Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis biomekanika teknik shooting dalam cabang olahraga bola basket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan populasi 11 orang Atlet UKM Bola Basket Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria: (1) berjenis kelamin laki-laki, (2) aktif mengikuti latihan bolabasket, (3) memiliki prestasi di kejuaraan bolabasket. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis biomekanika pada teknik shooting adalah: (1) hukum kesetimbangan yang masuk kedalam stabil teknik shooting dalam bolabasket yaitu HK I, III, V, (2) sistem tuas yang terjadi untuk lengan termasuk tuas kelas I, untuk bagian tungkai termasuk tuas kelas I yang artinya ketika lengan beban dan lengan kekuatanya pas maka akan terjadi keuntungan mekanis yang baik, (3) terjadi gerakan parabola yang membuat sudut X dan Y, (4) terjadi kecepatan yang terjadi saat melempar bola dengan akurasi ketepatan tembakan, (5) analisis gerakan dan sudut yang untuk teknik two point shoot dan free trow sebesar 90-120 derajat sedangkan tumpuan kaki untuk tree point shoot sekitar 30-45 derajat.

The results of the research that has been conducted by 8 members who will provide a way to make infiltration holes at SMPN 1 Setu and this service is carried out well.
This study aims to determine the effect of modification of triangle run exercises on endurance of male cricket athletes in Bekasi. This research method uses the experimental method. The population and sample in this study were all male cricket athletes with 14 people. The researcher used the total sampling technique or the whole to be sampled. The results of this study indicate that the factor of triangle run training can have a significant effect on endurance in male cricket athletes in Bekasi with the results of t<sub>count </sub>= 5.24 in p > 0.05.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran lompat jauh melalui media bola gantung pada siswa kelas V SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 18 Pagi, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua (2) siklus, setiap pertemuan 150 menit. Proses penelitian diawali dengan peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap proses pembelajaran lompat jauh pada kelas V SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 18 Pagi, Jakarta Timurdalam pengamatan tersebut ditemukan bahwa hasil proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk kuantitatif masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu kurang dari 75. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 18 Pagi, Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan tes hasil penelitian lompat jauh siswa. Hasil penelitian dari pembelajaran lompat jauh tingkat keberhasilan siswa dapat meningkat sebesar 68,97% (diatas KKM) dan 31,03% siswa yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM pada siklus I, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 93,10% diatas KKM dan 6,89% siswa yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM. Rata-rata dari ketiga aspek penilaian yang dimiliki siswa dari tahapan siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 77,10 dan setelah melalui siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 86,74.
This research wants to know; 1) an effect of 8 weeks HIIT on VO2Max of student as extracurricular participant futsal in Junior High School Budi Mulia Jakarta, 2) an increasing of VO2Max of student as extracurricular participant futsal in Junior High School Budi Mulia Jakarta through HIIT during 8 weeks. This research uses quasi experiment by research design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest. The researcher gives a treatment in the form of HIIT during 8 weeks in 3 times frequency per week. We measure VO2Max in initial and final of training by using Bleep Test to know the changing. The researcher uses SPSS 22 to analyse statistically the data obtained. The results showed an increase, that is the mean pre-test value is 28,9333 ml•kg-1•min-1 and after being given training, it increased to 31,4042 ml•kg-1•min-1 (8,54%). While the test uses paired t-test was obtained significant result as much 0,000, in other word p-value is < 0,05. Based on the results of the study indicated that there are differences VO2Max on student as extracurricular participant futsal in Junior High School Budi Mulia Jakarta after being given HIIT.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan triceps push down terhadap flaying shoot Atlet Handball Kota Bekasi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, jumlah populasi 15 orang, Atlet Platcab Kota Bekasi dan sempel yang diambil 15 orang Atlet Platcab Kota Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan triceps push down terhadap flaying shoot pada atlet Handball Kota Bekasi sebelum melakukan treatment dan sesudah melakukan treatment, ini terbukti dari hasil uji normalitas nilai signifikan 0,200 lebih besar dari 0,05. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan karena adanya latihan yang continue sebanyak 12 kali pada latihan Triceps Push Down.

Archery can help strengthen the immune system or body immunity. To prevent infection with the Covid-19 virus. In addition, archery can help get out of boredom due to the pandemic which has not yet ended. The problem is that in this activity, people do not know and lack understanding about the sport of archery. Therefore, this socialization activity aims to increase knowledge and understanding of the sport of archery. This socialization will be held from March 1, 2022 to March 11, 2022 at RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village, Tanjakan Village. The target of this outreach activity is to the Community of RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village. The method of implementation is through direct introduction to archery equipment, conducting webinars that discuss the brief history of archery, various types of archery bows, equipment in archery, basic archery techniques, and direct practice of basic archery techniques by modifying archery bows. using a palaron in which bamboo has been inserted in the palaron so that the results of maximum whipping and direct practice still follow the health protocols in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of this socialization, the community in RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village is more familiar with the history of archery, basic archery techniques, equipment used when archery, and the community is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in this outreach activity.
The purpose of this study is to find out how much Push Up and Pull Up Exercise Effect on Flying Shoot Results in Handball Ball Games Student Handball Community Unisma Bekasi. This research was conducted in Unipreneur Unisma Bekasi field from September 11, 2017 to October 11, 2017, the method used in this research is the experimental method, the population in this study is the Handball Community Student Bekasi as many as 10 people, because the research uses total sampling then the sample which will take the overall researcher amounted to 10 people. The initial and final test research instruments use the flying shoot test. There is a significant influence from the push-up exercises on flying shoot with the value of T_hit (11.07)> T_tab (2.78). There is significant influence of pull-up practice on flying shoot with T_hit (13,84)> T_tab (2,78). In addition, based on hypothesis testing, it is known that there are simultaneous effects of both forms of exercise on flying shoot with T_hit (2.40)> T_tab (2.31). The results of this study can be used to develop a broader idea, and it can be concluded that both forms of exercise have a significant effect on flying shoot results on the students of Unisma Bekasi Handball Community. Practically, the results of this study have implications as a consideration for universities, sports teachers, coaches, to other sports insane who are fostering and improving the achievements of the athlete Ball Hand, hopefully Handball Ball achievements in Indonesia growing and growing rapidly.
