This research aimed at determining the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurship intention. Method used in this research was quantitative analysis using path analysis with validity and reliability test. Sampling method used in this research is random sampling through the distribution of a series of questionnaires to 172 students at a private university as a case study. This research investigated perceived behavioral control and subjective norm as dimensions in an entrepreneurial motivation variable that affected immediate term entrepreneurship intention. The result showed that both factors have significant effect on immediate term entrepreneurship intention either partially or simultaneously. Entrepreneurial motivation of students could be a main factor that increased entrepreneurship intention. The finding of the research contributes to encourage students to start and own a business.
This research aimed at determining the impact of process and physical evidence on customer satisfaction. Methods used in this research was quantitative analysis using multiple regression analysis with validity and reliability test. Sampling method used in this research is random sampling through the distribution of a series of questionnaires to 93 customers at Santika Hotel as a case study. This research investigated process and physical evidence that affected customer satisfaction. The result showed that both variables have significant effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keyword: Process, Physical Evidence, Customer Satisfaction
Munculnya keresahan masyarakat yang terkena dampak dari pembangunan Waduk Jatigede sebagai salah satu destinasi yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan skala nasional yang diarahkan sebagai kawasan strategis pariwisata ekonomi khusus di Kabupaten Sumedang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengembangan model SDM pariwisata yang ada di desa karangpakuan dan paku alam sebagai desa yang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi Desa Wisata. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Dua desa ini yang menjadi relokasi dari adanya pembangunan Waduk Jatigede. Metode yang digunakan Deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara melakukan wawancara Pemdes, Bumdes, Masyarakat sekitar, Kompepar, kelompok tani dan karang taruna; klasifikasi data; analisis SWOT. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa kedua desa di kawasan jatigede ini memiliki kekuatan wisata budaya, wisata Alam dan wisata ziarah, namun kesiapan masyarakat belum optimal karena kekurangan keterampilan dan kemampuan SDM. Perlu dilakukan promosi melalui undangan media lokal nasional dan internasional, ataupun Promosi menggunakan platform digital, hal ini bisa dijadikan sebagai peluang UMKM dan pengrajin makan pada saat mengadakan kegiatan kebudayaan, namun kendala yang dihadapi oleh kedua Desa Wisata ini adalah ketidaksiapan SDM. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kajian model SDM pariwisata di karang pakuan dan pakualam yang menyangkut 3 (tiga) aspek, yaitu Attitude (Sikap), Skill (Keterampilan); dan Knowledge (Pengetahuan). Indonesia is an archipelago where eight out of 38 Indonesian provinces are characterized by islands. Thus, the connectivity between islands is substantial in supporting economic development. This research aims to display the possible maritime connection and excavate the obstacles to improving maritime connectivity in the area. This research is qualitative comparative research using the Miles and Huberman model and analyzes it with the Graph Connectivity Node theory, comparing it with actual nodes in the areas and materializing the possible challenge and obstacles in connecting the nodes using RCA and 5 Whys Analysis as the tool. The data is obtained through two ports located in Kepulauan Riau Province. The research finds that the obstacles in connecting the node are infrastructure, budget, and interconnection with other forms of transportation. Therefore, the impact of this research on improving the node lies in the policy to overcome the obstacles encountered.
The motivation behind the exploration led is to find out the impact of the business area and innovative skills on business achievement at the Coffee Shop in Sumur Bandung District, both partially and simultaneously. There is a population of 39 business actors and obtained 39 respondents using saturated example methods where everyone from the population is examined. The research in this study uses graphs and is certain. Through this strategy will find out the great relationship between factors and produce conclusions from the object being researched. This exploration shows the impact between Business Location and Entrepreneurship Competence on Business Success at Coffee Shops in Bandung Well District, this is shown by T calculating more important than T table and can be resolved there is a positive impact between Area and Business Capability on Business Results at Coffee Shop in Bandung Well District.
The purpose of this research is to find out how much the internet influence the development of local tourism in Indonesia. This study used the qualitative method through literature studies. The results of this study state that the role of the internet influential the development of local tourism so they can compete with national and foreign tourism. It has been proven that the role of the internet as a local tourism promotion strategy is indeed an effective and efficient alternative compared to other strategies because it has a huge impact on the progress of tourism.
the aim of this research is to determine the competitive advantage using marketing approach of onlinebased public transportation. Marketing approach used in this research is a service marketing mix that includes product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. The method used in this research was comparative analysis using parametric analysis, independent sample t-test. Sampling method used in this research was random sampling through the distribution of a series of questionnaires to 200 online-based public transportation customers as a case study. This research investigated means the difference of competitive advantage between online-based public transports using marketing approach strategy. The result shows that there is a significant difference on four competitive advantage factors on onlinebased public transportation. Nevertheless, competitive advantage could be a factor that can determine the long-term success of online-based service company, especially onlinebased public transportation sector. The finding of this research contributes to encourage online-based service company to develop their competitive advantage to compete with others. By applying the appropriate marketing strategy, it is expected that the company can added value for the products/services offered to the public so they can achieve competitive advantage and win competition in the market.
During the current pandemic, many people are working at home or studying online and sometimes have difficulty making absences. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a web-based online attendance information system application. The method used in this design was an online questionnaire and interviews to obtain relevant information regarding the attendance list of people who work at home and learn online. The results of this study are an online absence web with several features such as the Global Positioning System (GPS) location of the person who did the absences online, the face of the absent person, and other features. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the existence of web-based online absences can make it easier for people who work at home and learn online to do absences because it is easy and can be done anywhere as long as they have internet access. The benefit of designing a web-based online attendance information system application is the accuracy in providing information to offices and educational institutions. This aims to tackle fraud or falsification of attendance. Online attendance is very much needed and can make it easier for workers and students to do attendance and make it easier for admins to monitor attendance.
