We want to show pharmacological characterization of Tiotriazoline, based on results of tentative analysis and clinical research, also features of its therapeutic action and advantage over another metabolitotropic cardio protectors. As a result of the literary sources
We studied the involvement of HSP70 and Hif1b genes in the development of pathological changes in the brains of experimental animals during ischemia. We found neuro and mitoprotective charac teristics of heat shock protein HSP70 and Hif1b in vitro and under cerebral ischemia due to stabilization of molecules damaged by oxidation, inhibition of nitrosative and oxidative stress and mitoprotective action directed to amelioration of mitochondrial dysfuction. The protective role of these proteins provides a new direction for the development of novel neuroprotective drugs that protect or modulate the genes that encode these proteins.
Experimental research has found that acute cerebral ischemia modeling in rats is accompanied by a significant increase in the main marker of oxidative degradation of proteinsnitrotyrosine beginning from the first day of the experiment. Concurrently there has been a decline in stress-protein HSP70 in brain tissue. Administration of Cerebrocurin for 4 days has led to a decrease in the levels of nitrotyrosine, as well as to increase in the expression of stress-responsive protein HSP70 in the acute period of cerebral ischemia.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
