The national prevalence of severe mental disorders in Indonesia is 1.7 per mile and 70% of them are schizophrenia. The inability to control symptoms can cause recurrence in schizophrenic clients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family factors with the relapse of schizophrenic clients at Prof. Dr. HB. Sa’anin Padang. This type of research was descriptive correlative with a cross sectional approach with the number of respondents 173 people schizophrenia clients and families at Prof. RS Polyclinic. HB. Sa’anin Padang. The sampling technique is convinience sampling. The study was conducted from April to June 2016. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family support and caregiver burden with relapse of schizophrenic clients (p <0,05). The results of this study are expected to be an input for nurses and related agencies to prevent the relapse of schizophrenia clients by providing an understanding of the importance of family support and forming a supportive group of schizophrenic client families. <p><em>Demand for health services in indonesia has declined, many are less satisfied with the health services provided by the hospital. Several influential factors such as: quality of service and the marketing mix. If the perceived service meet sorexceeds the expectations of the patient, the patient will be satisfied and remain willing to establish long-term relationships with hospital as well as being loyal to the hospital. From 6 patients who were interviewed, 3 patients said they wanted to choose another hospital if requiring hospitalization in the future. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the relationship ofservice quality and loyalty marketing mixwiththe patient consideration related to satisfaction of hospital services at hasanuddin hospital south Bengkulu. The type of this research was descriptive analytic reserach. The population were patients who were treated in hasanuddin general hospital in the year 2014, where the samples were taken by using the inclusion criteria (worth studying criteria) as many as 171 people. Data were collected by using question naires and interviews. Data analysis was performed by using univariate and bivariatechi square at α 5%.this research has been conducted in may-june 2014, with the results: the majority(49.1%) of respondents believe that service quality was not good, small proportion(18.7%) of respondents believethat the marketing mixwas not good, a minority of respondents (35.1%) were less well argued about loyalty, a minority of respondents (33.9%) did not choose hasanuddin hospital care if needed hospitalized health services again. There was no significant relationship between the quality of health care with the patients choice related to health care (p =0.516), there was no significant relationship between marketing mix with patients decision in choosing health services (p =1.000), there was no significant relationship between patient loyalty with patients decision in choosing health services (p =0.697).</em></p><p> </p><p>Permintaan pelayanan kesehatan di indonesia semakin menurun, banyak kurang puas dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Faktor berpengaruh : kualitas pelayanan dan bauran pemasaran. Dari 6 pasien diwawancara, 3 pasien mengatakan ingin memilih rumah sakit lain jika memerlukan jasa rawat inap lagi. Tujuan penelitian :untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan, bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas dengan keputusan pasien memilih jasa pelayanan kesehatan .jenis penelitian yaitu <em>deskriptif analitik</em>. Populasi adalah pasien yang dirawat di rsud hasanuddin damrah tahun 2014, sampel 171 orang.teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan <em>chi square</em> pada 5%. Penelitian dilaksanankan bulan mei-juni 2014 dengan hasil separuh (49,i%) responden berpendapat kualitas pelayanan adalah kurang baik, sebagian kecil (18,7%) responden berpendapat bauran pemasaran adalah kurang baik, sebagian kecil (35,1%) responden berpendapat loyalitas pasien adalah kurang baik, sebagian kecil (33,9%) responden tidak memilih rsud hasanuddin damrah jika membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan rawat inap kembali. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan keputusan pasien memilih jasa pelayanan kesehatan (<em>p</em>= 0,516), tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara bauran pemasaran dengan keputusan pasien memilih jasa pelayanan kesehatan (<em>p</em> = 1,000), tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan loyalitas pasien dengan keputusan pasien memilih jasa pelayanan kesehatan (<em>p= 0,697</em>).</p>
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions. These symptoms can affect the quality of life in people with schizophrenia. From the data of Tanjung Paku Health Center, which suffers from schizophrenia as many as 46 people. The purpose of this study was to describe the life quality factors of schizophrenics in the working area of Tanjung Paku health center in Solok city in 2019. The purpose of this study was to describe the life quality factors of schizophrenics in the working area of Tanjung Paku health center in Solok city in 2019. This research is descriptive, carried out on June 11 to June 13, 2019 in the working area of Tanjung Paku Health Center, Solok City. The population in this study were all schizophrenic patients in the working area of Tanjung Paku Community Health Center in Solok City, amounting to 46 people. Sampling is done by means of total sampling totaling 25 people. Data is collected by means of observation and interviews, data processing is done by univariata analysis. The results of the study of 25 respondents found that most (56.0%) of respondents had poor physical health, most (68.8%) of respondents had bad social, most (56.0%) respondents had uncontrolled emotions, most of them (72%) respondents who can do activities well.
The problem of elderly diabetes mellitus is complex and various interventions in the form of education have been carried out in controlling blood sugar levels but the results have not been optimal. Based on this, the researcher wants to know the effect of coaching intervention on controlling blood sugar levels of the elderly with diabetes in Indonesia. The quasi-experimental research design uses a treatment group. Sampling with consecutive sampling in which the intervention group was selected according to purpose, with 38 respondents. Independent t-test was used. The results obtained were significant differences in blood sugar levels after being given an intervention. Coaching interventions affect blood sugar levels of the elderly with diabetes. It was concluded that coaching interventions reduce blood sugar levels and provide opportunities for nurses to develop promotive and preventive efforts.
