Abstract:Significant debates on the role of human resources have been shifted from organizational assets to initiator of innovation and competitive advantages. A current research has investigated suggestive roles of intellectual capital (IC) in strategic human resource management (SHRM) process and human research management (HRM) practices. Conversely, others have shown that the successful management of IC has related to implementation of knowledge management (KM). In turn, those perspectives suggest the implementation and usage of KM ensure the growth of IC, and the innovative IC may become an effective human resources strategies and practices to acquire innovation and competitive advantages. Through a comprehensive analysis of the latest journals on those concepts, this study argues that human resource strategies and practices involving KM and management of IC give potential oppurtunities to gain innovation and competitive advantages. Besides, this theoretical perspective suggests organizational culture and leadership style are interrelated to the process.
Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera mengalami kemunduran selama dua tahun terakhir yang diindikasi karena pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja yang kurang memadai. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bahwa para karyawan menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap lingkungan kerja mereka, baik dari segi kenyamanan pribadi maupun kemudahan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 untuk membantu perhitungannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas lingkungan kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa dengan lingkungan kerja yang berada pada tingkat kuat, didapatkan kinerja karyawan yang kuat pula. The employee performance at PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera has been decreasing over the past two years due to an inadequate work environment. Work environment on employee performance, that employees pay great attention to their work environment, both in terms of personal comfort and ease of doing good work. This research user a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a distributed questionnaire to employees of PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. The population in this study amounted to 112 people, the sampling used in this research was a simple random technique. The data analisys used was descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22 software to help the calculationThe results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable work environment (X) significantly influences the dependent variable employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that with a strong level work environment is also obtained strong employee performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control variables, organizational commitment, cyberloafing behavior on employee performance. The method used is qualitative and quantitative using a simple random sample, and the selected population is an employee of one of the e-Logistics Business Services in Bandung. The sample of 72 employees was obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires that have gone through the process of testing and testing the validity, reliability of the instrument. The data from filling out the questionnaire was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 2 Software program. The results of this study indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Cyberloafing behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which in this case is the performance of employees of e-Logistics Business Services in Bandung, so it can be stated that the hypothesis in this study is proven.
The adequacy of digital literacy (DL) among entrepreneurs can trigger the birth of readiness and ability to carry out digital transformation (DT) in relevant business processes and models in the digital economy era to improve entrepreneurial performance with better competitiveness. Also the existence of an entrepreneurial commitment to market orientation (MO) will facilitate business success. This research identifies and explores entrepreneurial performance (EP) models in the digital economy era in terms of DT, DL and MO mediation. The path analysis model was used to test the combined interaction of DT and DL with EP, and the MO relationship that mediates all three. The findings, DT and DL had a significant positive effect on MO both individually and jointly. DT directly has a significant positive effect on EP, also DL directly has a significant positive effect on EP. Sobel test results, it is known that DT has an insignificant positive effect on EP through MO, while DL has a significant positive effect on EP through MO. MO has the mediating effect of DT and DL relationships in influencing EP, consequently MO has a positive impact on EP. This research offers a framework for the performance model of entrepreneurship in a business perspective in the era of the digital economy. The adoption and modification of marketing mix factors into new marketing mix models is necessary to support the implementation of strategies and practices. An exploration of the influence of innovative new marketing mix models on DT practices, DL readiness and MO clarity in the context of entrepreneurship, as well as their implications for business performance, can be considered as future research directions.
Munculnya keresahan masyarakat yang terkena dampak dari pembangunan Waduk Jatigede sebagai salah satu destinasi yang menjadi prioritas pengembangan skala nasional yang diarahkan sebagai kawasan strategis pariwisata ekonomi khusus di Kabupaten Sumedang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengembangan model SDM pariwisata yang ada di desa karangpakuan dan paku alam sebagai desa yang memiliki potensi untuk menjadi Desa Wisata. Lokasi kegiatan dilakukan di Dua desa ini yang menjadi relokasi dari adanya pembangunan Waduk Jatigede. Metode yang digunakan Deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara melakukan wawancara Pemdes, Bumdes, Masyarakat sekitar, Kompepar, kelompok tani dan karang taruna; klasifikasi data; analisis SWOT. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa kedua desa di kawasan jatigede ini memiliki kekuatan wisata budaya, wisata Alam dan wisata ziarah, namun kesiapan masyarakat belum optimal karena kekurangan keterampilan dan kemampuan SDM. Perlu dilakukan promosi melalui undangan media lokal nasional dan internasional, ataupun Promosi menggunakan platform digital, hal ini bisa dijadikan sebagai peluang UMKM dan pengrajin makan pada saat mengadakan kegiatan kebudayaan, namun kendala yang dihadapi oleh kedua Desa Wisata ini adalah ketidaksiapan SDM. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kajian model SDM pariwisata di karang pakuan dan pakualam yang menyangkut 3 (tiga) aspek, yaitu Attitude (Sikap), Skill (Keterampilan); dan Knowledge (Pengetahuan).
