Many physical education students complain that online lectures are unsatisfactory because they do not practice directly (only theory). Students feel not really/do not understand the material presented because study with offline and online is different, and lecture assignments are piling up so that causing physical education students to become boredom and stressed. This study aims to determine the level stress of college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Quantitative descriptive is the method used in this research, with a total sample of 168 student used accidental sampling techniques. Measurement the level of stress using The Kessler Psychological Distresss Scale (K10) which is distributed via Google form. Data analysis used is quantitative description analysis techniques with percentages. The results showed that the stress level of physical education students was in the heavy category of 34% (58 people). So, students can manage stress by stress coping, managing stress, doing physical activity, thinking positively, and doing self-talk.
This study aims to explore how changes cardio workout to aerobic endurance. The research method used is experimental method. Participants were 6 undergraduate students who have time to training and are able to follow the training from beginning to end. The aerobic endurance test instrument were the harvard step test. The participants were monitores over 14 session. The results showed that cardio workouts had a significant and positive effect on aerobic endurance of participants (0.019 < 0.05). Cardio workout contribution to aerobic endurance improvement was 0.8862 = 0.78 (78%). So, 78% increase in aerobic endurance due to cardio workout, the remaining 22% due to other factors. These findings highlight the importance of cardio workout in achieving better physical endurance to overcome fatigue with minimum training 20 minutes of each day.
The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of body mass index and physical fitness level of the students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using body mass index and physical fitness test. The population in this research is the 116 students of physical education program of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi force 2017/2018. The sampling technique used is random sampling with a number of 77 students. Data analysis technique using descriptive technique percentage. There are several test instruments used in this study, there are: 1) body mass index measurement, 2) sprint 50 meters, 3) Illinois agility run test, 4) sit up, 5) pull up, 6) vertical jump, 7) sit and reach, 8) push up, 9) eye-hand coordination test and 10) bleep test. Based on the results of the calculation and data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) body mass index test results showed 1 or 1.3% of students who are in the category weightless, 58 or 75.3% of students in the category of normal weight, 10 or 13% students in the category of overweight and 8 or 10.4% of students in the obesity category, (2) physical fitness test results showed that 13.28% in very good category, 15.58% in good category, 23.38% in the medium category, 24.39 in the category of less, and 23.38% in very less category. Based on result body mass index students in normal level and physical fitness in less category.
This study aims to know whether"children's circuit models" for children's physical activity based blended learning can have an influence on children's endurance. The research sample consisted of 49 students first grade elementary school of IT Darussalam Cikarang, Bekasi Regency and accompanied by their parents. Kids endurance test using modification Harvard Steps Test. There was a significant difference, (p < 0.05) between pre-test and post-test in experiment and control group for kids edurance. Independent t-test revealed significant difference between pre test and post test in experiment group (0.000 < 0.05), but no significant difference between pre test and post test in control group (0.107 > 0.05). These results suggest that endurance, as a measure of physical activity intensity, should be closely monitored during research that is intended to make inferences about its the effects "children circuit model" as participation in vigorous activities have specific benefits for body over lower intensities
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of physical activity model based on circuit for endurance of elementary school students. The research method used is experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Population and sample were 108 students, consisting of 49 students from the Elementary School of IT Darussalam Cikarang in Bekasi Regency, and 59 students from the Elementary School of AL-Azhar 17 Bintaro Tanggerang. Instrument test used was up and down bench tests that has been modified with the result of validity 0.974 and reliability 0.970. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS for Windows 21 with normality test using kolmogorof smirnov with result of asymp value. Sig (p) > 0.05, and homogeneity test using Levene test with asymp result. sig (p) > 0.05, which means the data is normal and homogeneous. The analysis test used in this research is the average difference test using t-test (paired t-test). The result of the experimental and control group showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest endurance of 0.00 < 0.05. This indicates that there is an increasing in physical activity results both experimental and control groups. The magnitude of the difference in average increase in physical acitivity results between the experimental and control groups is 12.04 > 4.84. That is, the increase of the experimental group is greater than the control group. So, there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest of endurance, but the physical activity model based on circuit is more effective than the control group. The recommendations that can be given based on the results of the study, include: (1) this physical activity model based on circuit can be used by physical education teachersto increase endurance student in the first class of elementary school, (2) for time effectiveness, the teacher must choose the same variety of tools to using in learning physical education based on circuit.
The spread of cases of the Covid-19 virus, both in the world and in Indonesia in particular. Efforts that must be continued are by consuming nutritious food, complying with health protocols, vaccinating and maintaining body immunity through exercise. One of them is archery. Archery can help strengthen the immune system or body immunity. To prevent infection with the Covid-19 virus. In addition, archery can help get out of boredom due to the pandemic which has not yet ended. The problem is that in this activity, people do not know and lack understanding about the sport of archery. Therefore, this socialization activity aims to increase knowledge and understanding of the sport of archery. This socialization will be held from March 1, 2022 to March 11, 2022 at RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village, Tanjakan Village. The target of this outreach activity is to the Community of RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village. The method of implementation is through direct introduction to archery equipment, conducting webinars that discuss the brief history of archery, various types of archery bows, equipment in archery, basic archery techniques, and direct practice of basic archery techniques by modifying archery bows. using a palaron in which bamboo has been inserted in the palaron so that the results of maximum whipping and direct practice still follow the health protocols in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of this socialization, the community in RT 006 RW 001 in Tanjakan Village is more familiar with the history of archery, basic archery techniques, equipment used when archery, and the community is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in this outreach activity.
