This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education which investigate through management function in public primary school 40 and public primary school 117 Pekanbaru. Informant which interviewed in this research were the school principal, coordinator of inclusive education, teacher and student guardian. While the instrument used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used to describe the implementation of inclusive education in primary public school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru. The result of this research shown that the implementation of inclusive education has been going well. The implementation of inclusive education focuses on planning, organizing, actuating and controling the implementation of inclusive education. This research describe that inclusive education management believed to be able to contribute on education quality in public primary school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data tentang kemampuan menulis bahasa Arab-Melayu siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 001 Buluh Cina. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 001 Buluh Cina yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tes dan angket yang langsung dilakukan dengan tatap muka langsung dengan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan hasil tes dan angket, kemudian memberikan penilaian berupa skor, menentukan persentase hasil pencapaian kemampuan membaca, dan menghitung skor. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab-Melayu siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 001 Buluh Cina berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 8,12.
Coaching is one of the things that must be done in PPLP because coaching is one of the key successes of PPLP. The existence of high coaching can be one of the capital for PPLP to achieve the expected goals. In order to uphold the coaching, coaching management is needed based on the theories reflected in management functions which consist of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. This research is a type of qualitative research, which is research that tends to deal with research problems that require exploration, where knowledge of the problem is still limited, about a detailed understanding of central phenomena. With data collection techniques carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Data processing procedures are carried out by informing checking tringulation techniques, as well as data checking. The results showed, 1) the planning of the coaching management work program has been carried out well, this is evident from the management of athlete coaching which is arranged for short and long term activities, in the implementation of the management of athletes that have been prepared when giving training materials can be implemented as when the management plan for athlete coaching is mutually agreed upon.2) the management of coaching management has been well established this as in the division of tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the decree issued by Dispora, 3) the execution of duties and responsibilities of human resources in charge of the implementer has been able to carry out the responsibilities properly, 4) supervision of the implementation of management management of this guidance has been carried out well, because supervision has been carried out by the leadership both directly and indirectly.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kejenuhan Kerja (Burnout) Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Cendana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 59 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukkan dengan cara proporsional random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan dalam dua tahap yakni secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi, koefisien regresi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara beban kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 30,4%. Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara kejenuhan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 22,2%, serta terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 45,7%. Dengan demikian, pengaruh variabel beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja tersebut berada pada tafsiran sedang.
The digital age requires relevant skills and strategies in online academic reading. Appropriate reading strategies and media are needed in academic reading. The lack of interactive teaching, learning strategies, and media has caused students' low critical and creative thinking skills in an online academic reading course. Inquiry and complexity-based learning with online tools can solve these problems. This study aims to develop an Inquiry Complexity Reading Strategy (ICRS) and test its feasibility and effectiveness in enhancing students' critical and creative thinking skills in academic reading. This study applied a Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model. A set of questionnaires and observation data are used for product validity and product effectiveness analysis. The ICRS was very feasible, with expert validity of 95% and expert practicality of 93%. The effectiveness of the ICRS is proven. Therefore, it could be concluded that the ICRS could enhance students' critical and creative thinking skills and participation in an online academic reading course. The teaching and learning activities employing blogs, digital tools, and social media have increased student interaction and sharing of ideas. The limitation of this study is that students' characteristics do not significantly differ in achievement. The ICRS can be used as an alternative and reference to be applied by reading teachers in the EFL context.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.Populasinya adalah semua guru SMP 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 76 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan cara simple random sampling (acak sederhana) dengan menggunakan rumus sloviin. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian iniberjumlah64 orang guru di SMP 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar dan pengolahan data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji olah data dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dapat disimpulkan, yaitu: Disiplin kerja mempunyai peranan yang sangat kuat dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, komunikasi mempunyai peranan yang sangat kuat dalam peningkatan kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri 4 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.
Writing can be said as an activity that forms symbols. But writing is more than producing graphic symbols, just as speaking is defined not only as the production of sound. These symbols must be arranged, according to certain conventions, to form words and words arranged to form sentences. The ability to write is not an ability that can be obtained automatically. The aim of teaching Arabic-Malay writing is to recognize, train, and develop the ability to understand and carry out how to read and write properly and correctly according to Arabic-Malay regulations, as well as express simple ideas or impressions orally and in writing. In conducting this research the authors used a type of quantitative research. In this study the data collection method was carried out by testing the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the questionnaire given. After conducting research on the ability to write Malay Arabic words for students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru, it was found that the students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru as a whole had the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the low category with a percentage of 18.62%. In two-syllable Malay Arabic words, students in grade 4a SD Negeri 148 have a low ability category with a percentage of 7.93% and for Malay Arabic words with more than two syllables are also in the low category with a percentage of 19.31%. This proves that students do not understand how to write Arabic Malay words in two or more syllables.
ABSTRAK. Pokok persoalan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah klausa objek sebagai konstruksi subordinatif dalam BI berdasarkan analisi struktur dan semantik. Hal ini terlihat dari bentuk dan maknanya. Bahasa yang diteliti adalah bahasa Indonesia (BI) dalam bentuk tulisan, khususnya data tertulis beberapa tulisan ilmiah seperti, jurnal ilmiah, buku ilmiah, dan laporan ilmiah (disertasi, tesis, dan skripsi). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusional (agih) dengan menggunakan empat macam teknik analisis data: teknik sulih, sisip, lesap, dan pindah unsur. Konjungsi yang menyertai klausa objek dibedakan menjadi konjungsi monomorfemis adalah bahwa, mengapa, bagaimana, apakah, kapan, agar, supaya, untuk, betapa, dan konjungsi polimorfemis adalah ke mana, sejauh mana, di mana, dari mana, kepada siapa, untuk siapa, dengan siapa, dengan apa, untuk apa, sambil apa, waktu apa, sehabis apa, sejak kapam dan berapa lama.Kata kunci: Konjungsi, subordinatif, klausa, dan objek THE CONJUCTIONS OF THE OBJECT CLAUSE IN THE INDONESIAN SUBORDINATIVE SENTENCESABSTRACT. The aim of this research is to analyze the structure and semantic conjunction behavior of the object clause as subordinative construction in Indonesian. It is seen from the forms and meanings. This is a written Indonesian study, especially scientific writing. The source of the data is from scientific journals, scientific books, scientific reports (dissertations, theses, and academic essays). This study uses distributional method with four techniques: substitution, interruption, permutation, and deletion. The conjunction used in these constructions are divided into monomorphemic and polimorphemic conjunctions.The monomorphemic conjunctions are bahwa, bagaimana, kapan, agar, supaya, untuk, and betapa. The polimorphemic conjunctions are ke mana, sejauh mana, bagaimanakah, apakah, mengapa, di mana, dari mana, kepada siapa, untuk siapa, dengan siapa, dengan apa, untuk apa, sambil apa, waktu apa, sehabis apa, sejak kapan, and berapa lama.
