La investigación presentada en este artículo se propone, ante la diversidad lingüística del alumnado de muchos centros escolares catalanes, estudiar el pensamiento y las actuaciones del profesorado de lenguas en las nuevas situaciones plurilingües. El grupo PLURAL investiga los sistemas de creencias, representaciones y saberes (CRS) de los docentes, así como su posible transformación, a pesar de las resistencias opuestas por la permanencia de modelos tradicionales, para fundamentar la revisión de los actuales dispositivos y contenidos de formación. Para ello, se ha contado con la colaboración de ocho profesores de diferentes lenguas y etapas educativas, a quienes se ha entrevistado individualmente y observado en actuaciones de aula sobre las que se ha debatido y reflexionado en grupo. En el artículo se presentan ejemplos de análisis de transcripciones, ofreciendo el caso de una profesora de secundaria encargada de atender grupos de alumnos con dificultades. Entendemos que los CRS emergen a partir del análisis de las interacciones y del discurso de los docentes. Se presenta finalmente una síntesis de los aspectos más relevantes para mejorar el desarrollo profesional del profesorado. Investigar en el aula significa situarse en un espacio de una cierta privacidad que obliga a plantearse cuestiones fundamentales, en torno al objetivo que se persigue y al rol que debe adoptarse. Este artículo analiza las maneras de acercarse al aula de las investigaciones presentadas en este monográfico. Se observa que la variedad de roles que aparecen están siempre en función de los objetivos y de los contextos que caracterizan las aulas. Se concluye que no hay un único propósito ni una única manera de entrar en el aula. Cada investigación, desde su singularidad, debería explicitar el propósito que persigue y concretar cuál va a ser el rol del investigador. Ambas cuestiones no son marginales sino aspectos que caracterizan la misma investigación. ResumenEn este artículo se expone, en primer lugar, el contexto en el que se planificaron los trabajos que configuran este número monográfico, centrado en la investigación cualitativa en didáctica de la lengua y la literatura. En segundo lugar, se especifica que su objeto es el análisis de la interacción en las aulas, entre los escolares y entre los escolares y sus maestros, para la formación literaria y la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las lenguas. Y en tercer lugar, se presentan los estudios llevados a cabo por los tres grupos de investigación implicados en el proyecto.
L’article sorgeix d’un procés de formació realitzat en dos centres escolars que acullen alumnes que provenen d’entorns familiars vulnerables a nivell social. Els objectius eren diversos: saber què acosta els docents a aquests centres; fins a quin punt s’hi senten implicats i què els ajuda a fer front als reptes que hi van sorgint. Hem considerat tres espais per obtenir-ne les dades: les converses amb l’equip directiu, les sessions de formació amb els mestres i la producció de textos reflexius. En aquest treball ens centrem en els resultats obtinguts després d’analitzar els textos reflexius escrits pels mestres tot seguint categories de l’anàlisi del discurs. Els resultats posen en evidència dues qüestions. La primera és que la relació educativa es construeix partint d’una obertura cap a la diversitat de gramàtiques presents a les aules. La segona és que els reptes que presenten els centres que acullen una població vulnerable es poden afrontar quan hi ha una implicació col·lectiva. La nostra conclusió és que, per tal de conèixer com es construeix la relació educativa, és necessari saber què fan els docents i, a més, acostar-se a la disposició afectiva que mantenen envers l’experiència en la qual es troben implicats.
