Stress is one of the psychological reactions that can be in a work situation. Work situations may change at any time in different forms. An employee's psychological reaction to change also varies. Job insecurity arising from changing work situations increases job stress. A company certainly does not want employees to experience work stress that can impact on the decline in company performance. The level of employeereligiosity is expected to reduce the impact of job insecurity. This study aims to determine the role of job insecurity against work stress moderated by religiosity. Job stress as dependent variable, job insecurity as independent variable, and religiosity as moderator. Methods of data retrieval were performed using work stress scale, job insecurity scale, and scale of religiosity. The subjects of this study were 119 employees working in the State Forestry Corporation. The hypothesis proposed in this study is religiosity as a moderator in the relationship between job insecurity with work stress. Moderate and hypothesis testis done by moderate regression analysis. The research result shows religiosity not proved as moderator in relationship between job insecurity with work stress, but directly significant impact to work.

This study aims to understand understanding the dynamics of passion in youth entrepreneurs when running a business. By understanding the dynamics of passion in running a business, youth entrepreneurs can understand the importance of passion's role to his business so as to avoid failure. In order to achieve these objectives, a phenomenological study was conducted on purposively selected participants, ie nascentor new bussiness entrepreneurs who have passion in entrepreneurship aged 18 to 34years. Data were collected using semi-structured phenomenological interviews, and analyzed using a phenomenological analysis approach. The results show that the dynamics of passion play an important role in the three series of areas of entrepreneurial activity: 1) product creation and development, 2) business establishment, 3) business development. While also found the aspects of personal, environmental and behaviour that affect the emergence of entrepreneurial passion on them.

Abstract. The effectiveness of change implementation in an organization depends on the level of individual readiness for change. Low level of individual readiness can cause resistance to change. This study was aimed to test the role of psychological capital (psycap) to individual readiness for change (IRFC) moderated by perceived organizational support (POS). Data were collected using the individual readiness for change scale, the psychological capital scale and the perceived organizational support scale. The subjects were 351 employees of Local Government in Yogyakarta that embrace changing position (inpassing). Moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. Data analysis showed that both of psycap and POS play role as predictors to IRFC (R 2 =0.350; p<0.05), but POS does not moderates the of effect psycap on IRFC (F=2.267;p>0.05). This research underlines the importance of resilience as psycap's dimension to increase the individual readiness for change in an organization. Keywords

Excellent human resources in the organization are seen as the principal capital for the company to improve the company’s role, function, and competitiveness in facing developments and changes both internally and externally. Companies with high-stress levels need superior employees that motivated, passionate about work and loyal to the organization. These needs can refer to the characteristics of employees who are engaged with their work. However, there are still many dynamics of psychological constructs that have not been revealed that can increase work engagement. The purpose of this study was to determine whether self-efficacy can be a mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on work engagement. The research was conducted through a survey method taken from 103 bank marketing employees. The collected data were analyzed through the structural equation model (SEM) and showed an indirect effect of perceived organizational support on work engagement (ab = 0.13; p≤0.001). This result shows that self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and work engagement and the research hypothesis is acceptable. The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between the theoretical model of the organization’s capability contribution, participation, and the climate of change to the commit-ment to change. Subjects were Islamic University lecturers in Indonesia who experienced the organizational change. Findings reveal (a) the theoretical model designed in this study fitted the empirical data; (b) the determination coefficient (R2) of the commitment to change was 15.1%, which showed that 15.1% of the commitment to change can be explained or predicted through the organization’s capability, participation, the climate of change and the open-mindedness to changes variables; (c) the model was acceptable based on the fit model test with 60.785 chi-square value and .275 (> .05) probability, the CFI value was .997 (almost 1), and the RMSEA value was .022 (< .08). This study has found out the determining theoretical model of the commitment to change based on the organization’s capability, participation, the climate of change, and the open-mindedness to changes’ roles in establishing the commitment to change. The open-mindedness to changes as a mediator is significant, because without the mediator, the organization’s capability, participation, and the climate of change have no effects to the commitment to change.
