This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of destination image, service quality, and marketing mix on tourist satisfaction and its impact on revisiting tourist attractions in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research approach used in this research is explanatory, with an associative research method. Respondents sampled visited tourist objects and made repeat visits more than two times, with a total sample of 394 people at six tourist destinations in Bone Regency. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents following the established criteria. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques using the AMOS 24 application, and a Sobel test was carried out on the indirect effect testing. The results prove that, of the ten hypotheses, one hypothesis is rejected, where the marketing mix was found to have no significant effect on the decision to revisit tourists. The other hypothesis is accepted, that destination image, service quality, and marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The destination image and service quality also have a positive and significant impact on revisiting tourist objects in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. In the indirect test, it is proven that the destination image, service quality, and marketing mix indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the decision to revisit tourist objects in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which is mediated by tourist satisfaction.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Pemerintah Kabupaten Sinjai. Hipotesis penelitian menggunakan basis teori/konsep, didukung oleh penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang mempunyai kesamaan variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, yang menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini masyarakat Kabupaten Sinjai yang berjumlah 50 orang. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keandalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat, Daya tanggap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat, Jaminan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat, Empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat. Bukti langsung tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat.
Regional tourism is one of the components of the economy that can be developed as a source of regional income and the income of the surrounding community in particular. The aims of conducting this research are 1) to find out whether the number of tourist visits affects community income; 2) to find out whether the tourist stay time affects community income; 3) to find out whether the number of rides has an impact on the growth of community income. The data used in this research was qualitative data obtained from respondents by conducting interviews, then it processed through data tabulation to see the comparison of each opinion and information given by respondents related to the research problem. The results of this research indicated that the number of tourists visits affects the income of the surrounding community who are the owners of Small and Medium Enterprises as well as stay time duration and the number of rides. Generally, the peak tourism park has succeeded in encouraging and influencing the economy of the surrounding community through employment and the creation of business opportunities. Concerning the research results that found the peak tourist park made a major contribution in encouraging the economy of the surrounding community, the government should pay more attention to the development of tourism in Sidenreng Rappang Regency in the future.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan nilai manfaat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-jek pada Mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam ilmu Manajemen dan pengembangan teori terutama yang berkaitan dengan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan nilai manfaat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga perguruan tinggi di kota Makassar, dimana Mahasiswa digunakan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode aksidental sampling dengan jumlah 300 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kusioner. Teknik analis data dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-jek pada Mahasiswa di kota Makassar, 2) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-jek pada Mahasiswa di kota Makassar, dan 3) nilai manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-jek pada Mahasiswa di kota Makassar.
This study aimed to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on the entrepreneurial motivation of students; the influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and entrepreneurial motivation on the students’ interest; and the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurial motivation mediation. This quantitative research type uses descriptive analysis methods and inferential statistics, namely Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The population in this study was class XI students at a state Madrasah Aliyah in Makassar City. The researcher used stratified random sampling using the Slovin formulation to determine 100 social studies students as the sample. The data analysis carried out was path analysis which was processed using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that: 1) entrepreneurship education directly affects motivation; 2) family environment directly influences entrepreneurial motivation; 3) entrepreneurship education directly affects the interest in entrepreneurship; 3) entrepreneurship education directly affects the interest in entrepreneurship; 4) entrepreneurial motivation directly affects the interest in entrepreneurship; 5) entrepreneurship education affects an interest in entrepreneurship through the mediation of entrepreneurial motivation; 6) the family environment influences the interest in entrepreneurship through the mediation of entrepreneurial motivation.
