RESUMO:A dança é uma forma ancestral de magia, invenção dos deuses que a ensinaram aos homens, diz-nos a mitologia hindu. Envolvido no mistério e movimento da dança, o dançarino pode encantar; porém, antes de tudo é preciso que encante a si mesmo. Não seria este também o caminho do professor? Fazer para si para poder fazer ou propor aos educandos, encantar-se para poder encantar; criar para poder seguir com as crianças a aventura da criação; ousar para poder encorajar? Nesta direção, a pergunta que percorre o presente artigo é assim formulada: como contribuir com o processo de encantamento dos professores, como alimentar a sensibilidade, nos percursos da formação universitária? Buscando respostas no processo de pesquisa, identifica-se na experiência com as danças circulares, tradição de diferentes povos, um profícuo caminho pelo qual aquele espaço de encantamento, de inteireza, de educação estética, igualmente, pode ser provocado.Palavras-chave: Educação estética. ResumoArticulando dança e educação, este artigo fala de possibilidades. Tomando os processos educativo-formativos de educadores como foco mobilizador, apresenta e discute conteúdos fertilizados no contexto de uma pesquisa de doutorado, realizada com diferentes grupos de educadoras e desenvolvida por meio de "encontros para dançar em roda". Na relação constituída entre a experiência com uma específica forma de dança -a dança circular -, e a reflexão sobre a formação de professores, foram identificados alguns nú-cleos temáticos para a análise. Entre eles, destaca-se a necessidade de contemplar, na jornada de formação, a dimensão estética, cultivando o "ser sensível" presente-escondido no adulto-educador. Considera-se, pois, a implicação de propostas que contribuam para a construção de processos educativos mais inteiros, reaproximando razão e emoção, cognição e afeto. No desenvolvimento da referida pesquisa, o estudo sobre a simbologia do círculo revelou-se essencial e, no presente artigo, configura o eixo central da discussão. São propriedades simbólicas do círculo a perfeição e a ausência de distinção ou divisão. Sua imagem evoca equilíbrio, totalidade, integração de diferenças, interdependência. Roda, círculo, mandala: não é uma bela imagem para a prática educativa? O círculo dançante: não seria uma oportunidade para o aprendizado da circularidade na educação? Perpassando tais questões que envolvem a potencialidade do símbolo, propõe-se uma discussão sobre a necessária circularidade dos processos educativos.
Ao refletir sobre as artes visuais na Educação Infantil, o artigo parte de uma concepção teórica e prática de arte como um processo contínuo e cotidiano — que envolve pesquisar, experimentar, explorar materiais, ideias e possibilidades, projetar, realizar —, para então questionar a pertinência da expressão “ensino de arte” no âmbito na Educação Infantil. As questões conceituais são articuladas à prática docente, por meio de retratos dos fazeres e saberes construídos por um grupo de miúdos de 3 a 6 anos e sua educadora, em uma instituição de educação pré-escolar pública de Évora — Portugal. Tematiza a importância dos materiais, dos espaços e da experimentação que desencadeiam e/ou intensificam o pensamento criativo e a contribuição de visitas a museus e de passeios na cidade como oportunidades para aprender a observar, a refinar o olhar e potencializar os processos criativos e simbólicos das crianças.
RESUMO: Resultado de pesquisa com narrativas de professores da Educação Infantil, o artigo apresenta questões sobre práticas leitoras com crianças na creche. Ao privilegiar as narrativas docentes, entre memórias e histórias de práticas, o caminho metodológico tomou por referência elementos das entrevistas de tipo narrativa e coletiva. Desta maneira, os dados foram produzidos por meio de encontros organizados em forma de rodas de conversa. Ao todo foram realizados três encontros, com vinte e quatro professoras que atuavam com grupos de crianças entre 0 e 3 anos de idade. As narrativas docentes revelam a creche como um local privilegiado de circulação de materiais impressos, que há vários modos de ler e que as professoras de bebês vêm buscando ressignificar suas práticas, demonstrando preocupações inclusive com a qualidade editorial do material destinado a esse específico público. Discutir a leitura literária na creche ajuda-nos a projetar práticas leitoras de qualidade para todas as crianças. PALAVRAS-CHAVES: Bebês. Educação infantil. Leitura. Literatura. INTRODUÇÃOUm marco para um atendimento de qualidade voltado às crianças de 0 a 5 anos de idade, sem dúvida, foi a promulgação da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, em 1996, definindo a Educação Infantil como primeira etapa da Educação Básica. Reafirmando os preceitos legais, em 1999 são aprovadas as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Infantil (DCNEI), sendo revistas em 2009, representando a tentativa de definição de orientações gerais, para todo o território nacional.O conceito de criança proposto pelas DCNEI apresenta uma criança potente que, por meio das interações brincadeiras e experiências cotidianas, vai ampliando conhecimentos e sentidos sobre o meio em que está inserida, produzindo cultura.
