The increasing use of mobile technologies has led distance education programs to adopt several new models of learning. Herewith, Mobile Learning has been used inside and outside the classroom as a powerful teaching tool. In this paper, we present an experience report on applying M-Learning to a distance teachers training course at college level carried out at the UFPB Virtual. The results demonstrate the benefits this type of learning can bring and also indicates the weaknesses of its present format.Resumo. O crescente uso das tecnologias móveis tem levado a educação a distância a adotar novas modalidades de aprendizagem. Em decorrência disso, o Mobile Learning tem sido utilizado dentro e fora da sala de aula como uma poderosa ferramenta de ensino. Neste trabalho, apresentamos um relato de experiência da aplicação de um curso a distância, a partir da perspectiva do M-Learning, para professores e tutores da UFPB Virtual onde foi utilizado o aplicativo para dispositivos móveis Whatsapp. Os resultados demonstram o poder que essa modalidade de aprendizagem pode ter e também indica os pontos fracos da mesma.
O presente trabalho descreve um relato de experiência de uso da tecnologia Google Docs no contexto da Aprendizagem Colaborativa. A experiência em questão foi realizada durante o curso online Tecnologias Google para Educação, tendo como objetivo mostrar como as ferramentas Google podem contribuir para a criação de experiências de aprendizagem inovadoras e teve a participação de 20 professores de instituições públicas e privadas de ensino. De acordo com Torres e Irala (2007), a Aprendizagem Colaborativa aponta para o aluno como sendo o agente principal do processo de construção do conhecimento, onde um conjunto de estímulos atuam para promover a interação, negociação e resolução de problemas. Desse modo, para os autores, é problemática qualquer metodologia que leve o aluno a apenas reproduzir o conhecimento, pois gera a exclusão deste no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Diante desse entendimento sobre a Aprendizagem Colaborativa, uma atividade no Google Docs foi proposta, durante o curso, visando observar como este recurso didático poderia favorecer a construção do conhecimento. A atividade foi denominada Leitura Colaborativa e apresentava um texto que os participantes deveriam ler e, em seguida, postar comentários a ele, construindo, assim, um diálogo. Durante este processo, houve o acompanhamento por parte do facilitador do curso. Como resultado, concluiu-se que o Google Docs é um importante aliado no processo de ensino-aprendizagem pautado na Aprendizagem Colaborativa, já que apresenta meios que tornam a aprendizagem mais significativa e, ao mesmo tempo, favorece a interação e compartilhamento de saberes entre alunos e professor.

A customização e ampla disponibilidade de aplicações Web e móveis têm impulsionado a evolução de tecnologias relacionadas às interfaces e modelos de interação. Essa nova demanda requer profissionais mais preparados, tanto no âmbito teórico como prático, evidenciando a importância do estudo da Interação Humano-Computador (IHC) nos cursos de Tecnologia da Informação (TI). Nesse contexto, este trabalho propõe o uso de M-Learning como forma de aprendizagem e avaliação de interfaces para cursos de IHC. A Proposta parte de duas vertentes principais: identificar as fraquezas nas interfaces e processos de interação, e auxiliar os desenvolvedores através da detecção de erros e sugestão de melhorias. Os testes e resultados apresentados demonstram a viabilidade da proposta e elencam a necessidade de uma plataforma, já em desenvolvimento, para dar suporte a esse processo de ensino-aprendizagem a distância.Palavras-chave: IHC, Avaliação de interfaces, EAD, M-learning.
