<span lang="EN-US">The objective of this present research was to reveal how the postgraduate student perceive of or respond to the online learning process. Quantitative method was adopted in this present research. The results showed that most students who had experienced of the online learning activities encountered some obstacles because they had never conducted Learning From Home (LFH) activities before. The respondents were 428 postgraduate students who actively joined in the LFH activities. There were 316 students used the platform Zoom as the supporting application in the LFH activities. Respondents filled in Google Form, then the collected data could be quickly and accurately processed. Other respondents preferred Google Classroom, WhatsApp and other applications in following the learning activities according to the agreement and features provided in each platform. There were 408 respondents experienced Two-ways communication between the lecturers and the students during the LFH activities. They stated that the limited internet network hindered the online lecturing. There were 31 respondents declared that technology limitations hampered the online lecturing and 105 students revealed that it is the limitations in using the application that caused the online lecturing to become obstacles. </span>
Evaluation of the Implementation of the Learning Curriculum During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Peninggilan 3 Public Elementary School, Ciledug District, Tangerang City. The research aims to evaluate the implementation of curriculum implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic at Peninggilan 3 Public Elementary School through Distance Learning (PJJ) seen from the evaluation of context, input, process, and product, as well as Letters Ministerial Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Educational Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and CIPP evaluation (Context, Input, Process, and product). The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was developed referring to the national curriculum whose implementation was carried out online through google classroom, google meet, zoom meeting, and whatsapp group described in the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Difficulties and obstacles in implementing the learning curriculum for teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic can be overcome by participating in training in the field of Information and Technology, such as: making video media, models, and learning methods that are appropriate to the Covid-19 pandemic, so that teachers can make their own learning videos according to the student's character and eliminate student boredom in the PJJ process. PJJ clearly has positive and negative impacts on students, therefore assistance and parental participation are needed, especially in mastering scientific disciplines, assertiveness in controlling and using children's gadgets at home, as well as good communication between teachers and parents.
<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Pengabdian masyarakat berjudul Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Kader Posyandu Lansia di Desa Cimuning Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimuning bertujuan untuk </em><em>membangun kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan pada usia lanjut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu </em><em>pendekatan persuasive dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu (1) melakukan pendekatan persuasive kepada masyarakat sebagai kader posyandu, (2) Penyuluhan kesehatan/ceranah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, dan simulasi, (3) pemeriksaan fisik (4) serta pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil pemeriksaan isik kesehatan masyarakat lanjut usia. Di kelurahan Cimuning baru terbentuk 8 Posyandu Lansia dari 26 RW yang ada, sehingga perlu dibentuk lagi posyandu lansia pada RW yang belum memiliki posyandu lansia. Dengan demikian Program Kerja Sama Mitra (PKM) dalam pengabdian masyarakat menawarkan solusi antara lain dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia. Kegiatannya antara lain: Sosialisasi pentingnya posyandu lansia melalui Forum Kelurahan/RW, rekrutmen dan pelatihan kader posyandu lansia, layanan posyandu lansia, penyuluhan kesehatan, PMT, penimbangan, vitamin dan permainan-permainan yg menyenagkan dan menyehatkan, peningkatan kesehatan, komunikasi interpersonal yang bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar. </em><em>Kesimpulan</em><em> bahwa </em><em>pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia kelurahan Cimuning sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kualitas hidup lansia pelayanan kesehatan lansia di posyandu.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci :<em> Lansia, Pengabdian, Posyandu</em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Community service titled Training and Assistance for Elderly Posyandu Cadres in Cimuning Village Cimuning Health Center Work Area aims to build public awareness about health in old age. The method of implementing this community service activity is a persuasive approach with stages of implementation, namely (1) carrying out a persuasive approach to the community as a posyandu cadre, (2) health education / interactive stories, group discussions, questions and answers, and simulations, (3) physical examinations ( 4) as well as recording and reporting the results of health examinations for the elderly. The elderly posyandu services emphasize promotive and preventive services without ignoring curative and rehabilitative efforts. In Cimuning Village, only 8 Elderly Integrated Healthcare Center was formed from 26 existing RWs, so it is necessary to re-establish elderly Integrated Healthcare Center for RWs that do not yet have elderly Integrated Healthcare Center. Therefore the Partnership Cooperation Program in community service offers solutions including, among others, training and mentoring for elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres. The activities socialization of the importance of Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly through the Village Office Forum, recruitment and training of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, elderly Integrated Healthcare Center services, health counseling, supplementary feeding, weighing, vitamins and games that are fun and healthy, improving health, interpersonal communication in collaboration with surrounding communities. The Conclusion that the training and assistance of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in Cimuning Village are very useful in improving the health status and quality of life of elderly health services in the Integrated Healthcare Center.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:<em> Integrated Healthcare Center, Elderly, Devotion</em></strong></p>
Fostering student engagement in a university STEM course is a challenge since typical student nowadays is a digital native. Thus, adoption of technology, particularly one that the students interact in their online milieu is a prerequisite for a successful learning experience. In this context instructor needs to integrate elements such as content creation and social interaction when delivering the course. This becomes imperative in recent times when online teaching and learning becomes the norm. In this study, we present findings from an engineering course which incorporate the elements of content creation and social interaction through video projects collaboratively created by our students. The main highlight of this course is the digital video project which was designed according to the SAMR (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification and Redefinition) model. The objective of this study is to find relationship between the project and students' achievement of course outcome as proxy for students' engagement. The methodology used a quasi-experimental method where the achievement of one target learning outcome of this course as measured with in-house OBE software with the cohort doing the video project is compared with cohort from past semester as control group. The results suggest significant relationship between video project activity and achievement of learning outcome. It is also found that the video project correlates with improved student engagement in the course. The findings from this study provide a framework for instructor in a university-level STEM course to design and integrate technology in their course delivery.
This research aims to reveal and to study the influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity in the Tourism Vocational High Schools in Southern Jakarta. This research is one that is quantitative survey-based employing questionnaires and path analysis. Study population consists of all 226 teachers in those schools, applying Slovin’s formula with sampled teachers amounting 144, and extra 30 teachers trial pre sampled teachers. Method applied in this research is Simple Random Sampling.This research has hypothesis, as follow: (1) there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership toward teacher creativity, (2) there is direct positive influence of the organizational culture toward teacher creativity, and (3) there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership toward organizational culture. Trial instrument is applied to obtain both validity of the statements provided and realibility of the instrument at the same time by using formula provided by Pearson Product Moment and reliabilities calculated by Alpha Cronbach formulation, and every instrument indicated that reliabilities of; teacher’s creativity rii=0.886, principal entrepreneur leadership rii= 0.893 and organization culture rii= 0.909.Furthermore, the big of its influences measured by path analysis formulation for significance level α = 0,05, The result is concluded, zero hypothesis (H0), explained there is not direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity is rejected, while alternative hypothesis (H1), explained there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity is accepted.
In implementing the management of the institution requires decisiveness leadership and responsibility in improving the performance of members in order. In district education office there are some factors supportive leadership means improving the performance of members to improve the quality of Section Chief of District Education Office.The study is aimed at getting empirical answer about direct and indirect influence of supportive leadership on performance of Section Chief of District Education Office. Approach and method of this research is quantitative and descriptive correlation analysis while the model to complete this research is pathway analysis model. Sampling is done with simple random sampling of 30 Section Chiefs of District Education Office of 42 Population Districts. The results showed that supportive leadership has positive direct influence on performance. In conclusion supportive leadership have direct positive influence on performance of Chief of District Education Office.
This study aims to analyze, to get information on whether the implementation of the multiple intelligences education policy in the Insan Mandiri Kalisari Integrated Islamic Elementary School, East Jakarta, is in accordance with Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, that each student has the intelligence and uniqueness of one another. This research is categorized as a qualitative research type, using descriptive analytical methods to describe and explain the learning management system, both from primary sources, namely the Insan Mandiri Kalisari Elementary School, East Jakarta documents, and secondary sources, namely research supporting data from books, journals, and articles. The implementation of the theory of multiple intelligences in the scope of education and teaching in schools, includes student input starting from research on intelligence trends or learning styles using multiple intelligences research, the education process and teacher teaching using choice strategies based on the results of research on student learning styles, and educational output through Authentic assessments carried out during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that teachers who know and understand the dominant learning styles of students, and use teaching strategies that are in accordance with the learning styles of students will produce a fun learning process. The implementation of the learning process according to the learning styles of students is applied through a learning management system.
