This document proposes the implementation of a care center customer for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Colombia as a new business plan. The methodology begins with the study of the current situation of the company, identifying the problem (customer dissatisfaction with company response in Colombia). Later, multiple studies were conducted including general environment analysis and the marketing plan, to finally establish the possibility of consolidating this expansion opportunity within a company. The results suggest that the business model developed is viable because it generates economic benefits for businesses. The main conclusion is that implementing the Contact Center for companies, in addition to being necessary, is feasible and increases productivity.

The cognitive radio is a methodology that proposes the management of the radio spectrum dynamically, by integrating the stages of sensing, decision making, sharing and spectral mobility. The spectral decision-making phase is in charge of deciding which is the best available channel to transmit the data of Secondary Users (SUs) in an opportunistic manner, and its success depends on how efficient is the Primary User characterization model (PUs). The use of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) is proposed as a model to reduce the prediction error that is presented in the future estimation of channels in the frequency band of 2.4 GHz. Objetivo. Objetivo: Determinar las estrategias propias de la mejora continua del proceso logístico de transporte, que permitaintegrar de manera idónea los medios de transporte (terrestre, aéreo, fluvial, marítimo, y férreo) para el estudio de caso de la rutapanamericana.Metodología: La metodología que se utilizó fue histórico - descriptiva, recopilando información cronológicamente organizada enel tiempo y evaluando diferentes elementos que componen la cadena de abastecimiento identificando oportunidades de mejora.De acuerdo a lo indagado y con el fin de llevar a cabo la investigación, se analizó cada uno de los países en temas de transportey relacionados para la total conexión, identificando el medio de transporte acorde para la recepción, transporte y distribuciónde mercancías de manera eficiente, con el uso de plataformas logísticas, teniendo en cuenta los temas legislativos y convenioscomerciales de cada país para mejorar la economía con los demás países de la región.Resultados: Se determina que el desarrollo fue viable porque se pudo establecer las rutas que facilitan la distribución de mercancíasa lo largo del continente americano.Conclusión: Dos elementos importantes a la hora de optimizar la conexión y gestionar el desarrollo entre los diferentes países, sonla comunicación y el transporte. En el continente americano, las conexiones y rutas más utilizadas son la terrestre, seguidas por lasfluviales y las aéreas. Sin embargo, en el proceso de levantamiento de información, se ha evidenciado que varias de las ciudades, quese utilizaron como muestreo de este estudio, no cuentan con una variedad de medios de transporte carga lo que limita la conexióncon otras ciudades y su distribución.

This article purpose is to describe the investigation carried out to design a robotic submersible platform for taking samples of contaminated water. This endeavor undertook a review of the actual robotic technologies used for aquatic exploration focusing the attention on low-cost designs. In recent years, the use of robotics is changing the approach to assess and control the impact that pollution is generating as a result of the human's industrial activities and modern life. Technology is helping to create a breakthrough in environmental management processes in a world more aware of the consequences of human activities and more concerned of making a change; for this reason, this research aims to outline a solution that could help the environmental regulatory agencies by providing a cost effective solution for monitoring levels of pollution in a safe manner, and ultimately could impact positively in the communities next to bodies of water, such as rivers or lakes, that are affected by a poor pollution.

This article seeks to establish the main basis for the selection of the best provider for a company in the cellular mobile telecommunications sector in Colombia, based on a multicriteria model to find the correct and most adequate prediction, depending on their particular conditions for each one of the companies. The model achieved a combination of the multi-criteria tools Hierarchical Analytical Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Hierarchical Analytical Process (FAHP), for the selection of a supplier of telecommunications equipment for a company in the same sector, considering a group of critical factors to evaluate a Possible solution of the best and most suitable alternative, which allowed us to offer a solution to telecommunications companies according to their specific needs. The methodology used is descriptive, and its approach was mixed (quantitative and qualitative), which begins with a sufficient thematic review of the two tools, passing through the gathering of information with the application of a technical research instrument (survey) to identify the selection criteria that companies have and finally designing the fuzzy multicriteria model. The results are based on the contributions provided by the model developed for the selection of suppliers, making its application viable, for companies that wish to choose to link the FAHP methodology to companies, concluding that it is an easy model adaptability for decisionmaking, showing that the selection of any type of criterion is taking more and more force, allowing companies to be at the forefront of technology.
