This research is motivated by the success of Learning Activity Studio (SKB) in carrying out activities, this is seen from the application of instruction by instructors at SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of adult learning by instructor in terms of views, learning experiences, selfconcept, and readiness to learn. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is residents learn training. Sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tool. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: instructorapply learning experiencesin the learning process, instructorapply self-concept in the learning process, instructor apply readiness to study in the learning process.
AbstrakWork From Home (WFH) selama masa pandemi covid 19 memberikan dampak yang cukup beragam bagi setiap orang. Terjadinya perubahan secara tiba-tiba dalam habitual keseharian senantiasa menyebabkan ketidaksiapan secara emosional pada setiap anggota keluarga, baik orang tua maupun anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua akan pengaruh negatif yang dapat terjadi akibat interaksi yang terjadi antara anggota keluarga, pada perkembangan perilaku anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Mirror of effect merupakan suatu fenomena yang terjadi dimana perilaku anak mencerminkan perilaku lingkungan sosial di sekitarnya. Karakteristik anak yang cenderung mudah berimitasi, belum memiliki konsep yang kuat tentang moral serta menyukai aktivitas bermain menyebabkan kemungkinan Mirror of effect terhadap hal negatif dalam perkembangan perilakunya akan terjadi jika orang tua kurang mampu mengendalikan emosi selama Work From Home pada masa pandemi covid 19. Oleh sebab itu maka diharapkan orang tua mampu mengendalikan emosi dan selalu berusaha menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang kondusif untuk perkembangan perilaku anak. “Mirror of Effect” in the Development of Child Behavior During Work From Home (WFH) during the Covid Pandemic 19AbstractWork From Home (WFH) during the Covid 19 pandemic had quite a variety of impacts for everyone. The sudden change in daily habituals always causes emotional unpreparedness in each family member, both parents and children. The purpose of this study is to increase parental awareness of the negative effects that can occur due to interactions that occur between family members and on the development of early childhood behavior. The research method used is literature study. The results showed that; Mirror of effect is a phenomenon that occurs in which children's behavior reflects the behavior of the social environment around them. The characteristics of children who tend to easily imitate, do not have a strong concept of morality and like playing activities, causing the possibility of a Mirror of effect on negative things in the development of their behavior if parents are less able to control emotions during Work From Home during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is hoped that parents will be able to control emotions and always try to create a family environment that is conducive to the development of children's behavior.
The low development of early reading ability in early childhood can be caused by many factors, one of which is due to lack of stimulation from the family environment. The role of the family environment becomes very important, because both quantity and quality of the presence of children are spent more in the family. The family-based environmental print model is an innovation that can be used in stimulating early reading skills in children in the family. To be able to obtain optimal results in the use of this model, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning. A correct parent's understanding of the characteristics of children's learning can make the stimulation process take place pleasantly, according to the child's learning style without any element of coercion from parents to children. In addition, the active role of parents can also be done with the right portion of the sign of showing an uncaring attitude or just letting go of the extraction of children's interest in media and conditions that have been prepared using the environmental print model. PENDAHULUANSetiap anak memiliki banyak potensi kecerdasan yang dapat berkembang secara optimal jika adanya dukungan dari lingkungan. Namun sebaliknya tanpa adanya dukungan dari lingkungan, berbagai potensi yang dimiliki anak tersebut sulit untuk berkembang dengan baik dan bahkan potensi tersebut bisa hilang. Oleh sebab itulah Vygotsky (dalam Sujiono, 2009) menyarankan adanya scaffolding dalam kegiatan pengembangan potensi anak. Berdasarkan kajian berbagai pakar baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri dikatakan, minimal ada tiga lingkungan yang selalu berperan dalam hal berkembang atau tidaknya potensi yang dimiliki setiap anak, yaitu keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Jika ketiga lingkungan tersebut mampu saling berkoordinasi dan berperan secara optimal maka perkembangan potensi setiap anak dapat dieksplor dengan baik, namun kondisi sebaliknya akan terjadi jika ketiga lingkungan tersebut tidak saling terkoordinasi.Dari ketiga lingkungan tersebut, lingkungan keluarga merupakan lingkungan pertama dan utama bagi setiap anak yang terlahir ke dunia. The background of this research is the success of learning process of embrioder at HP3 Padang Pariaman. The purpose of this research is to describe instructor's learning strategy, that is: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populations of the study consist of thirty-five peoples. The technique in this research is random sampling method. The number of samples in this study were twenty-five participants. Techniques of data collection are questionnaires, while questions is used as data collection tool. The results showed that the instructor's learning strategy according to the study population is interesting, it can be seen from the aspect: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. Suggestions for learning strategy of these three aspects can be maintained and further enhanced by training Instructor.
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh fenomena meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Panca Daya Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah oleh pengelola Bank Sampah Panca Daya Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini ialah pengelola, fasilitator, dan nasabah Bank Sampah Panca Daya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik perekaman data menggunakan alat bantu perekam suara dan kamera, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Prosesnya dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah menggunakan 5 tahapan proses pemberdayaan yaitu, Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan, dan Pemeliharaan
