Demands for graduates of quality educational institutions increasingly urgent, in addition to competition between educational institutions also educational institutions must meet minimum graduation standards. This study uses a qualitative approach using data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the findings, the authors conclude as follows: Education Quality Improvement Strategies at SDIT Cordova Samarinda and SDIT YABIS Bontang in terms of the input strategy adopted, namely the selection of Human Resources through a rigorous selection process in accordance with specified criteria; procurement of public utilities and insfrastructures are very complete; partnership support through collaboration with school committees and related foundations and educational institutions; funding guarantees obtained from stakeholders and the integration of the national curriculum, integrated Islamic school network and foundation, In the aspects of the strategic process adopted, namely optimizing the process of decision making, institutional management processes, program management processes, teaching and learning processes, and monitoring and evaluation processes. With a note that the teaching and learning process has the highest level of importance compared to other processes. While increasing the output aspect taken is to improve academic achievement by optimizing existing components and strive to produce quality graduates and increase non-academic achievements by seeking to produce students who have Islamic characters and excel in the arts, sports and extracurricular fields.
<p><em>The aim of this research is to analyze factors which affected interest in developing beef cattle. The sampling method was used Simple Random Sampling method, based on this research of the 176 population </em><em>of beef cattle breeders available, 37 farmers were taken as samples. The analyze method used is multiple linear regression with dependent variable is interesting in developing beef cattle and independent variable were beef cattle seed price, education, experience and age of breeder cattle. <em>The results show that experience effected the interest in developing beef cattle meanwhile beef cattle seed price, </em><em>education and age of breeder cattle were not affected in developing beef cattle in Nagori Tempel Jaya. </em></em></p><p> </p>
Blended learning is a demanding topic nowadays where its existence is possibly enhance lecturers’ competencies as well as giving students new experiences from the combination of different platforms of learning i.e. face to face interaction and online class. Since blended learning seems to be relevant topic at the present time, therefore the aim of the study is to explore the implementation of blended learning in Islamic universities in six different cities in Indonesia. Direct observation was conducted in order to map the strategy used by each Islamic university in implementing blended learning method. Other than that, Focus Group Discussion was also held to all Islamic universities in order to dig deeper regarding the policy from the management of the study program of Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) as well as confirming to what researchers found on the direct observation to the lecturers related to blended learning employment. Additionally, to support the result, semi-structured interview was conducted to representative of students from each Islamic university in order to highlight their perspectives in the realization of blended learning. As a result, the researchers found that the proportion of having between offline and online learning methods are varied, whether 70:30, 60:40, or 50:50. Additionally, there is no slight difference in terms of conducted activities during the offline session, whereas the use of online platforms with varied e-learning media are found very interestingly. Lastly, interview conducted to PAI students indicate positive attitude towards the implementation of blended learning where it is obviously provide future insight for further researchers. The novelty and pedagogical implications are also highlited in this article.
This study aims to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the marketing of cassava chip home industry and to determine the marketing strategy of cassava chip home industry stamp rabbit chips in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used was Snowball Sampling. Research samples were 33 samples. Based on the research, one producer was found, then two traders from the producer, then five retailers took from the collecting trader, and twenty- five consumers who bought from the retailer of cassava stamp rabbit chips. Data collection methods use primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with the SWOT analysis method by identifying internal. Avoid referrals and unusual evaluation (IFE) and identifying external factor evaluation (EFE), followed by searching for the right strategy through the IE matrix and the SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicate that rabbit stamp cassava chips in Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict Deli Serdang Regency which is running a progressive strategy signifies a strong effort and opportunity to be developed. By taking an SO strategy from the results of the questionnaire, it can be obtained by maintaining and maintaining the superiority of the product can increase the demand for cassava chips rabbit stamp is getting higher, and utilizing a strategic location and the possibility of increasing collection traders, making it easier for the process to market the product to retailers abbreviations. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment affect the performance of employees. The proposed hypothesis is the influence of leadership on the performance of the employee, the work environment influence on employee performance and simultaneously also in his second test as well. Samples were production employees at PT.Sinar Sosro Tajung Morawa Medan totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique was random method. Methods of data collection using random methods, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and also using some test that is test validitas, realibity test, t test and f. Based on test results obtained Data Regression that that leadership and work environment greatly affect the performance of the employee, his great influence up to 86% to show that leadership and work environment in Tanjung Morawa at PT.Sinar Sosro very positive effect.
