Es wird uber eine chemische Synthese berichtet, die sich eng an einen von mehreren Autoren diskutierten Biosyntheseweg anschlieBt.Synthesis and Behaviour of 1.5-Didehydronorhygrine and 1.6-DidehydroisopelletierineThe title compounds (5, 6) are hypothetical intermediates i n the biosynthem to mono-and bicyclic pyrrolidine and piperrdine alkaloids.
Abstract. (HSBS)3, monoclinic, P2x/c, a=13"949 (6), b=4.133 (2), c=17"532 (8) A, fl=114-76 (3) ° , M= 227"84, Z=4, Dexp = 1"63, Dx= 1"649 g cm -3. The molecules form six-membered rings which are nearly planar. The mean values of the cyclic and terminal B-S bond lengths are 1.803 (5)
Preparation and Behaviour of 1.5-Didehydrohygrine and N-Methyl-1.6-didehydroisopelletierine A one step synthesis of the title compounds and their cyclisation to tropinone and pseudopelletierine is reported. A second synthesis of I .5-didehydrohygrine (5) involving I-Methyl-A1-pyrrolinium-5-carboxylic acid (19) is described.
