Wheat Bread producers are required to produce quality products and are liked by consumers. Increasing the quality of bread will certainly have an impact on sales to be generated. One of the efforts in improving the quality is by doing Hedonic test and Hedonic Quality test. This study aims to develop a system capable of providing an assessment of new products to be released on the market. Hedonic quality is used as a variable for assessing bread products with 4 variables, which include flavor, taste, appearance, and texture. While the hedonic test using six classes is very very like, very like, like, rather like, and do not like, then this result will be used as a class of Knowledge Based (KB). This research uses Radial Basis Function Network (RBFN) algorithm, yielding 98,8% accuracy with 10 fold testing technique. The final goal of the development of this system will create a system capable of providing an assessment of a wheat bread product.
The enlargement of the uterus and weight gain in the third trimester of pregnancy then the center of gravity moves forward so that the pregnant woman must adjust her stance. Improper body changes will force additional stretching and fatigue on the body, especially in the back. One of the causes of low back pain is due to hormonal changes that cause changes in the supporting and connecting soft tissues resulting in decreased muscle elasticity and flexibility. The negative impact caused by low back pain is that it can cause a decrease in the quality of life of pregnant women due to disruption of daily physical activities. The research objective was to determine the intensity of pain before and after back pain intervention in two and third trimester pregnant women in Pengelatan Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. This research is a pre-experimental study with a "One Group Pretest-Postest" design. The sampling method used was total sampling. Data collection by interviews, observation, intervention and pain scale Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Analysis data using the univariate and bevariate analysis using paired t-test. The results of the study were differences in pain intensity before and after respondents in the massage intervention. Pregnant women should routinely do massage therapy to reduce pain.
Background : Prevalence, of stunting, under five years in Boyolali Regency was 28%. Stunting caused by breastfeeding pattern, inadequate intake of energy, carbohydrate, fat, protein, parental height and economic level. Objectives : This objective of this, research, is to analyze, the correlation of the energy, carbohydrate, fat, protein, parental height and economic level intake to the stunting in Boyolali Regency Method : This, research, design, used a cross-sectional approach. Subjects aged 6-24 months who were stunting in this study were 33 children, 77 children were not stunted, data was tested chi-square. Results : The correlation of Breasfeeding pattern, dietary intake of energy, carbohydrates, parental height were significant, correlation with, stunted as indicated, by the p-value <0.05. There was no correlation intake of fat, protein anda economic level with stunted as indicated, by the, p-value, >0.05 Conclusion : Dietary intake of energy, carbohydrate, breastfeeding pattern, and parental height, had correlation with the stunting child.
Dietducate is considered necessary to develop a meal planning feature in order to minimize Nutrition Care Process (NCP) manually since manual work may carry high risk of human error and it takes a long time so as causing malnutrition to patients. The purpose of this research was to develop and evaluate the feature of Automated Meal Planner (AMP) in Dietducate android app. This type of research is Research and Development with ADDIE model. After developing the app, a survey was conducted to respondents (nutritionists) who have used the AMP feature. Respondents were collected by means of purposive sampling technique, and then given questionnaires containing how much they agree with various aspects. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics. Based on the need analysis, there were 14 functions needed in developing this AMP feature. In addition, AMP feature could be integrated with Dietducate app well and could help in meal planning function. The evaluation result of AMP product implementation showed that the majority of respondents took the AMP as a simple, practical app with well-arranged app structure, good display, and easy to use.
<p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em><strong>Latar Belakang:</strong> Kelelahan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh olahragawan. Biasanya terjadi pada aktivitas anaerobik karena intensitas yang tinggi dan membutuhkan energi cepat dalam waktu yang singkat. Pemberian jus buah semangka merah (Citrullus lanatus) diharapkan mampu menurunkan kelelahan otot. </em></p><p><em><strong>Tujuan:</strong> Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah semangka merah terhad ap indeks kelelahan otot. </em></p><p><em><strong>Metode:</strong> Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental semu dengan rancangan randomized post test only group with crossover dengan membandingkan pengaruh pemberian jus buah semangka merah. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu anggota bimbingan meraih cita-cita (MCC). Luaran utama pada penelitian ini adalah indeks kelelahan otot yang diukur dengan menggunakan Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji independent t test. </em></p><p><em><strong>Hasil: </strong>Ada perbedaan indeks kelelahan otot anaerobik pada kelompok perlakuan sebesar 2,55 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,75. Pada penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan kategori indeks kelelahan otot dari yang rata-rata subjek memiliki kategori cukup menjadi kategori baik, dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol secara statistik (p=0,004). Kesimpulan: Jus buah semangka merah dapat menurunkan angka indeks kelelahan otot anaerobic pada anggota bimbingan MCC. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti mengenai perbedaan indeks kelelahan otot anaerobik dengan pemeriksaan kadar asam laktat. </em></p><p><em><strong>KATA KUNCI:</strong> <em>anaerob; </em>eksperimental semu; jus semangka merah; kelelahan otot; latihan fisik </em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em><strong>Background:</strong> Fatigue is a common problem experienced by athletes, typically occurring during anaerobic activities due to high intensity and the need for quick energy. The administration of red watermelon juice (Citrullus lanatus) is expected to be able to reduce muscle fatigue. </em></p><p><em><strong>Objectives:</strong> The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of providing red watermelon juice on muscle fatigue. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a randomized post-test-only group with a crossover design by comparing the effects of delivering red watermelon juice to subjects. Subjects of this study were MCC (Meraih Cita Cita) tutoring members. The primary outcome was the index of anaerobic muscle fatigue that was measured by the Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Data analysis was conducted using an independent t-test. </em></p><p><em><strong>Results:</strong> There was a difference in the index of anaerobic muscle fatigue in the treatment group 2.55, while in the control group 3.75. In this study, there was an increase in the category of muscle fatigue index from an average of subjects having a fairly good category to a good category, and there was a significant difference in the treatment group and control group statistically (p=0.004). </em></p><p><em><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Red watermelon juice can reduce the rate of anaerobic muscle fatigue. Pada penelitian ini menganalisa tentang hubungan asupan karbohidrat dan indeks massa tubuh pada wanita premenopause dan postmenopause di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan data Riskesdas 2010 dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional dan desain survei analitik. Sampel yang didapat adalah 6057 wanita premenopause dan 4787 wanita postmenopause. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan uji analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik responden didapatkan wanita premenopause tinggal di wilayah perkotaan sebanyak 3.540 orang dan perdesaan 2.517 orang, sedangkan pada wanita postmenopause tinggal di wilayah perkotaan sebanyak 2.733 orang dan perdesaan 2.054 orang. Rata-rata usia wanita premenopause adalah 46 tahun 8 bulan,dan rata–rata usia wanita postmenopause adalah 51 tahun 7 bulan. Rata-rata indeks massa tubuh wanita premenopause 23,5±3,6 kg, asupan karbohidrat 207,3±67,1 gr dan rata-rata indeks massa tubuh wanita postmenopause 23,32±3,6 kg, asupan karbohidrat 204,4±66,5 gr. Asupan karbohidrat dan indeks massa tubuh berhubungan secara bermakna (p<0,05). Status menopause merupakan variabel terkuat yang mempengaruhi indeks massa tubuh pada wanita premenopause dan postmenopause. Karenanya diperlukan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memperbanyak asupan karbohidrat dan asupan kalsium serta mengurangi asupan lemak untuk mempertahankan berat badan ideal agar terciptanya derajat kesehatan yang baik
