This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand love in mediating the effect of intensive distribution and promotion of social media on brand loyalty and e-WOM. The population of this research are customers of minimarket franchise businesses in Bali. The sample size used was 200 people with purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that the intensive distribution had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty and brand love. Brand love is able to mediate the effect of intensive distribution on customer loyalty, brand and e-WOM and brand love are able to mediate the effect of social media promotion on brand loyalty and e-WOM. Therefore, it is important for the minimarket franchise business to pay more attention to intensive distribution and vigorously promote social media through various choices of the latest social media platforms.
This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee productive behavior and company performance at PT. Tomorrow’s Antiques Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 104 employees. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used descriptive analysis, path analysis (analysis path), and sobell test. The results of the total quality management (TQM) research have a positive and significant effect on employee productive behaviour at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.986 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; employee productive behavior has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.606 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05; total quality management (TQM) has a positive and significant effect on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with coefficient of 0.396 and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, and employee productive behaviour can mediate the effect of total quality management (TQM) on company performance at PT. Tomorrow's Antiques with Z value (17,311) > Z table (1,96).
The purchase decision is the final stage that determines the viability of a product, because when the consumer has decided, it means the product was purchased by the consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar. The sample in this study were 135 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that each of the independent variables, namely the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth parisally and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar.
The objectives of this paper was to explain the effect of the variables trust, PBC, subjective norm, perceived quality, and re-usage intention on attitude and re-usage intention. This study's population consisted of Indonesians who visited the COVID-19 website to learn more about the progress of COVID-19. With the purposive sampling strategy, the sample size was as large as 238 participants. Path Analysis with the SEM-PLS approach was employed as the analytical technique. The findings revealed that trust, subjective norm, and perceived quality all had a positive and significant effect on attitudes when using the COVID-19 website, although PBC had a favorable but small effect. Furthermore, attitude influences intention to use in a positive and significant way.
Companies with high turnover intention show that there are many problems that have resulted in employees choosing to move to another company. This study aims to determine the effect of career development and job insecurity on turnover intention at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi. The number of respondents taken was 77 employees with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that career development and job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi partially and simultaneously. Based on the research results, it can be suggested that PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi evaluates policies related to employees by looking at career development factors, job insecurity, and turnover intention to companies.
