Siguiendo el espíritu que trasciende la filosofía enmarcada en el nuevo EEES, y en línea con estos nuevos enfoques de la docencia, este trabajo plantea nuevos recursos pedagógicos que den mayor protagonismo al alumno en el proceso de aprendizaje. Huyendo así de las tradicionales clases magistrales y los trabajos escritos, plantearon esta iniciativa basada en la metodología flipped classroom y las ventajas que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías al alumno. El término flipped classroom ha sido traducido literalmente como clase al revés o clase invertida. Este modelo pedagógico transfiere el trabajo de determinados procesos de aprendizaje fuera del aula, dedicando el tiempo de clase a trabajar los aspectos en que es necesaria la ayuda y experiencia del docente. En este texto se presentan dos proyectos de metodología de aula invertida. Ambos casos partían con el objetivo general de implantar la plataforma educativa Lynda como recurso de formación en la docencia universitaria. En ellos se proponía al alumno realizar formación previa a las sesiones con el docente. Para ello debían emplear la plataforma Lynda y visionar videos de cursos relacionados con las materias. Cada uno tenía objetivos y criterios de evaluación diferentes, pero compartían metodología. Los resultados obtenidos en ambos hacen reflexionar sobre la necesidad de motivar al alumno para invertir tiempo previo a la sesión con el docente.
El teléfono móvil es, en la actualidad y con los recursos materiales existentes, un medio que ha conseguido poner fin a las limitaciones de los medios de comunicación anteriores. Este medio portátil reúne las pretensiones que el ser humano ha buscado desde sus orígenes en un medio de comunicación. Además, en el uso de este medio para realizar acciones de marketing y comunicación se potencian sus características como medio de comunicación y lo convierten en una herramienta idónea a incorporar en las estrategias de marketing. En el presente artículo se exponen algunas de las razones por las que se realizan las dos anteriores afirmaciones.
ResumenEl objetivo de este artículo es presentar el proyecto iniciado por la Facultad de Comunicación en el curso 20112012 con el propósito de convertir Twitter en un punto de encuentro entre profesores y alumnos fuera del ámbito universitario. Este estudio pretende analizar y monitorizar el uso que han dado docen tes y alumnos a Twitter en sus clases. El objetivo no es establecer valores cuantitativos sino marcar al gunas tendencias y subrayar posibles hipótesis que se puedan contrastar con estudios posteriores. Entre ellas destaca saber si las redes sociales pueden convertirse en una herramienta docente fuera del aula tra dicional. Para ello se realizará un repaso de las redes sociales en el entorno educativo y se analizará Twit ter como red social y como herramienta docente. The study analyzes and monitors the use of Twitter in class by a group of students and faculty members. The ob jective is not to establish quantitative data but to trace certain uses and underline possible hypotheses to be tested in future studies. Among these hypotheses one outstands from the rest: to know if social net works can become a useful educational tool outside the traditional classroom environment. A review of the uses of social networks in the learning environment and a more specific analysis of Twitter as social network and learning tool are included.
ResumenEn el siguiente texto se relata la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías en el desarrollo de la actividad docente universitaria. El presente trabajo versa acerca del estado del neuromarketing en la actualidad y tiene como objetivo revisar de forma exhaustiva la percepción de los jóvenes, centrándose en el análisis del grado de conocimiento y de la aceptación que genera dicha disciplina en este grupo de interés. La realización de esta publicación se basa en una metodología mixta. En cuanto a la metodología cualitativa, se han realizado entrevistas telefónicas a las siguientes organizaciones: Asociación de Marketing de España, Asociación Española de Neuromarketing y Neurocomunicación, Inside Brain y Sociograph. Por otra parte, en lo que a la metodología cuantitativa se refiere, se ha incluido una encuesta al público objetivo. Tras la investigación, podemos resaltar que el neuromarketing es una disciplina aún desconocida por los jóvenes de nuestro país, es decir, los futuros consumidores. Sin embargo, los expertos auguran que este panorama va a cambiar. En cuanto a la participación, nuestro grupo de interés no ha mostrado recelo y tampoco claras vinculaciones hacia la controversia que suscita esta disciplina. Consecuentemente, la valoración en conjunto de todos los parámetros estudiados es favorable.
