J, In response to a suggestion that the Board of Directors prepare or cause to be prepared "clean campaign" guidelines for political campaign activity with respect to APA elections, the Board, at its December 1974 meeting, voted to refer the issue to the Policy and Planning (P&P) Board, with a request for a report back to the Board of Directors as soon as possible after the next meeting of the P&P Board.K. At its January 197S meeting, the Board of Directors considered a proposal that the call for nominations for President-elect accompany dues statements and that a business reply envelope accompany the APA election ballot.
