Entrepreneurship is becoming an increasingly popular topic these days. Many people are interested in becoming an entrepreneur and developing their own business. However, not everyone has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. There are several factors that can influence business success, one of which is having an entrepreneurial mindset. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success and to discuss the implications for entrepreneurship education. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study shows that there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success. Entrepreneurial mindset consists of five main dimensions namely opportunity orientation, innovativeness, proactiveness, self-confidence and risk tolerance. Entrepreneurs who have a strong entrepreneurial mindset are more likely to achieve success in their business. The study also suggests that teaching entrepreneurship should focus on developing entrepreneurial mindset to prepare students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future.
Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera mengalami kemunduran selama dua tahun terakhir yang diindikasi karena pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja yang kurang memadai. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bahwa para karyawan menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap lingkungan kerja mereka, baik dari segi kenyamanan pribadi maupun kemudahan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 untuk membantu perhitungannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas lingkungan kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa dengan lingkungan kerja yang berada pada tingkat kuat, didapatkan kinerja karyawan yang kuat pula. The employee performance at PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera has been decreasing over the past two years due to an inadequate work environment. Work environment on employee performance, that employees pay great attention to their work environment, both in terms of personal comfort and ease of doing good work. This research user a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a distributed questionnaire to employees of PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. The population in this study amounted to 112 people, the sampling used in this research was a simple random technique. The data analisys used was descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22 software to help the calculationThe results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable work environment (X) significantly influences the dependent variable employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that with a strong level work environment is also obtained strong employee performance.

However, a lot of businesses fail to take internal HR into account while aiming for company success. They believe that the machine is the key element. Since business goals are broad and include the welfare of many parties, the goal of this study is to examine the role of psychology in business. Because of this, it is crucial for a business to map the conceptual framework of consumer behavior using a variety of criteria. This is a library research project, and the data used is secondary data from various literatures. A qualitative descriptive method is used to assess the acquired data. According to the study's findings, business psychology is a field of study that examines how people behave in the workplace and approaches business from a human behavior perspective. Therefore, rather than machinery or manufacturing equipment, the function of humans in a firm or organization must be viewed as the primary factor in a business' success. Additionally, the application of psychology in business takes into account a number of elements that businesses must comprehend in order to draw in customers, at the very least through understanding their motivations, attitudes, and perception.
In recent years, the creative economy's vital role in riding the wave of economic recovery caused by the pandemic has come to the fore. As a result, lawmakers and regulators are focusing on revitalizing the creative economy through initiatives like the online marketplace. However, the public still lacks understanding of the creative economy and what is the basic capital for the development of the creative economy. This research aims to explain the answers to the ignorance above in full. Thus, it can be used as a basis for decision making to contribute to the creative economy. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study arrived at the conclusion that the creative economy is a concept that aims to achieve sustainable economic development based on creativity. Human capital, social capital, cultural capital, and structural institutional capital are the four types of capital that form the foundation of the creative economy. These results are expected to be an insight for the community to be more sensitive to opportunities in modern times. Because, one of the goals of the creative economy is not only to increase GDP, but also to create jobs.

The objective of this investigation is to scrutinize the function of IT in enhancing HR efficacy and output within the workplace. It is crucial to comprehend the ramifications of IT employment within an organizational framework. The primary emphasis of this investigation is qualitative in nature. The process of data collection involves meticulous observation and recording of data, followed by the application of analytical methods such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to derive meaningful insights. The research has deduced that in the constantly changing digital era, the significance of information technology in enhancing the effectiveness and output of human resources in the work environment is pivotal. IT facilitates the automation of mundane tasks, enhances collaboration, provides expedient access to information, enables effective training, supports intelligent data analysis, promotes efficient performance management, allows for work flexibility, and ensures information security.
