Nature school is one of the new concepts of education. Students are taught how to use and keep the nature for life. As one example, schools that applies the concept of a nature school is School of Universe which integrates four curricula that comprises character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum. This research aims at analysing and describing the uniqueness or special characteristics of the processes and steps of nature school management in School of Universe, which is located in Parung-Bogor, in developing character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum in Elementary School level. Management of Nature School being studied covered the stages of planning, organizing, directing and implementation, and controlling. This research applied qualitative methods and focused on researcher as its instrument. The The data were collected from interview, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the existing data and information This thesis finds and concludes that good and structured process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling becomes main supporting factor in developing character, logic, leadership, and business in elementary school level in the School of Universe. In order to achieve the goals as listed on the character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum, it needs detail and consistent planning, organization based on needs, direction and implementation that is in accordance with components of program which has been arranged and planned in advance, as well as regular intensive control using objective instruments that meet students learning development.Keywords: management, nature school, school management, character, logic, leadership, business.
Guru dituntut untuk berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui pencarian hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan inovasi, hubungan self-efficacy dengan inovasi guru dan hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan self-efficacy bersama dengan inovasi guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 163 sampel guru PNS Sekolah Dasar di Cisarua yang dipilih secara proporsional dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling yang tersebar di 30 sekolah di Cisarua di Kabupaten Bogor dengan tingkat signifikansi penelitian sebesar 0,05. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi. Temuan penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah pada kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dengan inovasi guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi (ry1) sebesar 0,311 dan persamaan regresi ? = 101,740 + 0,295X1; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dengan tingkat hubungan rendah dalam self-efficacy (X2) dengan inovasi guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi (ry2) sebesar 0,221 dan persamaan regresi ? = 107,109 + 0,261X2; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dengan tingkat hubungan rendah pada kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan self-efficacy (X2) bersama dengan inovasi guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi (ry12) sebesar 0,346 dan persamaan regresi ? = 79,929 + 0,260X1 + 0,183X2.
REVIEWING TEACHER CREATIVITY USING PRINCIPAL TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONThis research was conducted to study the relationship between principal transformational leadership and interpersonal communication altogether with teacher creativity. The study was conducted at 10 Private Junior High Schools in Cibadak Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province in 2020. The population of this study were 201persons and 134 samples were selected using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The method used was conducting a survey and data analysis techniques utiliing statistical correlation and simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The study came up with three results as follows; firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between the principal transformational leadership (X1) and teacher creativity (Y) where the regression coefficient Ŷ=71,347 +0.4328X1, the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.6519 and the coefficient of determination r2y1 was 0.4250. Secondly, there was a significant positive relationship between Interpersonal Communication variable (X2) and Teacher Creativity (Y) which expressed in the form of a regression equation Ŷ = 49.074 + 0.6117 X2 and correlatioin coefficient ry2 = 0.7493 and also determination coefficient r2y2 = 0.5614. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relationship between the principal transformational leadership variable (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) altogether to teacher creativity (Y) which expressed in the form of a regression equation Ŷ = 19.194 + 0.238 X1 +0.604 X₂ and the correlation coefficient Ry12 was 0.7754 and also the coefficient of determination R_y12 ^ 2 was 0.6013. Based on these findings it could be concluded that teacher creativity c be improved through the principal's transformational leadership and interpersonal communication.
Kepuasan kerja guru adalah perasaan emosi yang menyenangkan atau tidak meyenangkan terhadap suatu pekerjaan menurut hasil penilaian dan pengalaman seseorang. Ketercapaian kepuasan kerja guru merupakan salah satu fenomena keberhasilan pelaksanaan program kerja organisasi. Penelitian korelasional yang terdiri atas dua variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan kepercayaan (trust) dan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2017 di lingkungan SD Negeri di Kecamatan Rawamerta Kabupaten Karawang, yang terdiri dari 26 sekolah dengan menggunakan metode survei. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X1) dengan kepuasan kerja guru (Y) dengan ry1=0,4824 dengan persamaan regresi ? = 71,66 + 0,3464 X1, 2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepercayaan (Trust) (X2) dengan kepuasan kerja guru (Y) dengan rx2y = ry2 = 0,7196 dengan persamaan regresi ? = 48,22 + 0,4576 X2 dan 3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan kepercayaan (Trust) dengan kepuasan kerja guru dengan rx1x2y = 0,7450 dengan persamaan regresi ? = 40,76 + 0,152X1 + 0,399 X2.
Teacher creativity is very important to improve the quality of graduates. Two important things that can accelerate the level of teacher creativity are self-efficacy and organizational climate. The purpose of this study is to explore how self-efficacy and organizational climate can encourage teacher to be more creative. The study population was 155 teachers of Vocational High School and the number of sample was 112 teachers taken by proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used a sequential explanatory mix method. The result concludes that self-efficacy, organizational climate contributes in increasing teacher creativity.
One of the primary schools located in Bogor City, West Java which has the concept of improving the students competence accompanied by Islamic religious education, character, environment and provide learning opportunities for children with special needs to learn together with regular students is Kreativa Primary School. This journal is factually written based on the data obtained from the source. from the research results directly to the object location. This study aims to obtain a fact-based picture in the form of data and information on the management of the 5 pillars of the Kreativa Elementary School: Islamic, Green, Leadership, Children Friendly, and Inclusive in order to develop Islamic morals for students. This research uses qualitative methods, with the researcher as an instrument. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. Based on existing data and information, it can be concluded that the management function of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling plays an important role in achieving school goals. School management strives to achieve the goal of developing Islamic morals for students through the application of 5 pillars: Islamic, Green, Leadership, Children Friendly, and Inclusive as the basis for educational programs at Kreativa Elementary School. To achieve these goals requires planning that has a strong concept to achieve goals, organizing that is tailored to the needs of the school, directing resources according to the program that has been planned and organized, and control that includes all components of the educational program.
Education in the 4.0 era required a principal's leadership model that could encourage teachers to develop their pedagogical and digital literacy potential. The study aims is to find a model of leadership of principal that can provide motivation to teachers to improve their pedagogical competencies and make models of learning innovations to increase student motivation so that they can produce quality graduates. The population of the study was teachers in the area of Bogor and Sukabumi Indonesia, while the samples were permanent teachers who actively taught at the elementary and junior high school level. The research method carried out was sequential explanatory mixed-method conducted quantitative research. The instruments used in the principal leadership model include indicators of transformational and visionary leadership, and the formation of innovative learning models. The result of the research shows the identification of appropriate school principal leadership such an ideal millennial leadership that turn of the pedagogical competence of teachers in developing innovative learning models. The implications of applying the millennial leadership model in schools are expected to increase the potential quality of teachers in teaching and learning.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalisasi hasil pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial (ips) di kelas VII melalui pengembangan model resiprocal, example non example, dan mindmapping (rexmind). Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggabungkan Model pembelajaran Reciprocal, Example Non-Example, dan Mind Mapping. Uji coba terbatas dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Cireunghas dengan 36 SISWA, dan uji coba luas di SMPN 1 Nyalindung dengan 36 siswa dan SMPN 3 Nyalindung dengan 23 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba terbatas pada ranah kognitif adalah 91.67 %, afektif adalah 87 %, psikomotor 88 % dan antusiasme siswa 88.7% dengan KKM 70. Penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba luas pada ranah kognitif adalah 94.44 %, afektif adalah 89 %, psikomotor 91 % dan antusiasme siswa 92% dengan KKM 70. Penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada uji coba luas pada ranah kognitif adalah 91.3 %, afektif 85 %, psikomotor 86 % dan antusiasme siswa 92.50 % dengan KKM 70. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa Pengembangan Model REXMIND pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Se-Komisariat Sukaraja (Reciprocal, Example Non-Example, dan Mind Mapping) berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar baik secara kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik dan antusiasme siswa . Penelitian Research and Development (R & D) ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran baru yang terekomendasi yaitu Model REXMIND (Reciprocal, Example Non-Example, dan Mind Mapping).
