In the era of information technology-based 4.0, all fields use information technology, as well as in the world of education. In learning, the use and use of information technology is very important in supporting the smooth teaching and learning process. So that the ability of teachers in information technology literacy is very important and needs to be developed. This study aims to describe the level of information technology literacy of mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research sample was 41 mathematics teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta, who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Information techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the level of information technology literacy for mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta was still low. One of the factors affecting literacy is the lack of training in the use of information.
Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan subyek penelitian 23 siswa kelas XI IPA-1 di SMA Siliwangi Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi melalui penggunaan model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dengan edia Pop Up Card. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus ada 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Setiap akhir siklus dilakukan tes dengan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan model STAD dengan media Pop Up Card dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi, terlihat dari rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 sebesar 70,1 dan siklus 2 sebesar 77,0; sedangkan nilai rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada siklus 1 yaitu 78,01% dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 84,46%. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai maka dapat disimpulkan penggunaan model Student Teams Achievement Divisions dengan media Pop Up Card dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa di kelas XI IPA-1 di SMA Siliwangi Bogor.
Nature school is one of the new concepts of education. Students are taught how to use and keep the nature for life. As one example, schools that applies the concept of a nature school is School of Universe which integrates four curricula that comprises character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum. This research aims at analysing and describing the uniqueness or special characteristics of the processes and steps of nature school management in School of Universe, which is located in Parung-Bogor, in developing character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum in Elementary School level. Management of Nature School being studied covered the stages of planning, organizing, directing and implementation, and controlling. This research applied qualitative methods and focused on researcher as its instrument. The The data were collected from interview, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the existing data and information This thesis finds and concludes that good and structured process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling becomes main supporting factor in developing character, logic, leadership, and business in elementary school level in the School of Universe. In order to achieve the goals as listed on the character, logic, leadership, and business curriculum, it needs detail and consistent planning, organization based on needs, direction and implementation that is in accordance with components of program which has been arranged and planned in advance, as well as regular intensive control using objective instruments that meet students learning development.Keywords: management, nature school, school management, character, logic, leadership, business.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah dan Inovasi Guru dengan Efektivitas Kerja Guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 15 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta di Wilayah Kecamatan Cicurug Kabupaten Sukabumi Propinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2018 dengan sampel 105 dari populasi 142 yang diambil secara Proporsional Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survai dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta regresi dan linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu, pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Efektivitas Kerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0, 5486. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel Inovasi (X2) dengan Efektivitas Kerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 sebesar 0,8028 Ketiga terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Inovasi (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Efektivitas Kerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi Ry12 sebesar 0,8144. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektivitas Kerja Guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui Kepemimpinan Visioner Kepala Sekolah dan Inovasi. Forest restoration is needed to improve the condition of degraded ecosystems and boost up the ecological services. The existence of forest areas, especially in Indonesia, cannot be separated from the livelihoods of the people living around them. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the feasabiluty of the community-based forest restoration programme, implemented by the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park Agency (BBGGPNP) and its partners, is feasible and can support efforts to restore forest ecosystem functioning and build community independence in managing the forest ecosystem. This study used the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) method. This is an evaluation model which provides an analytical and rational basis for programme decision-making, based on a cycle of planning, structuring, implementing and reviewing and revising decisions, examined through a different aspect of evaluation –context, input, process and product evaluation. Data were obtained from field observations, interviews and document analysis. Aspects of the programme ‘Context’ were found to be categorized as good and can become the basis for programme implementation, Programme ‘Inputs’ were also determined to be good, and fulfilled the criteria required to support the achievement of programme objectives. The ‘Process’ aspects were found to be sufficient, with key areas for improvement included the need for better coordination with partners and the need to respond to technical restoration requirements by adjusting the area of land to be restored, the number of trees to be planted, and by considering the technical rule of restoration. The ‘Product’ aspect of the programme were shown to be good, is shown by the achievement of the target amount and growth of trees and the increased capacity of human resources as well as the development of independent businesses in the ex-encroachers who were the programme participants. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the community-based forest restoration programme such as conducted by the GGPNP Agency is feasible and can be implemented in similar sites.Restorasi hutan diperlukan untuk memperbaiki fungsi ekosistem hutan yang terdegradasi. Keberadaan kawasan hutan, khususnya di Indonesia, tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan penghidupan masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi apakah program restorasi hutan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Balai Besar Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (BBTNGGP) bersama mitranya, layak serta dapat mendukung upaya pemulihan ekosistem dan membangun kemandirian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP, yaitu model evaluasi pada aspek Context, Input, Process dan Product. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi lapangan, wawancara dan analisa dokumen. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program restorasi hutan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat layak untuk diterapkan sebagai upaya memulihkan ekosistem dan membangun kemandirian masyarakat di sekitar hutan. Aspek Konteks program berkategori baik dan dapat menjadi dasar utama pelaksanaan program, Aspek Input program baik, telah memenuhi kriteria yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan program, Aspek Proses berkategori cukup, perlu melakukan koordinasi yang lebih baik dengan pihak mitra untuk lebih berkomitmen dan perlu untuk melakukan penyesuaian antara target luasan lahan yang direstorasi dengan jumlah pohon yang ditanam dengan mempertimbangkan aturan teknis restorasi. Aspek Produk berkategori baik ditunjukkan dengan tercapainya target jumlah dan pertumbuhan pohon dan meningkatnya kapasitas SDM serta terbangunnya usaha mandiri pada masyarakat eks perambah yang menjadi peserta program.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the development of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model based on local wisdom in solving environmental problems and the students’ ability to develop learning media. Research conducted at Educational Faculty and teaching sciences of Pakuan University. This research uses the method of Research and Development with the ADDIE model, comprising analyses, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data were obtained from the validation by three experts, namely learning material expert, learning media expert, and learning model expert. The effectiveness assessment was done by N-Gain assessment environmental problem-solving ability and evaluating the multimedia product. The steps to develop the model are as follows: need analysis, designing learning model development, learning model development, learning model validation by the experts, learning model implementation in class, and model evaluation. The product created by the students from learning through PjBL based on local wisdom is a video about local wisdom. According to the data analysis result, it can be concluded that model development of PjBL based on local wisdom improves their ability to solve environmental problems, the average score is 0.69 in experiment class and the score in control class is 0.055 (scales of 0-1.0). The ability to develop video environmental learning media the score video product in experiment class is 2.4 and in the control class is 2.2 (scales of 1-3).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah dengan Keinovatifan Guru Swasta se-Kecamatan Bogor Selatan di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan korelasional yang terdiri atas dua variabel bebas, yaitu Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah serta Keinovatifan Guru sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Swasta se-Kecamatan Bogor Selatan di Kota Bogor pada tahun 2015. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 112 orang yang diambil secara proportional random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 155. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis statistik korelasi dan regresi sederhana serta korelasi ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan, yaitu: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara Kompetensi Pedagogik dengan Keinovatifan Guru yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry.1 = 0,502 dan nilai koefisien determinasi r2 y.1 = 0,245. Kedua, terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah dengan Keinovatifan Guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry.2 = 0,587 dan nilai koefisien determinasi r2y.2 = 0,345. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan Keinovatifan Guru yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry.12 = 0,692 dan nilai koefisien determinasi r2 y.12 = 0,479. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keinovatifan Guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah.
