The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services
Penerapan pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi pada tingkatan SD di seluruh Indonesia sampai saat ini belum maksimal, bahkan terdapat di beberapa wilayah yang belum menerapkan pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup Pada Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Literasi Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara 3 narasumber. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kecakapan hidup pada sekolah dasar berbasis literasi ekonomi di SD Negeri 35 Tekolabbua sudah terimplementasi walaupun pemahaman soal pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi masih kurang. Implementasi pendidikan kecakapan hidup berbasis literasi ekonomi di SD Negeri 35 Tekolabbua dilakukan dengan menyelipkan pada pelaksanaan belajar mengajar dan langsung melakukan praktik menabung langsung dalam kelas.
Economic learning at the tertiary level, especially in the introductory economics course at the Faculty of Economics, is still limited to textbooks or foreign translations. They are structurally difficult for students to understand because they use case studies that do not follow local reality conditions in Indonesia, especially those which are related to data and economic phenomena. Therefore, we need a book that is interesting, innovative, concise, and easy to learn. This study focused on developing a handbook as learning media based on mind mapping on the introductory economics course and assessing the feasibility of the mind mapping-based learning media book for use in an introductory course to economics, primarily on necessary economic concept study contents. This research used Research and Development (R & D) model in developing a mind mapping-based economics pocketbook as learning media. The development of a mind mapping-based pocketbook will make students easier to study in the introductory economics course because the small pocketbook will make students easy to study anywhere and anytime. The development of the pocketbook product consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the validation conducted by the content experts and media experts on content and linguistic feasibility, the mind mapping-based pocketbook on the introductory economics course at the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Makassar was in a very feasible category. The product trial results showed that mind mapping based pocketbook was very viable in terms of content, linguistic, presentation, and graphic so that the pocketbook that has been tested was ready to be published.
This study aimed towas to determine the utilization of tourism promotion media used by the Tourism and Culture Office of the Selayar Islands Regency in an effort to increase Regional Original Income. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Informants in this study were officials of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the Selayar Islands Regency and tourists who visited tourist attractions in the Selayar Islands. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that the Department of Tourism and Culture of the Selayar Islands Regency in promoting tourism uses 4 promotion mixes, namely advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, and public relations. However, promotional activities have not been able to increase the Regional Original Income of the tourism sector through the number of tourist visits. Regional levies for the tourism sector are only able to contribute no more than 0.5% of the Regional Original Income (PAD) of the Selayar Islands Regency.
One of the entrepreneurship programs that have a strategic role in realizing these goals is to streamline the role of business incubators. The purpose of this study is to (1) examine the results of the initial investment needed for a business incubator model to support edupreneurs at UNM, (2) examine the results of the design of a business incubator model in supporting edupreneurs at UNM, and (3) examine the results of the business incubator model in supporting edupreneur at UNM. This study is a development research, namely the development of a business incubator model. The study was conducted at Makassar State University (UNM). The subjects in this study were the head of the LIPK institution and the manager of the business incubator as well as the tenants who participated in the incubator fostered as many as 20 tenants. The results of the study obtained are the Training Center and Business Incubator (PPIB) as part of the Institute for Entrepreneurship Innovation and Development (LIPK) which aims to create a new mindset for students to become entrepreneurs and increase knowledge and experience in managing and building businesses. To realize these goals and objectives, a work program for the development of the Education Center and Business Incubator is formed as follows: 1) An edu-prenership-based entrepreneurship training program that is planned and integrated for UNM students and alumni as well as MSME partners. 2) Systematic business incubator program for students, alumni and SMEs through pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation entrepreneurship. 3) Business consulting services, mentoring (coaching) and facilitation of training programs and entrepreneurship incubators 4) Effective partnerships with various interested parties (Stakeholders).
