The Relationships between Social Support With level Anxiety of Inmates inMuaro Padang Instituted Society Class II A in 2014. Status as inmate is severe stressor in life, inmates lose freedom, unsecurity, uncomfort, far away from the family and society, changes in social support received and demanded to adapt to the limited environment, who the inmate have impact was been mental health problems is anxiety. The reseachaims to knowhow the strength of the relationship of social support with anxiety inmates level inmates in Muara Padang instituted society Class II A in 2014. Reseachofstudyused is descriptive correlational with approach cross-sectional. This reseach was conducted on 237 respondents. The data collected using questionnaire consist of demographic data, the level of anxiety, and social support. The results is 48.5% of inmates has mild anxiety, and 52.3% inmates getting high social support. Based on the results of spearman correlation test, it is known have a significant relationship between social support and level of anxiety at Muara Padang instituted society clas II A in 2014,with p = 0.000 and r =-0.721,, it's means there is a strong correlation with negative direction, the meaning higher of social support then that more be lower the level of anxiety or otherwise. Recommended for prison;s office, nurses, family's,and fellow inmatesto became a source of social support for prisoners so to be reduce anxiety.
ABSTRAK Adiksi game online saat ini menjadi permasalahan global. Adiksi game online akan membuat pemainnya asik bermain game online hingga melupakan waktu dan menimbulkan hal negatif seperti melupakan kewajiban dan terganggu pola tidur. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adiksi game online motivasi dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya, motivasi yang tinggi bisa dari diri sendiri dan lingkungan akan mempengaruhi adiksi seseorang terhadap game online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan dukungan sosial dengan adiksi game online pada remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 7 dan 8 SMP N 13 Padang yang bermain game online yang berjumlah 150 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner adiksi game online (GASA), motivasi bermain game online¸ dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya (ISEL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 64,7% remaja yang mengalami adiksi game online, motivasi bermain game online tinggi pada remaja 66,7%, dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya yang tinggi 76,7%. Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dengan adiksi game online dengan p value=0,000 (p<0,05), serta tidak ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan adiksi game online dengan p value=0,450 (p<0,05). Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk melakukan konseling terkait dampak game online pada guru dan meningkatkan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler juga untuk keperawatan jiwa disarankan untuk melakukan kegiatan berupa promosi dan preventif seperti melakukan konseling atau psikoedukasi pada keluarga serta anak terkait dengan dampak bermain game online. Online game addiction will make the players cool to play online games to forget about time and give rise to negative things like forgetting its obligations and disturbed sleep patterns. Getting addicted to online game could ense from oneself and or being motivated and supported by peers. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between motivation and social support with online game addiction in adolescents. This study is a descriptive with cross sectional design. The samples of this studi include 7th and 8th grade students of SMPN 13 Padang the total sample are 150. The research instrument used questionnaire online game addiction (GASA), the motivation to play online games and social support peer (ISEL). The results showed 64.7% of adolescents who experience addiction online games, play online games high motivation in adolescents 66.7%, and peer social support high 76.7%. There is a relationship between motivation and addiction online games with p value = 0,000 (p<0,05), and no social support relationships with online gaming addiction with p value = 0.450 (p<0,05). It suggested to the school counseling online game-related impacts on teachers and increase extracurricular activities also for the soul of nursing are advised to carry out promotion and preventive activities such as counseling or psycho-education in family and child related to the impact of online gaming. The national prevalence of severe mental disorders in Indonesia is 1.7 per mile and 70% of them are schizophrenia. The inability to control symptoms can cause recurrence in schizophrenic clients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family factors with the relapse of schizophrenic clients at Prof. Dr. HB. Sa’anin Padang. This type of research was descriptive correlative with a cross sectional approach with the number of respondents 173 people schizophrenia clients and families at Prof. RS Polyclinic. HB. Sa’anin Padang. The sampling technique is convinience sampling. The study was conducted from April to June 2016. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family support and caregiver burden with relapse of schizophrenic clients (p <0,05). The results of this study are expected to be an input for nurses and related agencies to prevent the relapse of schizophrenia clients by providing an understanding of the importance of family support and forming a supportive group of schizophrenic client families. Perilaku caring adalah dasar utama yang mendasari a helping relationship yang terjalin antara perawat-pasien. Hubungan terapeutik ini dibangun melalui komunikasi terapeutik yang dipraktikkan untuk mencapai keberhasilan program terapi. Namun, masih banyak perawat tidak menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik dalam berintegrasi dengan pasien. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perawat melalui pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik pada perawat di rumah sakit di Kota Padang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi. Pembelajaran dilakukan selama 8 jam efektif, sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dilakukan pengukuran pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang perawat yang berdinas di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit. Berdasarkan uji paired t-test, didapatkan hasil bahwa ada perbedaan rerata pengetahuan peserta tentang komunikasi terapeutik sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (p value= 0,000). Selisih rerata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan yaitu 2,550. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi terbukti efektif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang komunikasi terapeutik. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin agar dapat mendorong peningkatan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada pasien melalui penerapan komunikasi terapeutik yang baik oleh perawat.
Violens or high risk of violence is one of positive symptom from schyzoprenia (Kaplan & Sadock, 1997). Assertiveness training can decrease violence behavior at client with Schizoprenia (Wahyuningsih, 2009). The goal of this scientific paper is to describe the nursing care for client with high risk of violence by using Roy's adaptation model. Assertiveness training is done for 23 clients along with general therapy and psychoeducational therapy in Utari and Srikandi room at range of time 14 February-15 April 2011. Result of of assertiveness training very effective at 23 clients and show improvement in preventing behavior of violens. Based on the result, it's important to recommended that assertiveness training can be made standard of therapy of nursing specialist and require to be socialized at all of health service
