Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Pemerintah Kabupaten Sinjai.
