One of the fast-growing food industries in Sumenep Regency is the "Rengginang Lorjuk" snack industry as a well-known specialty food to various regions and a brand image of Sumenep Regency snacks. Rengginang lorjuk industrial center is located in Prenduan Village, Pragaan District. This study aims to analyze the structure, conduct and market performance in the Rengginang Lorjuk industrial center in Sumenep Regency. A simple random sampling method was used for sampling 20 rengginang lorjuk producers. The analysis shows the market structure of rengginang lorjuk industry leads to the form of a medium oligopoly market with a CR4 value of 43.15%. Market conduct is characterized by the implementation of pricing, product, promotion and distribution strategies and there are 4 marketing channel patterns. Market performance is shown by the average value of PCM of all rengginang lorjuk producers by 15%. The highest PCM value of the rengginang lorjuk stamp industry is Dua Putri 47.27% and the lowest 4.55% is owned by Dua Jempol.
Abstract. Ihsan attitude is one unique attitude that was owned by farmers in Bangkalan Madura, Indonesia. This study was focused to examining the relationship of ihsan attitude and economic condition on household food security of farmers in Bangkalan. The ihsan attitude will be one a new view regarding to the human resource perspective in agribusiness. For that this study was aimed to analyse the influence and the effect of that attitude to food security of farmer household. Data were collected from 360 respondents, followed with descriptive analysis. The social ecological model was the basis concept in this study, moreover its also used to test the three variables. In this study, a structural equation model tools call WarpPLS was employed. Results from this study would be provide ihsan attitude picture to economic conditions on household food security of farmers indicated, that would be important for formulation of the farmer empowerment policy in the future.
Nowadays, there are still many common weaknesses in the public service that is run by the government officials, so it has not met the quality expected by the public. It is indicated by the presence of public complaints submitted from the mass media, which can give an unfavorable image to the government. Therefore, people"s satisfaction with public services need to be measured through the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform (KEMENPAN) No. KEP/25M.PAN/2/2004 (Date: February 24, 2004) on General Guidelines for the Arrangement of Community Satisfaction Index of Government Agencies Service Unit. This study is conducted in Benjeng Subdistrict, as one of the sub district in Gresik Regency with a vast area of farm land and high production of rice. The sample of this study is taken by purposive method from the administrator of farmer groups from each group in Benjeng Subdistrict. The measurement of the Community Satisfaction Index is done by calculating an index of 14 indicators of adoption result from KEMENPAN 2004. The result of this study shows that the community in Benjeng Subdistrict is satisfied with the agricultural extension services provided by BP3K of Benjeng Subdistrict with a point of 79.00 and grade B for the service quality. There are 12 factors that support the satisfaction and 2 factors that inhibit the satisfaction. Increasing the effectiveness of teamwork implementation with other parties and reproduces plot need to be done in order to maintain and increase the community satisfaction.
The research has fresh ideas through activities to explore farmer knowledge management to find out the application of Indo-Good Agricultural Practices as a reflection of the behavior of producing fruits to obtain Prima Certification, and is developed into a knowledge management system with an Android-based application. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of knowledge management of farmers in implementing Indo-Good Agricultural Practices to support the sustainability of Prima certified fruit production in East Java. Purposive sampling was used to select up to 15 fruit farmers for a total of 45 samples. With true or false assertions, the Guttman Scale measured knowledge creation, sharing, and implementation. Then, each dimension's proportion of knowledge was calculated. Mango Farmers in Pasuruan Regency have good knowledge of knowledge creating, knowledge sharing, and knowledge implementation. Different results are seen among Kediri Regency pineapple growers, who had the lowest level of knowledge sharing understanding since Prima certified producers find it difficult to understand good agriculture practise criteria. The highest level of knowledge formed by starfruit farmers is the Knowledge Sharing dimension, it can be concluded that there is a strong social relationship when a farmer is aware of Indo-Good Agricultural and willing to share knowledge or mutual welfare and reduce harmful mistakes.
