This article intends to discuss and analyze some highlighted elements in the national literature about the dominant history of the origin of the Science-Technology-Society movement (STS). This "dominant history" thus characterized by being treated in a relatively standardized way by the leading works in the field plays an important role in the struggles within the Brazilian Research in Science Teaching STS Subfield. For the construction of the research's object we used a theoretical framework developed by Pierre Bourdieu: the notion of field. The data analysis allows to critically question some elements present in the way that the STS movement origin is presented and signals to the mechanisms of symbolic violence implicitly accepted and transmitted in that subfield.
Essas incorporações, relacionadas ao conteúdo, a recursos didático-pedagógicos e a agentes internos e externos à escola, estavam sob a égide do capital social. Palavras-chave: Estágio em Física. Professor Supervisor. Estagiário.ABSTRACT: This paper discusses the relationship between a mentor teacher and an intern during a period of a collaborative traineeship program in physics, developed in a public school. To do so, it uses notions of school field, field of the school, habitus and teacher capital. Given the characteristics of thematic investigated, both the constitution and data analyzes were performed from the perspective of a qualitative case study bias. The results from the analysis indicate that proximity of social origins and structure of the school field favored both the beginning of the collaborative stage and the incorporation of the dispositions of the mentor teacher by the intern teacher. These incorporations, related to the content, didactic and pedagogical resources and internal and external agents to the school, were under the auspices of social capital.
