There is a need in the community which is realized by volunteering the community to pay some costs to get the quality education offered, also supported by government regulations that encourage the existence of international schools in each region, as well as the influence of globalization. The existence of these international standard schools using Cambridge or International Baccalaureate curriculum has brought big changes in managing schools as an educational institution. Education management is a necessity for schools today to be able to manage schools that focus on customer desires and satisfaction, without overriding the main values in education. Therefore, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is employed to spot the arena of this study; Customer Expectation and Customer Perceived Quality mediated by Customer Perceived Value will affect customer satisfaction. The model is expected to provide the model for education institutions how to manage customer satisfaction in-line with delivering quality education.
Based on the problem that the teacher's commitment to the profession is still not as expected, this study aims to find ways to improve teacher commitment to the profession by examining the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. The methodologies used are the Path method and Sitorem method. The study population was 1307 Non-Civil Servant, middle school teachers in Cirebon District, Indonesia with a research sample of 136 teachers. The Non-Civil Servant middle school teachers are teachers who are not paid by the government but by the foundation. The results showed that the Teacher's Commitment to the Professionals could be increased through strengthening Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, and Job Satisfaction. The strengthening of variables is carried out by correcting the weak indicators based on Sitorem's analysis, so that the priority order for handling the improvement of indicators is carried out as follows: 1. Strength of self-confidence, and 2. Announcement of self-confidence for Self-Efficacy variables, 3. Salary received, 4 Promotion, and 5. Supervision of Supervisors for the Job Satisfaction variable, 6. The job itself, 7. Surviving in the Organization, and 8. Establishing Professional Values for the Teacher Commitment variable towards the Profession. This main contribution of our research to provide empirical evidence that the Path Analysis and Sitorem Analysis methods are very good to be used to analysed the factors that influence the strengthening of the Teacher's commitment to his professionalism.

= 79,929 + 0,260X1 + 0,183X2.
The objective of this research is to analyze the correlation between The Charismatic Leadership Style and Personality with the Teachers Innovation. This research uses two independent variables, those are The Charismatic Leadership Style and Personality with the Teachers Innovation. The research was conducted at 15 states Junior High Schools at Cicurug Subdistrict Sukabumi West Java in 2017 with 130 samples selected from 193 of populations, selected by Proporsional Random Sampling . This research uses survey method by analyzing data with sample and multiple correlation statistic test. The research concludes that: First, there is positive and highly significant correlation between Charismatic Leadership Style (X1) and Teachers Innovation. (Y) with regression equation ? = 49,037 + 0,603 X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,7164 and determination coefficient r2y1 = 0,5132. Second; there was positive and highly significant correlation between Personality (X2) with Teachers Innovation. with regression equation ? = 46,384 + 0,634 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,6989 and determination coefficient r2y2 = 0,4884; and the Third, there was positive highly significant correlation between Charismatic Leadership Style (X1) and Personality (X2) all together with Teachers Innovation. (Y) with regression eqution ? = 18,872 + 0,422 ,422 ????X + 0,419 X2. , correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,8290 and r_(y.12)^2 determination coefficient 0,6873, or it means that the contribution of pedagogical competencies and achivement motivation links to Teachers Innovation. Based on the description above, teachers innovation can be enhanced through Charismatic Leadership Style and Personality. Keywords: Charismatic Leadership, Personality, Teacher Innovation
Many kinds of research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had generated findings that OCB is considered one of the main ways to increase organizations’ effectiveness. This study examines factors that have a relationship with OCB, namely, organizational climate and personality. The study mainly utilized quantitative data (from questionnaires). Regression and correlational analysis were applied, with that the relationship among variables found. The findings revealed that the school organizational climate had a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Similarly, teachers’ personalities had a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Both school organizational climate and teachers’ personalities simultaneously had a strong positive and significant relationship with OCB. Further analysis was conducted to find out which indicators of those variables that had a dominant influence on OCB. Based on the indicator analysis results, this study proposed some recommendations toward Primary School Principals at Cileungsi District, Bogor to strengthen indicators of Organizational Climate and Personality that have a high coefficient of correlation with OCB. By strengthening those indicators it can be predicted will improve teachers’ OCB.
