breeders to consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the supply chain for chicken meat products and to determine the availability of chickens in the Chicken Slaughterhouse and the availability of chickens in the city of Makassar. Data collection methods are carried out by observation and interviews. Data processing with the preparation of problems in a hierarchy, Validity and Reliability Examiners, Supply chain mapping and hierarchical determination, Calculation of the actual value of each matrix, Inserting weights into the decision matrix, Calculating the normalization value . Data analysis that has been collected is then processed using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method. Of the 15 sub-districts in Makassar city, there are 4 sub-districts which are slaughter centers namely Tamalate (97,643), Manggala (100,762), Biringkanaya (999,554) and Tamalanrea (88,895). where 3 districts are directly adjacent to the buffer area for chicken products, namely Maros and Gowa. The potential supply of chickens to Makassar city will be even greater along with the demand for chicken meat protein. The conclusion is the supply chain channel for chicken products with 3 alternatives, starting from livestock producers, collecting traders, retailers, consumers, then the second alternative is starting from producers, collecting traders and consumers. And the third alternative is starting from the cage, basket, slaughterhouse and consumers.
