Resumo Introdução A saúde no trabalho docente apresenta-se como um tema relevante. Verifica-se o crescimento do adoecimento docente no trabalho, mas poucas ações são desenvolvidas em relação às legislações e políticas específicas que privilegiam a saúde do professor, apesar do elevado número de estudos ressaltando agravos à saúde docente. Métodos O objetivo do estudo foi analisar publicações da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde em Psicologia (BVS-Psi) dos últimos 14 anos (2003-2016) relacionadas à saúde no trabalho docente. Utilizaram-se os seguintes descritores: saúde professor, saúde docente, sofrimento professor, sofrimento docente, prazer professor, prazer docente, trabalho professor, trabalho docente, subjetividade professor, subjetividade docente, resultando em 69 artigos analisados. Resultados Houve predomínio de publicações nas áreas de fonoaudiologia e psicologia, sendo a maior parte das pesquisas qualitativas. Os estudos evidenciaram o adoecimento docente na atualidade, apontando a necessidade de desenvolvimento de ações referentes à reorganização do trabalho docente e promoção de saúde do professor. Conclusão Constatou-se a importância de privilegiar a multideterminação do processo de saúde-doença no trabalho docente, as compreensões interdisciplinares sobre o tema e a articulação entre as pesquisas e a realidade de trabalho dos professores para que se possa desenvolver metodologias e políticas públicas voltadas ao aprimoramento da saúde docente.

This research aimed to determine the value of esophageal pH in awake and anesthetized dogs, to evaluate the esophageal pH value in awake dogs, in different body positions, as well as to study the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux episodes in these positions. Thus, 40 healthy male and female adult dogs with mean body weight of 15.5 ± 4.6 kg were used. Esophageal pHmetry was conducted by inserting a catheter through the oropharynx in 30 dogs (stage 1) anesthetized with acepromazine, propofol and isoflurane, submitted to elective ovariosalpingohysterectomy. In addition, 8-h esophageal pHmetry was carried out transnasally in 10 awake dogs (stage 2), allowed to move and change body positions (lateral and sternal decubitus, and standing position), which were recorded. The mean esophageal pH value was lower (p < 0.01) in the anesthetized dogs (7.3 ± 0.82) than in the awake dogs (8.2 ± 0.3). Only four anesthetized dogs (13.33%) suffered reflux episodes. Reflux was not observed in the awake dogs and no esophageal pH differences were found between the body positions studied. Compared to the alert state, general anesthesia in dogs submitted to the previously mentioned anesthesia protocol causes esophageal pH reduction and predisposes to the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux episodes. Transnasal pHmetry of 8 h in healthy awake dogs reveals that the esophageal pH value is alkaline and does not vary according to body position. In these animals, decubitus position is not a determining factor for reflux episodes to occur.

Matrix composition differs to a relatively limited extent between different regions of the SL. The mid-body of the ligament is stiffer than the branches, which have similar properties and relevance and mechanical differences between mid-body and branches/origin may explain some use-related differences in the prevalence of lesions.

The special picrosirius red staining highlights the natural birefringence of collagen fibers when exposed to polarized light. The results from birefringence allow to evaluate the organization of the collagen fibers in the tissues. The authors intend to elucidate all steps to obtain and capture images of histological sections stained with picrosirius red and evaluated under polarized light microscopy, as well as possible artefacts that may occur.

RESUMO.-O objetivo deste trabalho foi estudar o efeito do plasma rico em plaquetas (PRP) no tratamento da tendinite induzida no tendão do músculo flexor digital superficial (TFDS) de eqüinos mediante avaliação ultrasonográfica. Para isso foram utilizados seis eqüinos hígidos machos castrados, com idade de 8-15 anos (x=12 anos). A tendinite do TFDS foi provocada em ambos os membros torácicos, mediante a administração intratendínea de 2,5mg de colagenase (2,5mg.μL -1 ), sendo esse procedimento considerado o início da fase experimental. Doze dias após a indução da tendinite, os animais foram submetidos a dois tratamentos: sendo que na lesão efetuada no TFDS direito (grupo tratado, GT), foram administrados 2,5mL de PRP ativado com cloreto de cálcio a 0,0125mol.L -1 , contendo concentrações variando de 320.000 a 500.000 plaquetas.μL -1 ; na tendinite do TFDS esquerdo (grupo controle, GC), foram injetados 2,5mL de solução salina a 0,9%. Após cinco dias, os The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of induced tendinitis in the superficial digital flexor tendon (SDFT) of horses through ultrasonographic evaluation. Thus, six 8 to15-year-old healthy gelding horses ( x =12 years) were used. Tendinitis of the SDFT was provoked in both forelimbs via intratendineous administration of 2.5mg of collagenase (2.5mg.mL ), what was considered as beginning of the experimental phase. Twelve days after induced tendinitis, the horses were submitted to two treatments: (1) in the lesion caused in the right SDFT (treated group, TG), 2.5mL of PRP activated with calcium chloride at 0.0125mol.L -1 , at concentrations from 320,000 to 500,000 platelets.μL -1 , were administered; (2) in the tendinitis of the left SDFT (control group, CG), 2.5mL of 0.9% saline solution was administered. After 5 days, the animals were submitted to controlled and progressive physical activity during 30 days. Ultrasonographic examinations were carried out before and after tendinitis induction (48 hours after and on experimental days 7, 12, 14, 21 28, 35 and 42), with tendon crosssectional area (CSA), lesion cross-sectional area (L-CSA), L-CSA percentage, severity and echogenicity of the lesion, as well as collagen fiber alignment being evaluated. The result revealed reduction (P<0.05) in the L-CSA and in the degree of lesion echogenicity in function of time, but with difference (P<0.05) between groups only for L-CSA, with smaller values in TG. The treatment with PRP promotes greater reduction in the area of the lesion measured by ultrasound.

RESUMOO comportamento de constituintes bioquímicos sanguíneos (glicose, fibrinogênio, creatina fosfoquinase e gama-glutamiltransferase) foi monitorado, in vivo, em 12 equinos mestiços (seis machos e seis fêmeas), com idade entre 4 e 20 anos, submetidos à ozonioterapia. O tratamento foi realizado mediante administração de 500 ou 1000mL da mistura de oxigênio-ozônio (O 2 -O 3 ) por via intravenosa, a cada três dias, durante 24 dias. Os equinos foram distribuídos em quatro grupos: MT500 constituído por três machos tratados com 500mL; MT1000 por três machos tratados com 1000mL; FT500, por três fêmeas tratadas com 500mL e FT1000, por três fêmeas tratadas com 1000mL. A ozonioterapia por via intravenosa não ocasionou alterações clínicas nos equinos. Os valores médios mínimos e máximos de glicose, fibrinogênio, creatina fosfoquinase e gama-glutamiltransferase mantiveram-se dentro d os limites de referência para a espécie equina. Houve diminuição nas concentrações da glicose e gamaglutamiltransferase ao longo dos períodos de aplicação e aumento nos valores do fibrinogênio.
