This study aims to examine and explain the role of brand love in mediating the effect of intensive distribution and promotion of social media on brand loyalty and e-WOM. The population of this research are customers of minimarket franchise businesses in Bali. The sample size used was 200 people with purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that the intensive distribution had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty and brand love. Brand love is able to mediate the effect of intensive distribution on customer loyalty, brand and e-WOM and brand love are able to mediate the effect of social media promotion on brand loyalty and e-WOM. Therefore, it is important for the minimarket franchise business to pay more attention to intensive distribution and vigorously promote social media through various choices of the latest social media platforms.
A good education is expected to be able to lead the community to achieve the expected success, add skills, and form a good character in individuals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of brand image and brand trust in creating parents' interest to sending children to Bali Public School Denpasar Elementary School through electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable. The study population was all parents of students of SD Bali Public School Denpasar with a sample used as many as 100 parents of students as respondents. The research instrument uses questionnaires as well as several other data collection methods such as observation, interviews and literature and analysis methods using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with SEM PLS analysis. The results showed that brand image and brand trust had a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth. Brand image, brand trust, and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on the interest of parents of students. The implication of the research is the need to provide an understanding for parents that each school is able to provide adequate education for each of its students. Young teachers should receive training on an effective teaching system so that the skills of young teachers are improved in creating an effective teaching and learning process.
Purchasing decisions can only be made when there are at least 2 choices and the consumer chooses at least one option. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer trust and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT.Warisan Eurindo. The population in this study were all customers at PT.Warisan Eurindo in 2014-2018, totaling 3357 people with a sample of 100 people using accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. From the results of this study, it can be seen that: (1) consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) consumer trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
<p><em>Tolerance has become very important amid the decline in the spirit of nationalism among students lately. Previous studies show that the influence of radical understanding that leads to acts of terrorism has entered the campus area, even the alumni from one of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia are involved in terrorism cases. But not all of the students in tertiary institutions have this attitude. Students at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, as the best private tertiary institution in Kopertis Region 8, are able to establish tolerance well. This paper aims to identify and analyze the quality of tolerance education among the students of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Therefore, phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation are applied to accomplish the purpose of this study. The quality of tolerance education in this study is seen from five dimensions. First, the quality of students’ understanding of tolerance education based on their religion. Second, the quality of empathy among students. Third, the quality of tolerance education among students in the learning process. Fourth, the quality of tolerance education among students in organizational activities. Fifth, the quality of tolerance education among students in religious and cultural activities. Based on the observations and interviews, the quality of tolerance education among the students of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional can be stated as good.</em></p>
