In the current technology shifting era, technology plays an essential function that determines the continuity of the industry. The current technology advancements empower companies to produce creativity and innovation to serve customer needs and expectation. To deliver this challenge, it requires the continuous breakthrough and innovation. To create organization innovation, employee plays the main key, as the main source and the executor of innovation. The organizational environment in knowledge-based industries, especially in the telecommunication industry, it is very dynamic and work activities tend to involve non-standard tasks and complicated non-routines. Routines carried out by organizations may not be able to respond quickly to rapid technological changes, or often experience technical problems that require fast and creative solutions. This study, focused on the innovative work behavior on employee perspective (creative self-efficacy and transformational leadership) and tested the digital literacy role on moderating the relationship between innovative work and employee performance. This study was made based on the survey conducted at various telecommunication companies across Indonesia comprising of 235 participants with managerial level and above. Structural equation modeling (LISREL) was used for data analysis in this quantitative research. The result proved that there was a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy, transformational leadership and innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior was positively related to performance, digital literacy gave significant moderating influences on the relationship between innovative work behavior and performance.
The so-called "fourth industrial revolution" that is developing at an exponential pace today is characterized by several new technologies, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Especially in Indonesia's telecommunications industry, there is a change in the use of telecommunications services with a greater need to provide innovative data services. This research aimed to investigate the relationship among transformational leadership, innovative work behavior, performance, and digital literacy (as a moderator of the relationship between innovative work behavior and performance). This illustrates how innovation in technology can serve as a core element to drive the competitiveness of a company, especially in high-tech industries. The role of innovation is becoming increasingly significant and can determine the survival and growth of a company. This study surveyed 230 managerial-level and above employees from three telecommunication companies in Indonesia. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed with LISREL to analyze the data in this quantitative research. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior, innovative work behavior was also significantly and positively related to performance, and digital literacy significantly moderated the relationship between innovative work behavior and performance.
Produk pertanian kentang menjadi sangat penting karena termasuk makanan utama bagi manusia. Kentang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang menjadikanya sebagai makanan utama. Dalam mengelola pertanian kentang ini tentu memiliki beberapa kendala diantaranya adalah penyakit yang menyerang pada daun kentang yang jika dibiarkan akan menghasilkan produksi yang buruk atau bahkan gagal panen. Late blight dan early blight adalah penyakit yang sering ditemui pada daun kentang. Penyakit ini memiliki gejala masing-masing sehingga para petani dapat melakukan pencegahan jika melihat gejala pada daun kentang, tetapi langkah ini memliki kelemahan yaitu proses identifikasi yang lama, dan jika penanganan pada penyakit daun ini sangat lambat akan mengakibatkan penambahan biaya perawatan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu berupa pengolahan citra digital maka hal ini bisa diatasi, jadi pada penelitian ini akan mengusulkan metode yang tepat dalam mendeteksi penyakit pada daun kentang. Klasifikasi akan dilakukan dengan tiga kelas berupa daun sehat, early blight, dan late blight menggunakan metode Deep Learning mengguanakan arsitektur Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Hasil pada peneltian ini dianggap baik karena pada epoch ke 10 dengan batch size 20 menghasilkan training akurasi 95% dan validation accuracy 94%.Kata Kunci—Penyakit daun kentang, late blight, early blight, identifikasi, CNNPotato agricultural products are essential because they are the leading food. Potatoes have carbohydrate content, which makes them the leading food for humans. But in carrying out this potato farming certainly has several obstacles, including the disease that attacks the potato leaves which if left unchecked will result in poor production or even crop failure. late blight and early blight are diseases that are often found in potato leaves. This disease has its own symptoms so that farmers can take precautions if they see symptoms on potato leaves, but this step has a weakness that is a long identification process, and if the handling of this leaf disease is very slow will result in additional maintenance costs. By utilizing technology in the form of digital image processing, this can be overcome, so this research will propose an appropriate method in detecting diseases in the leaves of potato plants. Classification will be carried out with three classes in the form of healthy leaves, early blight, and late blight using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The results of this research are considered good because on the 10th epoch with batch size 20 produces 95% accuracy training and 94% validation accuracy.Keywords—Potato leaf disease, late blight, early blight, identification, CNN
<p><em>This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy and market orientation on MSME performance mediated by E-commerce adoption with O2O Business as a Moderating variable. The population in this study are all MSMEs that have collaborated with E-Commerce. The sample in this study was obtained using a quota sampling technique, which only limited data acquisition to 100 MSMEs of E-Commerce partners. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents through online. The collected data is then analysed using Path analysis assisted by the Smart PLS application. The result shows that Digital Literacy and Market Orientation have a significant positive effect on E-Commerce Adoption, then E- Commerce Adoption, Market Orientation and Digital Literacy have a significant positive effect on Performance MSMEs, Digital Literacy, Market Orientation and E-commerce adoption has a significant positive effect on MSME Performance moderated by O2O Business Adoption. Understanding of market orientation and digital literacy in running a business can have an impact on customer satisfaction which then has an impact on improving MSME performance. Researchers who want to review the topic in this study can conduct a correlation test on a larger scale to get a more detailed picture of the impact of digital literacy and market orientation on MSMEs and other sectors.</em></p>

SIMPEG digunakan untuk membantu mengelola data pegawai. Bagi sebuah organisasi, sistem informasi berfungsi sebagai alat bantu untuk pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui penyedian informasi. Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam menyediakan informasi untuk manajemen semua tingkatan. Untuk mengetahui kinerja implementasi sistem informasi maka dibutuhkan evaluasi. Salah satu tujuan terpenting dalam evaluasi penerapan sistem informasi adalah mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan sistem informasi dan hubungan antar komponen terpenting dalam sistem informasi. Model evaluasi yang cocok digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan sistem informasi dan hubungan antar komponen terpenting dalam sistem informasi di organisasi pemerintahan atau instansi publik adalah Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Model yang dikembangkan oleh Yusof et al (2006). Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Model merupakan model yang menempatkan komponen penting dalam sistem informasi yakni manusia (human), organisasi (organization) dan teknologi (technology) dan kesesuaian hubungan di antaranya. Dalam penelititan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan penerapan SIMPEG di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan Madura yang menggabungkan model HOT-Fit Yusof et al (2006) dengan Noor Azizah dan Garibaldi (2010).
