Introduction: This study was designed to evaluate the effect activity of RAIL-gel in comparison with Citicoline on nitroxydergic system during acute cerebrovascular accident. Methods: In this study, 80 white nonlinear rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups (20 rats in each): 1) intact; 2) control - untreated with acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA), examined on the 4th day; 3) animals with ACVA, receiving RAIL, examined on the 18th day; 4) animals with ACVA, treated with Citicoline, examined on the 4th day. The expression of inducible NOS was determined by Western blotting. The nitrosative stress marker, nitrotyrosine, was determined using the ELISE kit NITROTYROSINE (kit no. HK501-02, series 12825k1212-k). To assess the state of iNOS mRNA expression, we used the method of polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription in real time (RT-PCR). Results: Our research demonstrated that course administration of the RAIL and Citicoline to animals with ACVA for 4 days leads to the stabilization of the parameters of the brain nitroxydergic system. However, Citicoline does not provide a full effect on the shifts of the NO system in the brain. It does not have the proper effect on such an important link in the pathogenesis of ischemic brain damage as nitrosative stress. RAIL leads to a significant decrease in NOS activity due to its inducible form (decrease in the expression of iNOS and iNOS mRNA) and a decrease in NO metabolits, and inhibition of nitrosative stress (decrease in nitrotyrosine). Conclusion: IL-1b antagonist RAIL (Intranal Gel) significantly exceeds Citicoline in terms of the severity of the effect on the nitroxydergic system indicators.

In this article we have considered and substantiated the structure of the axiosphere of future doctors. The concept of the axiosphere of the future doctor is defined. The study found that the axiosphere of future doctors includes four subsystems; key value groups; personalities, socio-cultural and professional values.
Restoration and strengthening of soft tissue structures of the musculoskeletal system underlie the principles of regenerative medicine to improve treatment results and prevent possible complications. Influencing various parts of the regenerative process, it is possible to correct the recovery time, the morphological properties of the scar, and, as a result, the clinical results of treatment. We have proposed using a polypropylene mesh (PM) impregnated with a metabolitotropic solution to restore damaged and strengthen weakened structures. The work aimed to study the effect of PM with metabolite impregnation on the regeneration process of soft tissues. A series of morphological and biochemical studies were carried out on laboratory animals. The degree of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) mRNA expression was studied as indicators of tissue ischemia and their trophism in correlation with morphological changes in the zone of mesh implantation. Using a PM with a metabolitotrope increases the expression of eNOS mRNA by 10.8 times, and iNOS mRNA - reduces by 3.6 times. Morphologically coated PM causes a pronounced inflammatory effect, followed by a pronounced proliferation of connective tissue fibers around the mesh elements. Particular attention is drawn to the growth of the microvasculature and the increase in the number of anastomoses - 10.3% of the relative area compared to 8.8% in the group using PM without a metabolite. The metabolitotropic impregnation improves oxygenation and trophism of damaged soft tissues, which helps to stimulate regeneration.
Background. The communicative component of the pedagogical style inevitably reflects the general and pedagogical culture of the educator and his professionalism. In connection with the increasing requirements in society for the training of specialists, the need for the development of the communicative abilities of the teacher as a component of educa-?ion, teaching methods and the achievement on this basis of a new quality of the results of professional education is actualized. Objective: to identify and assess the level of communicative competence of the teaching staff of the morphological departments of ZSMU. Methods: employee questioning and surveys. Results: the indicators of the scales that contribute to the successful communication of teachers and are the most favorable for building interpersonal communication (social and communicative clumsiness, intolerance to uncertainty, striving for status growth, frustration intolerance) are the least expressed in percentage terms, which indicates ease of communication. The highest percentage is observed on the scale "Intolerance to Uncertainty" which was 15.0 ± 4.3 in total. The best indicators on the scale "Frustration intolerance", "Excessive striving for conformity", "Orientation on avoiding failures" indicate that the communicative activity of teachers is at a high level, they easily make direct contact with others, they are very easy to induce to talk. Conclusion: the data obtained indicate a high level of communicative competence of the teaching staff of the morphological departments of ZSMU. Small deviations from the norm can be triggered by the transition to distance learning and the difficulties of adapting to it, especially among older teachers.
